Anytime we can I stop here I love their wings. Flavor and value is always good. The service was awesome I ordered on my phone and it was ready and correct when I pulled to the drive in. This location simply validates my feelings. I have never had a bad experience coming here. The food is always delicious and consistent. My common go-to order is usually the Big Zax Snax, which comes with 3 tenders, fries, toast and a drink. Their chicken is always juicy, which is quite surprising when it comes to fast food. They also don't just use salt on their french fries, they add cajun seasoning as well. Plus, their Zax sauce is the cream of the crop of fast food sauces. I also have really enjoyed their signature sandwich, and boneless wings. The key thing about this location is their consistency, I'm never disappointed with the taste or the quality of the food. Aside from the food, the interior is hip and regional. The service is usually pretty good and the place is clean. This location certainly gets my seal of approval! read more

This Location is unbelievably terrible, i always come to this location on a frequent basis with no problem whatsoever. Until today, i always get the Wings N Things Combo. i was having a normal day feeling completely fine until i came to this location. I did consume all of the food. a few hours later, i began to feel shaky & hot and i felt really sick , i didn't realize what was going on until i realize i had food poisoning. i did in fact call the store and one of the shift leaders who wouldn't identify her name i have videos of this young woman. just simply being disrespectful. i've never experienced anything like this i mean come on have some compassion. there wasn't anything done about it and i will take this as far as it can go she needs to be fired immediately or other bystanders will just continue to get sick and nothing is being done about it. read more

So, on the flip side, I wanted to praise the workers of this Zaxby's on Roswell Road near the Pep Boys. Been going a few times a month via drive thru, and they have got the assembly line down! I rarely wait more than a few minutes, the orders are right, and I never fear seeing a long line of cars. Like, even Chick-fil-a can learn from this location. I'm amazed at the speed of actually having your food in hand. The Steak n Shake that closed down around here used to be a nightmare; the Taco Bell a block down the road is STILL a nightmare. So, definitely hit up Zaxby's if you wanna quickly get your food and head on back home. read more

Called and spoke with GM, Cody when we got home. He can only offer a 10% discount on next visit. PARKING: 5 Plenty of spaces for you to choose from in the back of the store. I have never had issues with parking when visiting this restaurant. FOOD: 4.5 Recently they are having the $5.99 special on most of the plates! The fries are [usually] fried to perfection and chickens super tender. Took 0.5 off for one of my experiences here where the fries were way too soggy for comfort. But generally, they got their food down! SERVICE: 5 Friendly cashiers who get the orders right! Zaxby's is the very popular fried chicken chain that I'd never tried until last week. I wanted a super fast meal but couldn't bring myself to go to a sandwich shop, and I was randomly driving around and saw this shiny, new Zaxby's building. As I pulled into the driveway, I also saw a shiny new sign for their ranchero salad - mixed greens, tomatoes, corn, black beans, tortilla strips, and grilled chicken with picante ranch dressing. I've had this salad twice now, and I really like it. The greens in the salad are dark greens, which I prefer, and it says a lot that a restaurant with a drive thru gives you dark greens while a sit down restaurant that charges $12 for a salad gives you a crap ton of iceberg lettuce. Also, I'm not a fan of ranch dressing because it's so heavy and thick, but this version is much thinner - still creamy but not as heavy. I know it's odd to get a salad at a fast food restaurant, but that's how I roll these days. Decided to give this place a try since there are no raising Canes in Georgia(from the Midwest). This place is a disappointment. I ordered the 4 chicken tender box, which should have been called a 2 tender box due to the size of the chicken tenders. They tasted ok but mine were overlooked. The bread they give is just buttered up so much that it taste awful . Honestly the best part if the box is the seasoned fries. Also the Zax sauce comes in a prepackaged container unlike the homemade Canes sauce. Only complaint I have with this place is that sometimes the wings seem/taste not so fresh, like they were sitting out for hours and they just slabbered on some sauce and popped it in the microwave. YAY! No more going to Holcomb Bridge Rd or into Buckhead for a Zalad or a Big Zax Snack!! They finally tore down the old Arby's that had been sitting empty for several years. The last action this lot got was Tyler Perry using the old Arby's to film "Madea's Big Happy Family". I believe they just opened this week. I noticed they were open yesterday. I tried online ordering for the first time. The ordering process went smoothly To get to the drive-thru you have to go to the back of the parking lot and circle around. It's kinda weird and I'm hoping it doesn't cause problems, like traffic jams in the parking lot. I like where you can come in on one side and leave on the other side. The only mishap was that I tried the wings, for the first time. I ordered spicy honey BBQ. Upon arrival I was told that promotion ended last week...someone needs to update the online menu. This location is hit or miss. Service is usually fine from what I recall. Ate here last Sunday & the chicken fingers were good but very small. Much smaller than @ other locations. Service in the drive-thru was quick and friendly, even if the drive-thru lanes are situated a little strangely. When you pull into the parking lot you basically have to make a big U-turn in the back to swing around into the drive-thru section. It's not that complicated but I am sure it will confuse many people! I came in later that same day with my receipt, I was greeted by a manager named Elena, I told her about my conversation when I called the location earlier. She refused to offer me a refund along with all of the other cashiers. I asked if they could just give me another order with the correct amount of food as that would be sufficient, they all refused. Elena went to make a phone call and said she'd be back. After 15 minutes of me just standing there, & no other staff members being willing to help me I just left.
