    Philly steak sandwich.
    Andrea M.

A quick and cheap spot for lunch. One of my coworkers recommended this place, and she's one picky eater. I'd say the average price would be around $10 so that's pretty cheap with food prices these days. The menu ranged from Chinese food, American deli, to Mediterranean. Like there was fried rice, wings, to gyros. Ha! You thought I was mashing up rando cuisines together. Nope. I had the Philly steak sandwich ($7.49) and a Powerade ($1.89). The sandwich was pretty sizable with a good amount of meat. I thought it was the perfect ratio of meat and other ingredients (cheese and chopped green peppers). I prefer more meat over greens.

    Chicken lo mein

I ordered a chicken lo mein that chicken lo mein was so nasty. I've never written a review, but this is really bad. The lo mein was so salty. I couldn't even eat it. The noodles were so thin and squishy. I will not be going back. It's not even worth almost $10.

This place stays busy! Its best to call in your takeout order before hand or you will be waiting. I ordered the 6 piece wings combo. It comes with fries and a drink or you can substitute fried rice instead of fries for a fee. I went with the fries but next time I will get shrimp fried rice. The wings were good but they were kind of soft...next time I will ask that they are fried harder. I got my wings hot. It wasnt tongue scorcher hot, it was more of a medium than hot; but I like the flavor. I am not a fan of the fries. As a matter if fact, I didnt finish them, I ended up throwing them away. The fries were also soft and could have stayed in fryer a bit longer. The portion of fries was very generous, I just wish that I had enjoyed them. The peach drink is very sweet. I liked it but felt guilty of all the sugar I was consuming at once.

Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. Each time I've gone in it has always been busy but I get my food in a reasonable amount of time and it is always hot. I am never impressed with the wings. They have a I've ordered the garlic parmesan and those were basically fried wings with bottled parmesan sprinkled on top. You can order lemon pepper dry or wet. I've tried both. Dry didn't have enough seasoning and the wet was a weird concoction. Hot bbq wings were the only decent wings I've tried. I typically get the Philly combo with wings(5), fries, and a drink. I believe it's $10.99. The philly is great. The fries are out of this world and they give you a ton. Hate the parking lot but that's not the restaurant's fault. Just be mindful you'll have a difficult time making a left out.

I'm new to the area so I'm constantly hitting the streets, exploring the eateries in my new neighborhood. It's only fair for Yelps sakes! My coworker told me about this place and judging by the way her mouth watered when she described it, I knew I had to check it out for myself. We stopped I. There on thanksgiving eve to grab some food. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing. There was a lot to choose from. The menu is interesting because I'm not used to seeing wings, philly cheese steaks and fried fish with fried rice. I decided to get the fried fish with chicken fried rice. The portions for the price, very impressive. My platter was $10 and it came with 2 bug pieces of fish, a heap of fried rice and 2 hush puppies. It was very filling. My sis got the braised wings and said they were good. My friend got the boneless tenders and they were good. Our only complaint was the sides. The fried rice and the French fries lacked flavor. The fried had no salt. Good for health... Bad for taste lol. Overall great experience and I will be back.

It's a standalone build and not part of the shopping centers. Upon walking in, it has an elevated feel with White table service. We visited on a Thursday for lunch and it was fairly busy and the service was a little slow. From a food perspective- around the table, we had a couple of seafood orders, a salad, and a couple of sandwiches. Admittedly, it was just ok. The fish dishes were very dry and the salads were overdressed. The sandwich options received better feedback from the group. For lunch - there are better options. If I was going for an occasion (and for dinner), I might give it another shot.

The sorry no customer service waiter stood on her phone talking to a friend loudly as we waited to order. Then finally comes to our table with the face of so what do you want. Red flags were screaming at this point! So we proceed to order lunch and she explains why we couldn't because lunch time was over. My wife and I explained that no we walked in well within the remaining minutes of lunch, and that there were a few lunch items only offered during lunchtime that we wanted to take advantage of. Remember, if she would've come to greet us right away instead of being on her phone there would not have been an issue. Plus there was literally no one seated outside except for us! No excuse for this type of service. Plus I'm shocked that management didn't accommodate a first timer to your establishment being it was the server's fault. Amazing how these kind of restaurants forget there are soooooo many great options in this city! No one is going to put up with this type of nonsense. Funny how they forget who's the paying customer, and get arrogant instead of being flexible within reason to a great customer experience. Wasn't asking for anything extra just to honor walking in during lunch time to order lunch! If that's too much to ask then hello and goodbye and that's why we got up and left! The bowl options looked fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick but satisfying meal. We arrived around 11:45 a.m., just before the lunch rush. I ordered the barbecue chicken bowl with black rice. Overall, my bowl was pretty good. The portions were solid, the ingredients tasted fresh, and it was filling without feeling heavy. My coworkers ordered the Greek bowl and what I believe was a teriyaki style bowl. The only strong feedback we had was regarding the seasoning on the Greek bowl. I noticed the seasoning appeared to be sprinkled on top of the chicken after the bowl was assembled. I think if the chicken were tossed in the seasoning beforehand, it would create a more impactful flavor throughout. As it was, my coworker felt the bowl leaned slightly bland because the seasoning did not fully incorporate. What truly stood out to me was the customer service. I believe the owner came in while we were there, and he was incredibly pleasant and hands on. As the lunch crowd grew, it was clear he remembered returning customers and even their usual orders. That level of attentiveness makes a difference. I would definitely return to try more menu options. Next time, I may ask for extra sauce or seasoning to give the bowl a stronger flavor boost. Overall, it is a great lunch spot with solid bowl options in Sandy Springs

Jahjoy pork belly: Tasty & tendor. I loved the papaya salad which left a refreshing contrast. A bit too saucy for me. Flavors were strong. Squid ink bucatini: our favorite! Must get dish - bucatini is perfectly al dente & the spicy sauce was very flavorful. Jumbo shrimp was delicious, and the anchovy on top left a nice strong flavor. Red snapper: This has some Vietnamese influences with the sauce. It was a lighter dish which was just OK for me, I would have liked the fish to have a crispier skin. Not much flavor besides the sauce which is inspired by canh chua. Wagyu flank steak: cooked to perfection and flavored well, loved the celery puree which was much tastier than we expected celery to be. Dessert was mint chocolate cake which was very tasty. I wish the cake was softer and meltier in the center but it was still good. Malt gelato was delicious. Could def taste the mintiness. Creme pat along the edges was a nice add to the cake with cacao nibs and popcorn for a textural contrast. I enjoyed it!! Overall we had a great meal and could tell the ingredients were very fresh.
