The rarity here is two-fold; it's a "fast food" restaurant that cares and the staff is always, always the epitome of manners and southern hospitality. I have never experienced the courtesy this restaurant shows at any restaurant. The food is always hot and fresh, never has tasted as though it has spent most of its life under a heat light. I have never in my life been treated so poorly at a fast food restaurant. I wouldn't normally go inside a restaurant that was about to close- but, due to circumstances out of my control I found myself with a hungry two year old that needed something to eat. I entered the restaurant at 8:56pm. The door was unlocked I passed other customers while heading to the restroom to change a 2 year old. I exited the restroom and stood at the counter and was told that the kitchen was closed and they wouldn't serve me. The time was 9:01pm. The hours of the restaurant recently changed as the signs on the door showed new hours. I begged to purchase something for my tired and hungry baby. The supervisor turned his back and ignored me. I exited the restaurant and asked the young lady taking order in the drive through line if I could please place an order- she responded that she was not allowed. I left with a hungry crying two year old as they turned their backs on us. I exited the parking lot at 9:04pm while they continued to serve the drive through orders. I like Chik-Fil-A, but at this specific store, my family has had a few issues. Once, they forgot for son's entire meal except for his drink. My wife had to drive back to the store, and they simply gave her what they forgot. There was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience, and in the meantime, my wife's dinner sat at home getting cold. Another instance, I ordered a sandwich with a side salad. I was asked if I wanted to make it a meal, and I said that I was just getting a water, so I thought it would be cheaper than a meal. So, they put it in as separate items. Once I got my receipt, I noticed that the cost was more than the meal. I asked another employee if they substitute a side salad for fries in a meal and was told that yes, they do. When I told that individual what happened, this person apologized, but didn't offer to correct the order. I have had better results from other Chik-Fil-A stores. As a college student I am often forced to grab a quick bite to eat in between classes or studying. I don't have enough time to go to a sit down place but don't want junk food. The solution? Chick-Fil-A of course! Chick-Fil-A offers great variety from chicken breakfast biscuits to lunch spicy chicken sandwiches to salads. Personally the chicken cobb salad with ranch and spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries are my favourites. They are filling, affordable, and you can easily taste the quality. What keeps me coming back more than anything else though is the service. The staff are always polite and go above and beyond what I would expect a minimum wage employee to do. They don't make you go to them they seek you. From offering refills to clearing trays the staff is always friendly and alert. Chick-Fil-A is the place to go! read more

Pull on around the building, stop at the next attendant to scan my card, she doesnt give me a receipt, said I had to ask for it at the window. 3. Get to the window, had to ask for my reciept, took the manager a few minutes to print it because he was to busy laughing with the girl working the window. Conclusion: it would of been much faster and easier to order at the menu board and just pull completely around to the window instead of having to deal with 2 attendants, with no menu mind you and a malfunctiining card reader, and to get my order plus receipt. I went through the drive through & ordered a Grilled Chicken Club sandwich w/ pepper jack cheese and no lettuce. I paid with one of the girls with an iPad since I used my card. I go around to the next guy under the tent & he says "Order for Brittany?" & I say yep & he tells me to have a good day. I go to the drive through window & receive my food & I pull off to go back to work. Well when I finally check my order once I returned back, my order was wrong. I rarely have ANY issues with customer service at any Chic-Fil-A branch. Every staff and employee that my family and I have encounter are extraordinary in their service. We either get asked for free drinks to go or may I fill that up for you. Phenomenal service. Since we live in Georgia now, and formerly in the Riverdale area, we've visited EVERY type of chic-fil-a restaurant that is owned by Truett Cathy. The Luaa, Pizzaria, Dwarf House, and etc. lol. My husband is probably their number 1 fan, we have the "Cow shirt" and everything, lol. Back to this particular branch. I love how it is fast food, but yet, they have plenty of staff members walking around the restaurant talking and taking care of you. Ordered food at this location tonight. paid at the outdoor kiosk they had set up in the drive thru. At the window, was told that the location was out of diet lemonade, and was asked what I would take instead. Chose diet dr pepper, but was unsatisfied at having my money taken first and being told what wasnt available last, and decided to return food for refund. After all, I reasoned that for being parted with my money, I should get what I wanted. When I went inside, the diet lemonade container was full. Turns out the staff didnt want to hold up the drive thru and refill the container while I waited, so they lied to me to get me to take something else so they could get on to the next customer. I asked for a manager. Jose Marquez emerged from the back of house, totally clueless. He refunded my money as the staff chatted over the counter with friends of theirs, apparently from school. When I got home, I realized that Jose didnt refund the entirety of my order. Useless. If I cant get an honest dining experience from Chick-fil-a, what options are left? We just finished having lunch here. We had about 20 kids with us. It was our little church group and we just finished caroling. Before we left we wanted to sing a couple songs to the crowd inside, but the manager said that we might offend somebody so they did not let us sing. I was very disappointed at this. After standing up for marriage rights you would think they would be understanding when it came to Christmas. I guess not this store. Without Christ there would be no Christmas.
