Honestly, very disappointed in this location. Food is good but the drive thru line is absolutely ridiculous. In a rush? Don't get in line. You're stuck for 25+ minutes regardless of the time of day. The chicken is always raw and it never feels fully cooked. The food quality is always TERRIBLE. The salad serving size is always way too little and the pieces of lettuce and cabbage are never cut up in enough pieces. The seating isnt great for large families, like mine. But it is better for smaller groups 1-5. The workers are friendly, but I do feel as if they are understaffed. I do not enjoy coming to this location and I would not recommend this location. read more

NO LEADERSHIP AT THIS LOCATION. TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTAMENT. I visited this location at 7005 Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge, LA on Saturday 3/11/23 5:02 PM. I dine at Chick-fil-A at various locations about 10 times a month and this was by far one of the WORST experiences my family and I have ever had. Medicore service at its BEST. I order several items including the Mac and Cheese for a take-out order. While I was placing my order, a team member yelled to the order taker, "we DON'T have any more Mac and Cheese". Really, it's 5:00 PM on a Saturday. After placing my order, I asked the order taker for a receipt. He said that "the printer is not printing any receipts". OK fine, I'll live without it. As we are waiting about 10 minutes for our order, we noticed what seemed to be sitting on a counter our order just sitting there as a dine in order. I attempted to get someone's attention, but every employee seemed to be preoccupied with doing NOTHING. Finally, an employee picked up the tray and food and began circling the dining room looking for a number. Being frustrated with the experience, I asked for a refund. The manager who came over to refund me had the I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. She NEVER asked me what was wrong and NEVER attempted to apologize or correct the situation. Such a lack of leadership. This Chick-fil-A used to be one of the best fast paced, profess service in the city along with a couple others. However, it seems like they're hiring anyone who's willing to work, rather than hiring with the same values. Chick-fil-A has a reputation, and because of the people they're hiring here who don't know the culture; it's ruining the experience of your customers here at this location. Hiring anyone who just wants a higher paycheck than McDonald's doesn't cut it. This location must continue to hire with values, and from what I'm seeing here, you will begin to lose valuable customers. It's slow, no enthusiasm, and don't hear "my pleasure" anymore. Great food, but do better Seigen! You all use to be very professional, and customer oriented. Go back to that logic, and teach your new people the culture here, and help them belong. Waited for 20 min. , they "bumped my order". I watched the kid that took my order make his food and go eat. Long blonde haired boy was pulling his hair behind the counter and making himself drinks and ice cream. Other employees were yelling, while the rest were talking about video games and cussing. I have never seen this level of ridiculousness at a chick Fil a. 3 managers on the clock and it was out of control. Still got my order wrong plus had the drink dumb on me because the lid wasn't on correctly. read more

Come here frequently but 2 times I came and ordered chicken nuggies.. but got less than what I ordered! Last time got 8 when ordered 10. This time got 6 when ordered 8. What is wrong w their math system? Is algebra not part of skill requirement at this establishment? Basic counting?! To top it off, add insult to injury, the chicken is stale today. I do notice they're more consistent whenever they are busy. just came frm there and they were not busy hence the stale food. Too tired to go back to get the right order. Will just leave this right here so every chik en eater double check their order so they can consume the amount they pay for. read more

Why on earth have I not written a review about this Chick-fil-A? I have been here probably a 100 times, but no review? Could this be true? Yup! So here goes. I think out the 100 something times I have been to that location, I have gone through drive-thru only a handful of times. It's funny, when drive-thru lines are super long because the lines inside are super short! Chick-fil-A food is not my favorite, nor is it my 1st choice, but when I need a chicken sandwich or a wrap (quickly), this is a decent choice. Customer service is always great here and that is what always completes my experience. It's fast food with better quality than your typical fast food joint. Have kiddos? Bring them! When my child was a little bit, I used to bring her to eat there and play in their indoor play area. Great for playdates with other parents with kiddos because you could see the through the window and keep a fairly close eye on them. My weaknesses at Chick-fil-a are their milkshakes, fries and hash browns. I love them and will treat myself to them every so often. read more

I have NEVER before seen a more efficient group of people!! I came during lunch hour after my Target run and I was blown away. The line was extremely long. Wrapped around the building and partly into the proceeding parking lot. But I literally had my food in hand and was on the way home in under 20 mins! Talk about impressive!! Everyone that was working was happy and cheerful! Just their system of getting orders taken and getting cars through was mind blowing. True definition of team work. I may just drive the extra couple minutes to this location from now on to get my fix! Great job guys!! BTW the food was amazing, as always!! read more

Totally love the customer service provided by the employees of this company. My favorite is breakfast the potato puffs or miniature hash brown potatoes. The breakfast minis are great also. But I think even if the food was not that great the customer service will have me going back. Keep up the great work and make more money by selling your work training manual to other fast food places read more

I'm pissed..... Every time I come to chick -til-a I order the Cobb salad and ask for extra Italian dressing just to get home to find out that they've only put one in there, so today I order the same thing a Cobb salad and a number 2 for my son and ask for and extra Italian dressing then I get home to find out that it's not the usual one that they put in there it's NoThIng not one Italian dressing at all but it's these dry red bell peppers for some odd reason .. now how am I supposed to eat this dry salad without dressing? I called just for the girl to say oh it's our fault they didn't do it on purpose .. that's cool and all but I can't eat this and I wasted my money read more

They always have such polite workers here! I usually get either the nuggets meal or the spicy chicken sandwich meal. Both are good. They bring our food to the table for us and the store is usually always pretty clean. This is one of the better fast food places for sure. read more

Was given the wrong order twice in one visit! Then saw the workers take the food I was given and give it to the right cars! What if I would have tampered with it? What a waste of thirty minutes of my lunch break! Furthermore when the window girl gave me my food she tried telling me well you put it for curbside not drive through. Girl the only reason I was in the drive through was because my curbside spot was already taken after you gave me the wrong food and I left! You can say my pleasure all day but an I'm sorry would have gone a lot further. read more

The original chicken sandwich. Polynesian sauce. Chicken tenders. Vanilla ice cream. The coffee... All wonderful! The service and food are always fantastic here. This is my favorite fast food restaurant. You can load up on as many sauces as possible, antibacterial wipes, and smiles. This location can get jammed up during lunch hour, so just give yourself some extra time -it's worth it! read more

I really debated on leaving a review. I use to work for a CFA when I was younger, so my expectations are higher knowing what's expected. My husband and I decided to dine in for breakfast, and we were met with a smiling face but a bad smell throughout the restaurant. As if you'd mix burnt grease with a musty room. My husband can't smell very well, so when he says something smells bad, it really smells bad. He said it reminded him of McDonald's. Even the floors felt greasy by the play area. The food was good and consistent, but all the tables and booths we saw were dirty. Crumbs on the table tops and seats. My husband was uncomfortable and just wanted to eat and get out. Maybe they were experiencing lack of help, which is understandable in this day and age. Maybe next time, managers could lend a hand at the counter while a crew member wipes down the lobby. read more

I do not even eat fast food but I do eat chicken-Fil-a. They are so efficient in-house and driveway. Their customer service is always excellent with a smile. And their food is delish, especially with a nice smooth milk shake of your flavoring choice. The lines were backed up inside and especially outside, but that does not stop them from delivering excellence in all that they do. And they had a worker outside directing traffic for the driveway, as well as people parked. The worker directed me where to park and when I was ready to back out, he prompted me it was clear for me to back out and even was behind my car to make sure no one tried to passed. I love chick-Fil-a. Two absolute thumbs up for me. read more

Nasty, wet stuff all over the floor. Cardboard and trash all over the kitchen floor and counter near the register. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken wrap. The grill had burnt food which was seared to the grill surface. It was not scraped off prior to placing my order on the grill. My tortilla was then placed on top of burnt bits which were then transported to the outside of my wrap. The wrap consisted of very little chicken and onions, I would equate the size of the wrap to that of one from the Taco Bell value menu. Service is also lazy and slow. These location needs new management.

You have to watch it, but it is not impossible and it's not dangerous. The interior is very simple with clean cut modernIsh furniture. The lighting is also like vintage metal lanterns. They did have two large TVs playing sports events. We heard they served traditional Chinese along with hibachi, Thai, etc. So we definitely went Chinese, hoping for something more authentic than American Chinese fare. As an appetizer, we had the steamed pork dumplings. I had the Lan Zhou beef noodle soup with beef shank, radish, scallions, and cilantro. My companion had the hot and spicy noodle soup with ground pork, bok choy, pickled cabbage, scallions, and peanuts. Dumplings were delicious. And the dipping sauce was thin but wildly flavorful. The Lan Zhou was definitely good. Full of their noodles of which there were MANY and long; some stretched from Baton Rouge to Biloxi. Not really, but a pair of culinary scissors would be helpful. Beef was plentiful, full of taste, and not overcooked. The broth was thin and sooo good. Bok choy was fresh and added a crispy snap to the soup. Fresh radish added crispness and tartness. A single soft boiled egg was nice and contributing to a delicious soup. I would come back just for the Lan Zhou. My companion really enjoyed the hot and spicy ground pork. Definitely spicy and the pork was finely ground. Verdict? Worth a second visit to hopefully find other great dishes among the soups, stir fried noodles, and Hibachi. Give it a try! We will.

It is chicken chunks cooked in tangy red curry spices & comes with a side of Naan & small cup of cooling Indian house-made Raita (yoghurt, cucumber, carrot & spices), sliced purple onions & lemon wedge. For my main I got the malai kofta and paired it with the paratha. Everything was so flavorful and fresh. The dumplings were perfectly spiced and soft. The buttery paratha paired so well with the rich sauce. It also made enough for leftovers the next day which I always love. Not in the area often but highly recommend to anyone who is!

You can order endless sushi, sashimi, rolls, appetizers, teriyaki, dessert, a drink, and more all for that one price. The quality is amazing too! They make everything fresh to order so nothing is sitting out. The salmon is so fresh and buttery. This is by far the best thing on the menu. We got so many pieces of salmon sushimi and I would go back again for this alone. The shumai and takoyaki are also delicious. I wasn't a fan on the eel or tuna sashimi though to the point where I didn't eat the other pieces I ordered. I did really like the sushi roll I got that has salmon, tuna, and avocado inside with yellowtail, jalapeño, and a sweet chilli sauce on top. It's different than my typical go-to rolls but it was delicious and I would get it again!
