The chicken is always raw and it never feels fully cooked. The food quality is always TERRIBLE. The salad serving size is always way too little and the pieces of lettuce and cabbage are never cut up in enough pieces. The seating isnt great for large families, like mine. But it is better for smaller groups 1-5. The workers are friendly, but I do feel as if they are understaffed. I dine at Chick-fil-A at various locations about 10 times a month and this was by far one of the WORST experiences my family and I have ever had. Medicore service at its BEST. I order several items including the Mac and Cheese for a take-out order. While I was placing my order, a team member yelled to the order taker, "we DON'T have any more Mac and Cheese". Really, it's 5:00 PM on a Saturday. After placing my order, I asked the order taker for a receipt. He said that "the printer is not printing any receipts". OK fine, I'll live without it. As we are waiting about 10 minutes for our order, we noticed what seemed to be sitting on a counter our order just sitting there as a dine in order. I attempted to get someone's attention, but every employee seemed to be preoccupied with doing NOTHING. Finally, an employee picked up the tray and food and began circling the dining room looking for a number. Being frustrated with the experience, I asked for a refund. The manager who came over to refund me had the I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. She NEVER asked me what was wrong and NEVER attempted to apologize or correct the situation. Such a lack of leadership. However, it seems like they're hiring anyone who's willing to work, rather than hiring with the same values. Chick-fil-A has a reputation, and because of the people they're hiring here who don't know the culture; it's ruining the experience of your customers here at this location. Hiring anyone who just wants a higher paycheck than McDonald's doesn't cut it. I've only eaten at two Chick Fil A's in my whole life and recently realized I've been missing out. This particular establishment is not better than the best chicken in town (Raising Canes) but the food still packs a tasty punch for all of those who crave chicken goodness in fast food fashion. From the outside, the place actually looks like a nice establishment. Sure its got the bells and whistles of a fast food joint, but the exterior front looks brand new, like a small cafe or something instead of a freaking Chick Fil A. It's all about the chicken here. Chicken sandwiches, strips, and nuggets are their winners and taste pretty good and would be gourmet for crackheads. I would suggest going with one of their smoothies / shakes and dipping the criss-cut fries into sweet and sour sauce instead of the plain ol ketchup. Why on earth have I not written a review about this Chick-fil-A? I have been here probably a 100 times, but no review? Could this be true? Yup! So here goes. I think out the 100 something times I have been to that location, I have gone through drive-thru only a handful of times. It's funny, when drive-thru lines are super long because the lines inside are super short! Chick-fil-A food is not my favorite, nor is it my 1st choice, but when I need a chicken sandwich or a wrap (quickly), this is a decent choice. Customer service is always great here and that is what always completes my experience. It's fast food with better quality than your typical fast food joint. Have kiddos? Bring them! When my child was a little bit, I used to bring her to eat there and play in their indoor play area. Great for playdates with other parents with kiddos because you could see the through the window and keep a fairly close eye on them. My weaknesses at Chick-fil-a are their milkshakes, fries and hash browns. I love them and will treat myself to them every so often. read more

I have NEVER before seen a more efficient group of people!! I came during lunch hour after my Target run and I was blown away. The line was extremely long. Wrapped around the building and partly into the proceeding parking lot. But I literally had my food in hand and was on the way home in under 20 mins! Talk about impressive!! Everyone that was working was happy and cheerful! Just their system of getting orders taken and getting cars through was mind blowing. True definition of team work. Totally love the customer service provided by the employees of this company. My favorite is breakfast the potato puffs or miniature hash brown potatoes. The breakfast minis are great also. I really debated on leaving a review. I use to work for a CFA when I was younger, so my expectations are higher knowing what's expected. My husband and I decided to dine in for breakfast, and we were met with a smiling face but a bad smell throughout the restaurant. As if you'd mix burnt grease with a musty room. My husband can't smell very well, so when he says something smells bad, it really smells bad. He said it reminded him of McDonald's. Even the floors felt greasy by the play area. The food was good and consistent, but all the tables and booths we saw were dirty. Crumbs on the table tops and seats. My husband was uncomfortable and just wanted to eat and get out. I'm giving this location a garbage review, which takes a lot for me to do when it comes to a restaurant. Having work in various types of food establishments I try to give the benefit of the doubt where possible. One of those many types was in fact a Chick-fil-A. So the line drive thru line wrapped around the restaurant twice (the entire traffic flow of the parking lot was ill-conceived, that's not their fault I know). It was lunch time on a Saturday and it had previously been raining. But there was no rain at all in the 40 minutes we were in the drive-thru line. And in that entire time they did not once send out order takers or food runners for the window. Either point could've sped up the drive thru. The purpose of order takers is to allow the kitchen to get ahead on the orders, particularly when lines are long. Absent order takers the orders basically come in 2 at a time every 1-3 minutes. Absent food runners outside the orders move slower and therefore the cars at the order box sit longer after giving their order. There is a method to the madness when you see those workers running all over the place to get you your food quicker. This establishment failed to even attempt to alleviate these issues. If they were the only issue the review wouldn't be 1-star. We eventually got to the window and we always check our food before pulling away. Which can feel a bit hectic considering you become the one holding up the line. We ordered on the app so only had to check in at the drive thru. Our order included 2 salads which they failed to give us the dressings for and we had to ask. They ask us which ones, and we were like " the standard ones that come with it". Guess they don't know menu cuz they were confused about which ones. They failed to give us any of the sauces we listed on our order. No forks for the salads. Not enough straws for the drinks. As I stated in the beginning I typically give the benefit of the doubt. But what I experienced on this visit was some combination of a lack of leadership and training. DO BETTER! read more

I do not even eat fast food but I do eat chicken-Fil-a. They are so efficient in-house and driveway. Their customer service is always excellent with a smile. And their food is delish, especially with a nice smooth milk shake of your flavoring choice. The lines were backed up inside and especially outside, but that does not stop them from delivering excellence in all that they do. And they had a worker outside directing traffic for the driveway, as well as people parked. The worker directed me where to park and when I was ready to back out, he prompted me it was clear for me to back out and even was behind my car to make sure no one tried to passed.
