The portion size was there, but the flavor of the spring rolls too were bland. I asked for vegan hoisin sauce and was told that it doesn't exist. I told them that it wasn't true because right now in my refrigerator I have vegan hoisin sauce. I was then told again that they only had regular hoisin sauce. The spring rolls were thick and double wrapped creating more rice paper around the tofu making it very chewy to eat. In order to get to the contents inside, I had to take it apart. The peanut sauce was disgusting! I have no idea what they put in it, but the sauce was a very light brown in color, too loose, and tasted awful. I got my food to go only to toss it out. I won't be back.

This has got to be the worst chick-fil-a that I have ever been to. Never fails, every single time I come here I am disappointed. The rude little hispanic girl at the window should not be working in the position she is in. She majorly lacks people skills! You do not abruptly ask a customer repeatedly, "anything else????" The restaurant still feels like it's getting settled. It was loud, and somehow it felt cramped despite the size of the building. I like the I-35 layout much more. Our server came by very quickly, before we'd had time to look at the menu. One friend was a first-timer, so I asked for another minute, but he was back almost exactly a minute later. I went ahead and ordered while my friend scrambled to catch up on the menu and went last. Afterward, he stood at our table tapping away on his tablet for a while, as if something had gone wrong with the order, before finally walking off. After that, we barely saw him. Food took almost 30 minutes to arrive, and our waters weren't refilled (my friend ended up drinking mine ). When the food finally came out, my entire order was missing. The employee who delivered the food noticed there was nothing for me on the table and went to let our server know. He came over 5-10 minutes later to ask how I wanted to handle it. I said I was still hungry and asked him to rush my side salad and refill our drinks. He spoke with the kitchen to expedite my order, which I appreciated, though I had to remind him about the water again. Later, when I asked for the check and a to-go box, he brought the check but forgot the box, so I had to ask a second time. The food itself was okay. They hadn't claimed their Yelp page yet so I encouraged them to do so. They gave us a pager and we sat at one of the many covered tables to wait for our food. The pager went off in a timely manner. We picked up our food and dived into it. It smelled so good that I took a bite of each dish immediately, before photographing them. I never do that. But I couldn't help myself. We enjoyed every dish. Two of them were absolutely amazing and will bring us back here for sure. The Thai Basil Fried Rice and Pad Kee Mao were both perfect. In most Thai places, these dishes are good but have unmet potential. Here they nailed them. Spice Level - When I order a spicy level of 3 on a scale of 1 to 3, I expect my nose to run a bit. Goal achieved. It was delightfully spicy. Perfect for me. Nitpicks - I am not sure they didn't add some red chilies into the green curry. I didn't sense they 100% of the spiciness came from green chili peppers. Another Thai restaurant in town definitely does the same thing, making the initial recipe mild then controlling the heat levels with the same chilies in each dish (usually red Thai chilies). But green chili loses its distinctive brightness when red chilies are added. (Now you're seeing my passion for Thai cooking come through. All the more reason to appreciate my positive review here.) So when a green curry is ordered "spicy" I like to taste (and ideally see) green chilies in it (jalapeno or any other green chili). My second nitpick is that we weren't offered chopsticks. We were given one of those little plastic packets with a napkin, plasticware, salt and pepper. And, inevitably, the napkin carries a strong odor of pepper. It's a food truck in an outdoor food court, not a fancy restaurant. And there are other Thai options in town. But this little food truck will absolutely bring us back. Maybe even tonight!
