Their service, like most chick fil a's, is always on point. The employees are kind and ready to help, the food is tasty, and their drive thru lines go quickly even when they are very long. They even put in the effort to have employees stand outside to take orders during their busiest times of the day, which makes the drive thru lines go so much faster. We love this location of Chick-fil-A! I've come in the mornings for free breakfast Wednesdays when they are running that promotion. Any other time of day they are always busy. The weekends are especially busy. I came this past Saturday around 1pm and there was a line 2 cars deep in both drive thru lanes. I was a bit discouraged by this, but the lines moved quickly. They definitely had the system working to get people in and out. I've never had a bad service experience. I can't always find parking, but that's not their fault. It goes without saying that their chicken is amazing. I do sincerely wish that they did not have MSG in their recipe. It would be just as delicious without that! read more

We were passing through and had a horrible experience here. My friend received the wrong order and the wrong size shake. When he brought this to the attention of the staff they were kind of rude about it. Service was slow. When I finally received my order it was wrong as well. My other friend just got an order of fries and it took at least 20 minutes to come out. The fries were semi burnt and the store was completely out of mayo. I'm a huge fan of Chik-fil-A sandwiches, so the only way I think they could go wrong would be they were undercooked or overcooked. Neither of those were the case here though. I went inside to order my take out because as usual, the drive through line was long. It doesn't matter what location you try in any city, there are going to be lines. It's just a fact of life with Chik-fil-A. Their sandwiches are that good. My reason for the five stars is because of the good food (it is fast food, so don't expect gourmet quality), but most of all to the OUTSTANDING employees at this location. Although I only have 1 check in here, I've actually been here several times. I just keep forgetting to check in. Anyway, the employees here are awesome! Every one of them I've encountered has been smiling, friendly and customer oriented. Kudos to the manager(s) for hiring good people, training them well, and evidently keeping them happy. Today the line got up to about 6 people so they opened every register. All of the employees were quick and efficient, whether it was taking orders or filling them. My food came out to me piping hot, in fact so hot I had to put it on the floorboard of the car because it was burning my legs! A few days ago I went to a hamburger place and they gave me one lousy tub of ketchup for 2 orders of fries. Today the girl at the register asked if I needed any dipping sauce for my nuggets and she didn't bat an eye when I asked for 5 of the Chik-full-A sauce and she gave me 6. (I didn't tell her the nuggets were for my dogs out in the car with Hubby and that I was using the sauce for my waffle fries!) Every time I visit this location I leave with a smile on my fave. I'm sorry to post this, but I think people need to be aware of our experience this week. I've eaten at this location many times and never had an issue, but Friday we decided to drive through and ordered 3 adult and 1 kids meal. Everything seemed fine, until a few hours later and one by one we were hit with diarrhea and nausea. It's the only food all four of us shared in the last week, and the only meal we had that day so I'm pretty confident it was the source of our illness. There were three lines going and I wonder if there were issues keeping food at the correct temperature. Normally I like this location, they are fast and efficient, but something definitely went wrong that day. Two of us are still dealing with symptoms and it's been a miserable few days. To my experience, I can really tell that the employees fulfill their duties and make everyone's order to perfection. I always do mobile orders to save myself some time especially when I'm on the go and as usual I let them know on the intercom as I drive up. When I went up to the window she confirmed my name and tried to charge me. I told her I used a reward on the mobile app and she stayed silent and rolled her eyes. Then I asked for a sauce and she gave me a bothered look along with my receipt which she had not looked at before trying to charge me. She was rude and could've handled it better. This is by far the WORST Chick fil a EVER!! The place is absolutely FILTHY! No surprise the previous yelper saw a roach! I had to go inside because the girl working the drive thru forgot my tea and ketchup! She was too busy talking to her coworkers about all the issues with other orders! After 5 more minutes, a goofy looking short guy asked me if I had been helped and at that moment a girl handed me my tea! This is a company that gets back to basics.... treat the customer right and they will return. Their ethics are outstanding. From what I have seen in Bastrop and Austin, Chick-Fil-A hires people with good work ethics, and good character. Always genuinely pleasant.
