I've had the Apple Fall Harvest sandwich before so I know it's delicious but this time was a huge disappointment. There were no apples at all and, no exaggeration, only about a half a teaspoon of fig jam on the inside very edge. I actually thought it was half of an olive when I saw it. That is how little fig jam there was. For an entire sandwich!! So really all it was is a turkey sandwich with 2 pieces of red onion (minus the lettuce which is what I requested). I was at home when I discovered this and had no intentions of driving back. I will check my to go orders from now on.

As usual, they don't disappoint!! The turkey bacon club is my favorite! The wife is all about the roast beef!! They are always quick to have it out, so much so that it's still warm when it gets delivered!!

Excellent!! Food was fresh and delicious! Wait was minimal. Dining room is large with plenty of different seating options including tables, barb-tops, booths and a patio! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable!

Rubin sandwich $9. This is what I got, and it's clearly not a Rubin. Service was awful, guy was so rude and could not remember the order.

I absolutely love their gluten free bread- and their service has become amazing! I prefer it over anything in Bastrop lately!

Today I was driving from Colovista and a brunette driver in a blue Hyundai was traveling at roughly…read more60 MPH on McAllister which is a 30 MPH zone in which my young child likes to play next to. I watched as the large Diminoes sign flew up on my bumper as I approached the very dangerous interaction of McAllister and the 71, which might I add is the most dangerous intersection in Bastrop. When I went to the dominoes to complain a random patron overheard me and commented "That's a very dangerous intersection." Many people have lost their lives trying to navigate this intersection. I was explaining to my brother traveling here that this is a dangerous intersection when I hear the Horn laid on for 10 seconds to tell me to enter the unsafe highway intersection with 2 cars in the median and cars passing me at 75 mph. As any licensed driver knows, the people in the highway median have the right of way. That is why people lose their lives on this intersection, obviously she did not understand the law or rules of the road. As I sat there listening to her honk her horn as me and my brother watch cars pass us at 75 miles an hour we laughed. "do you want me to drive into oncoming traffic?" I'm sure at the ripe old age of 16 or 17 she doesn't understand that in the three years I've lived here more than 10 people have lost their lives at this intersection. I would've let it go honestly, as we probably saved her life. But then she tried to pull up to my right hand side and pass me to enter the highway with multiple cars coming both directions. What ignorant person would try to do such a dumb thing in such a dangerous place? A person that shouldn't be delivering pizzas for a multi billion dollar corporation. As a business owner myself, I understand the liability that is involved in having my companies vehicle marked with a large Domino's Pizza on top of it driving reckless is an instant lawsuit. But obviously this child did not. I have taken pictures as well as videos. I will not post this as I'm sure the car is not hers and most likely her parents. what I will say is that I've notified both Bastrop police department as well as both Domino's locations in Bastrop. I understand that you're in a hurry to deliver pizzas, but people's lives are at stake and you cannot be reckless and in a hurry when you don't know the rules or laws of the road. I highly suggest firing this person or you're most likely gonna end up with a liability lawsuit when she crashes or kills somebody. aAs well as I could not imagine getting a one star review for my business over someone recklessly driving 60 miles plus an hour on a 30 mph road zone and then trying to pass me on the shoulder to get onto the highway. I'm sure you think it's more important that that pizza gets delivered on time but I can assure that you haven't lost someone that you love from reckless driving like I have. All of my employees have trackers in the car as well as front and inward facing cameras so that I can monitor such behavior like this, and I know that if I were to ever notice or hear a complaint such of this, I would fire that person immediately because it's not worth having that person Create liability issues for my business. Grow up... I was in a hurry too and can assure you I entered the highway as quickly as I could in a safe manner. How dare you put the lives of me, yourself, and others in my community at risk because you think your time is more valuable than entering a highway from a dead stop at a safe manner. I'm beyond oissex but will continue to order dominoes. I'll come to the location and complain about her as well as pick up my pizza to avoid dominoes driving coming into my neighborhood and endangering my neighbors.

If there were ever a case study in how not to run a business or treat customers, this particular…read moreDomino's location--and more specifically, the manager named Angel--would be Exhibit A. We placed an order online and waited patiently for our delivery. After about 30 minutes with no knock, no doorbell, no nothing, I checked the Domino's tracker. Surprise: it claimed the order had already been delivered. So I checked the front door. Empty. Not a slice of pizza or a hint of garlic crust in sight. I called the store, explained the situation, and the person on the phone confirmed what I already suspected--the driver delivered it to the wrong house. Now, keep in mind: we live in a brand-new neighborhood, and the two houses flanking ours are unfinished and clearly unoccupied. Yet somehow, your driver, displaying a stunning lack of awareness (or maybe just stoned out of his mind), walked up to one of those empty homes, rang a broken doorbell, got no answer, and still thought, "Yeah, this must be the place," and just left the pizza on the ground. In Texas. In the summer. Because nothing says "bon appétit" like bugs and 100-degree pavement. When I declined the suggestion to go dig my food off the ground--because sanity--I was told the order would be remade and resent. Another 45 minutes passed. Still no pizza. So I called again and this time I got the distinct pleasure of speaking to Angel. And I must say, I've encountered more competent responses from a Magic 8-Ball. Without asking my name, phone number, or address, Angel immediately declared, "Oh, the driver handed it to a man." Really? That's interesting--since you didn't ask who I was, how did you know which order I was even referring to? Psychic powers? Because your caller ID sure didn't work earlier when the first guy asked me to spell out every single detail. Then came the best part. I asked Angel what address the driver supposedly delivered to--she rattled off something completely different from mine. When I pointed out that the address was wrong, she awkwardly stumbled before someone in the background fed her the correct one. Not suspicious at all. At that point, I asked a very simple question: Was the order ever remade and sent out? And instead of a straight answer, or responding to my question at all, she offered to remake it again--but only if I came to pick it up myself. Excuse me? After all of this, now I'm supposed to go out of my way to fix your mistake? Absolutely not. I requested a full refund, including the over 20% tip we generously added for the driver who couldn't even find a house with lights on and cars in the driveway. Angel agreed to the refund and then, when I had the audacity to question the disastrous customer service, she hung up on me. Classy. Now, before anyone tries to dismiss this as "he must have been yelling, cursing or rude"--let's be clear: I never raised my voice, cursed, or spoke disrespectfully to angel or the other guy I spoke to. What I did do was express justified frustration over being lied to, dismissed, and essentially told "too bad" by someone who's supposedly in a leadership position. Angel's defensive, condescending, and dishonest responses only confirmed what was already clear: nobody at this location cares. At all. We spent over $60, tipped well, and got treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. I'm sure Domino's corporate would be thrilled to know their brand is being represented by someone whose managerial strategy seems to be "lie, deflect, and hang up." @Angel--if that's your real name--I strongly suggest a refresher course in professionalism. Maybe start with how to tell the truth, take responsibility, and offer a basic apology when your store screws up. And if the people making the food are being trained with the same level of care and professionalism you give to customer service, I honestly feel safer not eating anything from your location. You might want to look into that whole "health code" thing too, just a thought. The sign that states, "workers must wash hands after using the restroom" isn't a suggestion I'll be making it a personal mission to let as many people as possible know about this experience. Because if word of mouth is the best marketing a business can get, then this Domino's has earned exactly the reputation it deserves. Stay away from this business and think twice when hiring "angel".
