This is my family's favorite Chick-Fil-a. It is our-go to family place before or after ballgames or school and church functions during the week. The customer service is superior, and it is well run and super clean. There are multiple ways to order, and there is ample parking space. We love our Bartlett Chick-Fil-a. New Chick-fil-A so we decided to check it out. I liked how clean everything was so that was a plus. I had a few issues here including getting the wrong order on two different items and waiting a long time for them to be fixed. Since it is a new Chick-fil-A I understand why it was crowded but wish they knew how to manage it a little more. Our cashier wasn't sure of herself and kept going to the back while we were ordering and hopefully she gets better. I love Chick-fil-A and they always have a great meal regardless of the mistakes so by the end of the night I did have a happy belly. read more

We are big CFA fans, we eat it at least once a week, especially on Wednesdays when our schedule is too busy to fix dinner. CFA is on the way home and every member of my family can eat and enjoy their food. I showed up on a Saturday at noon during rush hour, I normally try not to stop by during their busy hours (which seems to be at all hours of the day) but family wanted a quick lunch before running errands. Drive thru was fast, moved in and out of there in about a span of 5 minutes. Customer service is good. Today I ordered a chicken wrap with spicy fried chicken (trying to watch my calories, lol jk) anyways, it seems I got a veggie wrap with a piece of a chicken nugget cut in half. I know it's a new recipe but a recipe with one piece of chicken? It may just been a simple mistake, but I have given this CFA the benefit of the doubt, time and time again. It is not the first time my food has come out wrong, 3 out of 4 times it will be wrong. I will continue to stop by but maybe for a drink or small pick me up. I hope they improve their service, I feel this specific location is like a McDonald's at times, I rather drive out the way to another franchise or different restaurant. read more

This Chick-fil-A has terrible service! I ordered a Combo and asked for a water and they proceeded to try and give me tap water. I was nice and asked couple i get a bottled water since i ordered a combo and the manager and employee attempted to explain to me that they charge for water as if i didnt pay for the bottled water with the combo. At ANY other Chick-fil-A when you order a combo they automatically give you Dasani Bottled water. When i was nice and said i would pay for the bottled water the employee proceeded to talk under her breath and say "you should have paid for a bottled water to start with" in front of her manager. Both people were rude and its obvious that this store must operate differently than all other franchises when it comes to standardization and kindness. I am not sure who the black female manger is at the chick-fil-In bartlett but her customer service is horrible. We order two chicken sandwich combos and once we made it home we found out they were spicy so we called immediately and she said do you all have the receipt, we said yes let us get it out the truck. We gave her the number on the receipt and she ask could we come back today we said no we love in Cordova not bartlett. She said that's fine I have your name down. Today, a week later we give the manager our name for the two replaced combos. They give us the two correct combos and the mangers says you can keep the drinks but you have to give the fries back. She comes outside and ask for the fries back from inside our truck and says you can have the drinks but not the fries because just your sandwich wasn't right. Who does that especially after they were all ready given to us.How disgusting first of all you don't know if we coronavirus or any other viruses.Which we don't but on top of that we had to drive all the way to bartlett to get the replacement order and Number 2 that was so unprofessional. Great place, nice customer service, nice and clean for a fast food restaurant. Only problem is that they often make the mistake of giving me Chick-fil-A sauce when I ask for honey mustard, and I often make the mistake of not checking my order until I get home so that makes me pretty sad. read more

The newest Chick-fil-a in town.....they are all incredibly busy and this was no exception. My husband and I took the grandkids there on a Friday evening to take advantage of the playground and kid friendly food. The line was long but we moved through in a reasonable time. The food was tasty and what you come to expect from Chick Fil-a. The staff caring for the eating area was exceptional. I so wish i had gotten the person's name. My husband left to go run an errand and i had the 2 and 5 year old on my own. She took the time to clear our table and bring back drinks. The 2 year old was very clingy and this sweet lady found me some napkins and wet wipes so I could clean her up and not walk away from the table for a minute. I was so appreciative of her assistance. Meltdowns were avoided and the older child got to go enjoy the play area. read more

This place is always busy. Last time I went here was the last day of school and it was rocking. Some people had to wait for a table to open. That said they're very organized and friendly. I don't think I could move through a long line that quickly and get food quick any other place. When I got my sandwich it was the spicy instead of classic which is what I ordered. took it up and they replaced it no questions. Love it read more

Today was the second time in recent weeks that I went through the drive thru for breakfast and spent close to 30 minutes in line and when it was my turn to order they changed the sign to lunch. I will never return to this location again. Every other location in Memphis gives better service. I'll go out of my way to drive across town for service next time. Severely disappointed. I am very disappointed in the service of this Chick-fil-a restaurant on Kirby Whitten. I ordered breakfast this morning, and the girl taking my order on the intercom took 5 minutes repeating my order back to me and trying to figure out everything i asked for, just to mess up my entire order. I got a breakfast burrito meal that was terribly made, and they didn't give me hash browns that was supposed to come with the meal. Also, she spent so much time asking me what kind of cream and sugar i wanted for my coffee, just to not give me ANY of it. Very poor service, very disappointed. This is a brand new store so they're working out the kinks but they do a great job getting the masses in and out quickly and efficiently in the cfa way but the workers are ALWAYS smiling and courteous and the food is always impeccable even better than I've had at other cfa's. I really like Chick-fil-A, but not this location. They are slow and not friendly. Today we went and ordered. Asked for a military discount which all the Chick-fil-A I have ever been to give. I was told that I had to be in uniform which I have never had to before. When we got our food, it was delivered by a young lady that did not speak to us. I mentioned that there was an issue with the order but instead of offering to assist, she just walked off. I went up the to counter to the register that I originally ordered from to get the order fixed. The rest of my party was finished eating by the time I received my correct order. It was delivered by the same young lady. When I said something to her she again turned around and walked off without saying a word to any of us. We observed her treating other customers the same way. The next nearest Chick-fil-A is about three times the distance to drive but it is worth the drive. read more

Arrived here, rushing to an appointment. Waited in line for 20-25 minutes before reaching the order board. This is, by far, the longest I've ever had to wait in line for Chick-Fil-A. Love this Chick-fil-A! So very glad that our area of Bartlett has one now. My husband and I usually use the app to order. I usually pick it up inside and it's never a long wait. They have crafts for kids here from time to time and they are always offering different rewards on dif. days, which is a help to us seniors. Not my favorite location. It's a new enough store yes, but not so new that they couldn't have worked out the kinks by now. This visit was to the drive-thru were the less then thrilled and borderline I'm bugging him employee took my order of two sandwiches. I then get to the window where my name is confirmed and my order is handed to me. I drive off and prepare to eat my sandwich when I discover not only is my sandwich not correctly prepared (ordered no pickles a simple change), but my second sandwich is missing from the bag. So I have to drive back and wait for them to remake the order. When I receive it from the manager it's just handed to me like I ordered in line and no apologies given. When I finally eat one of my sandwiches on the way home (the one that was missing) it's barely hot. Apparently they gave me the one that they forgot to that must have been sitting there the whole time. This isn't the only issue I've had here. Generally the food tastes fine, but seems to be a roll of the dice as to getting it correct if you change the item in anyway. Also half the staff are more then happy to exhibit just how unhappy they are to be there. I pretty much avoid this location unless it's just to far out of the way to go to another or I pick up from another location on the way home when this one is actually closer to my home. read more

The owner at this location is the sole owner who discriminates against veterans. The owner only allows discounts to military members who are in uniform. As a disabled veteran who put my life on he line shouldn't have to put a uniform on just to eat when I have an id. Even the employees feel that it's a disrespectful to discriminate on what part of the military the owner wants to honor. read more
