This KFC gets so much hate from the people in the area that I stayed away for years when I moved to the area. They brought back the hot wings and the spicy chicken and off I went to KFC! The good visits for me outweigh the bad. I've gone close to quitting time once and the chicken was hard and dry, should that happen? No, but was it expected, unfortunately yes. If I do have an issue with my order, it is corrected. I always order by going in, never the drive thru. This location is slow so that's no lie and apparently it's always been an issue, but I also notice it is always the same people working. Today I was told they were short staffed. I have patience most times when it comes to ordering food and if it means hot chicken instead of what's been sitting I will take it. The ladies are always nice when I go, they have let some ppl go that would be "playing" around instead of working, but again, they always seem to be working hard to get orders out. Love the food, but somethings still wrong with their IT as well as normal service. I ordered online and headed out to pick the food up on our way to the Sunset Symphony. They said they didn't have the order! I didn't think of looking at my mail on the phone for the confirmation (I still have it). But not sure it mattered, as they assured me they couldn't find it. So rushed for time I bought the same items and left.. Since there was a 40% on-line ordering discount, I lost that! Staff was sympathetic, but how far does that get you in the face of such problems? Staff was extremely friendly and cheerful. They made us comfortable with speaking Spanish and English. The food was even made fresh and chicken was crispy and juicy. Would recommend eating at this location 10 out of 10. read more

The young man who was at the drive-through window was very polite. I got a two-piece chicken, and when I got to my office, the chicken was bad. It was spoiled it. It had a huge smell to it slimy. I called the store to let the manager know, and the number that they have on their site and also on their receipts, it's to a fax line, so I cannot get a hold of anyone. This KFC is so bad. The employees (especially the store manager) are completely incompetent. They cheat you by charging you for items you never ordered or received and then pretend they can't add up what you bought, refuse to give you a receipt & can't refund your credit card until you start talking about calling the police when you are showing them on your phone where they charged your card an extra $14 for items that are not in the bag & for items you did not order. I went right when they opened. The fries were ice cold. I asked for extra pickles and no Mayo. they gave me extra Mayo and one pickle. No straw for my drink and no napkins. Don't go to this KFC, it is quite obvious they could care less what kind of service or product they shove out the window. read more

The employees at the kfc on stage rd do not wash their hands they use the same sanitize water that they use to wipe trays off with that people eat on the dishes do not be washed all the way they use the same grease to fry chicken in everyday without changing it the food has mold on it they overcharge for food that be cold the bathroom is never cleaned ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE I have seen them with my own eyes read more

Johnson took my order for a No. 6 all wings. When I arrived home he had wrung up a leg and 2 thighs. I definitely will not eat dark meat. I tried calling the store several times and they would not answer the phone. I drive back up there and told what happened in the drive thru as the lobby door was locked. When I pulled up to the window he just handed the box out the window with 3 wings. He never opened his mouth to say anything, not an apology, not thank you, and not even something extra for me driving back. I will never return back here. Went thru drive thru ordered number 20 on menu and got a number 1. Had to get out of my car to explain about my order to have the cashier looking at me crazy. Im being very calm about it. They take the old order from me I waited for 20 minutes on my correct order. I notice Lauren getting food without gloves on. I make it back in the car to find my Nashville Hot sandwich extremely greasy. Sandwich just thrown together. The Health Department needs to visit there. I ordered 2 chick littles combo a kfc bowl and Large Order of Mac and cheese with a extra chicken little no Pickes on all of them one we didn't get are cookies with are meals two we didn't get ice in are drinks that were room temperature And flat and there was mold on the bread of the chicken and we didn't get the Mac and cheese I don't want a refund and I sure won't be back read more

There was no ice, had to wait a while for food while only 1 other person was waiting & no one else was in the line. Completely ignored one part about order for no gravy. Received gravy. Went inside to get it changed. Person at counter didn't say anything, took a while to go remake some mashed potatoes & didn't say a word the whole time & looked away when handing it back. read more

The food's good, but the people working on the night of 3/31/17 need to be fired. We ordered two 3 tender meals, and a 12 pc dinner, and got various boxes of tenders, various boxes of biscuits, no potato wedges, and a couple of sides.
