I have been to this location many times and prefer it over the Gtwn Pkwy location. Today,like any other time I placed my order online. I arrived 15 mins after placing the order,only to arrive and they had not started on the ordered. I waited an additional 30 mins only to receive lukewarm fries and mediocre wings. This isn't the first time I've ordered online and it wasn't ready by the time I arrived. I am guessing they don't start on the order until the person actually arrives to stop food waste. Someone else after me placed an online order and paid online and their order was handed right to them . I will still visit this location before the one mentioned above because despite having to wait for my order to be made, it is usually right and well literally made to order. The fries today were dropped for an order prior to mine and were flimsy and lukewarm. The fries are hit or miss. I either get flimsy fries or dried/hard fries soooooo yea there's that, even when I say well done it's rarely "perfect". The tables and floor were clean, I arrived about noon on a Saturday and there were two customers waiting on orders. I didn't have a mask with me. The guy at the register (as well as the cooks) all have their masks around their chins. He said I had to have a mask. I said his mask wasn't even covering his mouth and he said "I didn't say it had to cover your mouth I said you have to have a mask". Arrived a little to close too closing time I guess since the door was locked, stood outside for a few minutes until the manager informed her crew that they were still open for another 12 minutes. Was never greeted, was never asked if I was ready to order, so I just proceeded to give my order and was promptly interrupted with "what's the name for your order?", rude but I looked over it. Didn't order a combo but that's what I was charged for, questioned it, but ultimately let that go as well. Astonishingly my food order came up pretty quick, once I got home I knew why, had to heat my wings up as they were pretty cold after just a 10 minute ride home, I'm guessing they were pre-staged. Hand sanitizer was provided, some staff wearing mask, almost no one wearing gloves??, ketchup packs were just throw in on top of my fries, no gloves, ketchup on top of food I had to eat?, well you get the idea. Food was good as mostly always, cold tho. Hadn't been at this location in almost a year, but the same customer service issues continue to plague this establishment. Went to this location for the first time. I have been to wingstops many times for 10 years now in 5 different states. It must be the way Memphis locations are ran as the employees were on their phones and looked like they were having a social. Totally un organized and had to wait a hour for food to be ready. Won't ever return to this location and wing stop is off the list in the Memphis area as they obviously have bad service at their locations in Memphis as I've ran to this issue at their popular location too. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it but I guess they just dgaf. And when I do get ranch it always tastes funny, like a sweet watery tartar sauce without the spice. It makes absolutely no sense to me that they would lack on one of the things that sets them apart from other chicken spots, along with the delicious fries but once again I just can't seem to get a good batch from this place. (One week ago today).... still no refund or contact from anyone... called back the 877 number again today. All she could say was "unfortunately we will get back with you in the order your request was received." A week later and y'all still haven't gotten to my stolen money? She couldn't even tell me in what order my request was or when I could possibly expect a refund or contact from someone with corporate. Now, let me get this straight... when I order, my payment is processed immediately, like, you get your money...But when you don't give me my food, I have to wait an indeterminate amount of time to receive my money back? And NOBODY can tell me when I'll get my $34 back? Doesnt matter how good your food is if your customer service SUCKS. Worst customer service ever. I passed this location a lot. Kind of close to the house. So I stopped one day and decided to try some. Clean restaurant and was greeted when I came in. The menu is somewhat confusing but after awhile I chose a 20 piece Asian something (flavor of the month type thing). Pretty good wings. Well the skin...I only eat the skin of chicken, weiiiiirrrddooooo!!!! Any who, been back a few times. Lemon pepper not that good. But the atomic flavor will fry your nose hair! I kid you not!!! My experience here was fantastic although I usually don't frequent this location. It is night and day difference in the location near my house. The staff was very friendly my order was correct and the food was prepared exactly the way that I wanted it. When I walked in, there were 5 individuals standing and talking and one with her phone out. The young man at the register was the only attentive one in there. His name is Dilan. There were not tickets up when I walked in, and it seemed as they were not having any customers in at the moment. It was about 10 mins later about 5 people walked in and said they had been waiting 20 min's for their order and it would now be another 20 min's for their order as they decided to drain all fryers out at 7PM. Other customers were extremely upset, there was a lady who had waited the 40 total min's only to return as they forgot her 18 piece from a bundle. Not one person came up to the front to say anything other than, we're working on it. One of the girls began saying she didn't give a F_ about whose waiting, they'll eat when they get they food... and would dead look people as if she wasn't int the wrong. The young man, Dilan went to the back and began doing what he could to fix everything and was very, very overwhelmed. Needless to say, when I got my order placed at 7:21PM by 8:30 my daughter was crying and I asked what is the status and they said they were working on it, but it was a chaotic mess as no one took charge and all were waiting for someone else to get their hands dirty. They then used utensils from cleaning the fryers to pick up food from the fry baskets which in culinary sanitation is a reasonable no-no and lost a few customers due to that. I try to be reasonable and patient but 1hr for 30 wings with a crew of 7 on the clock... that's ridiculous... I'm not sure anything can/will be done to be re compensated for the hour of my life back from yesterday, but I will never return (mind you I drove from Millington because my wife loves the food). If the owner of that location could see this, I would ask that you identify who your young staff that really want to work are, and Dilan should be recognized as he stood out amongst all of them. If no response, I will definitely let everyone know that location has no standards in place to keep customers happy. Last time I'm going to this location. I ordered online for a pick up 2 hours later so I could bring dinner home. When I arrived not only was my order not ready so I waited for about 15 minutes or so to get it. So I finally got my order and made the 5 minute drive home. I opened up the order to find not only was my order not correct as I ordered one regular fry and one cheese, but I got two regular fries, but my food was cold. Barely room temperature at best. So I placed my order two hours prior, arrived one time to pick it up, had to wait because it wasn't ready, and got home to cold wings and fries. Called her manager and lied to him while I was standing right there. Manager told her to just make what was missing and fix it and she had the worst attitude about it.
