Fast service and quick delivery. But customer service is very BAD. While picking up an order the cashier was very rude to me, even other customers noticed and shook their heads in disbelief. After walking up to the counter and giving the name, he pushed the bag at me with an eye roll and said "Hey, you can confirm it over there on the table. We are busy over here". It literally takes only 2 seconds to verify the name on the bag while it. Note that there were only two people in line: myself and a guy that was standing beside me being assisted by another cashier. I've been ordering from here very regularly for the past 4 years and it still remains the best Chinese Take Out in this city in my eyes. I'm currently suffering from a cold and ordered some miso soup and chicken with broccoli and asked if they could make it with garlic sauce and they sent me a cup of sauce with my meal, which was great. So the driver that just came to my door was extremely rude to my mother and was cussing at her. Very unprofessional. Amazing food and service. One of the best places in Bartlett that I frequent whether it is on my lunch break or for a quick dinner pick up.

I've only been once. The staff were friendly, service quick. The lo mien was tasty, though a little more salty than I was use to. I ate it all in one sitting which was a little disappointing to not have leftovers, particularly given the price was about the same as other places where I've consistently had left overs. Was craving Chinese food! Was gonna go by the mall but i decided to look up 4+stars for Chinese food and this place came up! Browsed the pics and menu on Yelp and decided to just go there and place my order. When i arrived, i was immediately greeted! I ordered General Tso chicken with vegetable fried rice and it came with an egg roll and a order for chicken lo mein! Total was $26.23. I waited i. The dining area for the food to get ready. It was very clean! My food only took about 10 minutes and it was a 10 minute drive from home. When i got home, the food was good and hot! I must say I am ashamed that I have passed this place numerous times and never stopped! It's never busy when I go by, so of course that made me think the food was not good. Well I was wrong! The sushi rolls were good, sweet and sour chicken was also good. The rice was ok, not my favorite and the cream cheese wontons had hardly any filling. I know from experience that sometimes the filling can come out, but since this was a to go order I didn't notice until I made it home. They offer delivery; however to place the order online there is of course a delivery fee and a transaction fee associated with the online ordering, so I decided to just pick up since it isn't far. Now I paid with a debit card and was charged a processing fee so I'm assuming that was because of the card use fee, which many businesses pass on to the consumer since they are charged for every swipe. No biggie, but if you have an issue with fees when swiping your card they happily accept cash. I am definitely returning and will keep this place tucked away for a quick sushi fix when needed. read more

The worst Mugugaipan we've ever had. The sauce is pure water - when we got home in10 minutes after we put the food in an insulated container keeper we have in our car. Update: the crab Rangoon was excellent. The H/S soup was saltier and less favorable as we have had in the past. Fried rice was ok but still pretty good. Shame that our entree was awful. read more

Hidden little gem tucked away just off the main drag of Bartlett. My favorite item is chicken on a stick, when I'm between lunch and dinner and want a "no muss, no fuss", delicious snack, Chicken on a stick always fits the bill, this delicious marinated chicken is crisp, hot, chewy and tender, a must try. Haven't tried many of the other items but if they're as good as Chicken on a stick there bound to be just as flavorful. One wall of this spacious eatery is dedicated to military veterans, past and present. I felt like it's time to give good old Tommy another update for his Asian Star. I won't argue that this food is the best in all the land, but it is some of the best. It always comes to the table quickly and it's always piping hot. I've been somewhere between 20-30 times now. I've had nearly everything on the menu. My last dish was shrimp in a hot garlic sauce. Literally some of the best shrimp I've ever eaten was in that dish. When bringing large groups in to celebrate or get together, I've just let Tommy bring out several different dishes, rather than us try to study the menu and decide. That's the beauty with Asian food. At a steak place, each person orders their meals individually, but with this, why settle for those awkward moments of silence while you each study the menus? Cast the menus aside, tell him to bring out what he suggests, and then you can enjoy your company. With Asian food, you just share a little bit of everything. And they deliver too! Don't forget the sushi. If you do encounter the rare occurrence of experiencing a problem, Tommy cares about his customers more than anything else (except for his beautiful wife and baby of course) so believe me when I say he takes things seriously and wants more than anything else to please. Hands down the best Chinese food I've had yet! This will be our 'Go To' place for take out. The Crab Rangoon was perfect! I had the Schezuan shrimp. It looked amazing, and smelled even better! It had the perfect blend of spices. The shrimp were plump, prepared right and completely delicious. The Hot & Sour soup was really good too! My hubby enjoyed it along with shrimp fried rice. My son had the Philly rolls (sushi), crab Rangoon's and rice. He enjoyed the food and gave it a 4/5! He's the pickiest eater I know ;) so this is high praise! read more

Ordered a quart of fried rice (along with other food). What showed up at delivery was a pint. Called in to complain that I was given the wrong size. They basically told me that what I got was a pint despite the fact that the rice did not measure that way when I measured it myself. Now I am scrounging for more food to feed my family. Never again will I order from this restaurant. They delivered additional fried rice after I posted this review. Added a 15% discount as well. I'll review them again after ordering again.
