We ordered from here last night and there were some pros and cons. The main pro was the hurricane roll. It was delicious and the portion was huge so I felt like it was absolutely worth the cost of it. The chicken katsu was very tough. My husband was a little taken back by the consistency of it but said the flavor was good, just very tough consistency. Now for the main cons, the general tsos chicken was not at all general tsos chicken. I don't know whey they gave us but the flavor was not at all general tsos. It's the only "Chinese" food my husband eats, so we are very familiar with what it's supposed to taste like. He couldn't eat it, but I didn't mind it. The fried rice was not the best. Tokyo Grill was pretty cool overall. I wouldn't say I was wowed, but the food was enjoyable. From what I understand, this spot used to be a CK's and later a Mexican restaurant. I really liked the unique decor in the dining area. There were a couple of TVs tuned to the Weather Channel (on mute) and pop music playing for ambiance. I ordered the fried rice with chicken, which was okay but could've used some sauce. My dining companion had the hibachi vegetables that included teriyaki sauce, so I asked for a side of that sauce -- and it definitely jazzed up my dish a lot. We also tried the spring rolls, and I found them to be fried hard on the outside but mushy and doughy on the inside -- not my favorite. This location is new to Bartlett. I placed a call in order and everything went smoothly. I had the steam pork dumplings and they were tasty as always. I also had sushi! The Dynamite Roll was really delicious and cooked to order. It is packed with white fish, salmon, scallion, crab meat in side, deep fried whole roll with special sauce. It is very filling, but doesn't make you feel heavy. The inside is very beautiful and clean. I would definitely go back for a dine in experience. The customer service was on point as well. read more

Well I just wasn't impressed but the food was descent. Spring rolls were not cooked all the way through but they sent another batch. Wings had no flavor or seasoning which is odd even for most chinese spots. They were too bready for my liking. The sushi was covered in unnecessary sauce and lack taste. I also ordered broccoli in garlic sauce and it was super sweet. The service was good but there was a young lady serving food and playing with her hair. They were midly busy at 4pm and the vibe was cool. I got 3 huge sushi rolls, garlic broccoli, wings and spring rolls for $55, not bad as each roll was 8 to 10 pieces, 6 wings and 3 spring rolls that seem frozen not freshly made. read more

New restaurant in town only a week old. Service is very nice and attentive. Each person ordered 2 rolls and they came out quickly. So fresh and great flavor. The owner worked really hard to freshen the building with new interior finishes. The new door is beautiful!. We will be back! read more

We order from Tokyo Grill for lunch at work sometimes and I've never been disappointed! Fantastic sushi selection, and all I've tried were great! (try the Grizzly roll!!!) Also the fried rice is delicious and they give a very very generous portion for the price! I usually order the shrimp fried rice and split it for 2-3 meals! :) would def recommend, never been inside though myself read more
