Tonight was particularly notable after we'd gone into a nearby restaurant first at 7:30 and were told they wouldn't serve baked potatoes because it takes too long to thaw them. They close at 9:00. We decided to go to Chicken Salad Chick instead. In addition to the consistent excellence, the employee asked if either of us were drinking iced tea because she wanted to wait to clean it for the night in case we wanted refills. Above and beyond. Yes! Go! This was a great way to plan my meal ahead for the week. You can order a single serving on croissant with sides. We tried two kinds. The Kickin' Kay Lynne is a combination of buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeños, & Sriracha! It's super spicy and has texture. It was really good. I've been to the Chick in Jackson, TN but it was excellent overall with the food - the multitude of ways chicken salad can be prepared are limitless and the dozen or so I've tried are all excellent! Staff is getting worse and worse not taking care of business. Waited 45min today for a to go sandwich for lunch people were in dinning area complaining as well just waiting while staff chatted and were not working. The younger the staff gets the worse the service I will go to Millington from now on when I want actual service. read more

I frequent this location often and I don't generally have any problems. Today I used Uber Eats to order lunch. I was stuck in the office and barely had an hour to eat my food based on the time it was supposed to arrive. It took them an entire hour longer to deliver my food than what they promised. The driver said they were running behind. I didn't get to eat at all and had back to back meetings the rest of the day. Really disappointing. read more

This is a really nice change for a healthy menu in the Memphis area. What I really loved about it what is the ability to have a delivered add a very fair price. I don't feel like I over paid or over ate a bunch of greasy grimy food it's more like healthy menu items that delivers. I went in to pick up our carry-out order. I was standing at the pick-up line waiting when the male black employee with tattoos on his arms looked over me and asked the male black customer what he needed. The customer was behind me in line and not beside me, nor did he appear to be next in any way. The employee gave him his food, to which I said "what the fuck". Then the employee asked me what I needed. I got my food and left. Now we usually love the food here, but the chicken salad on my sandwich was lighter than normal and barely as thick as the tomato. I used to hear my co-workers talk about CSC and thought they were really exaggerating. I finally tried CSC when I was in the Atlanta area. I wanted something different so I stopped in to try it. I didn't correctly so I ended up taking two scoops of a salad. It wasn't what I expected, but nonetheless, I enjoyed it. When they opened one in Bartlett, I tried it again and I have tried at least half of the flavors offered. Olivia's Old South is my go to selection. Needless to say, but I have accumulated quite a few rewards points. There is always a crowd at lunch hour. The workers are courteous and quick to acknowledge you. I haven't had any issues during any stay. The only complaint I have is the fruit cup is too soggy or over ripe from sitting in juice. I will not get that any more. I have tried it several times. Meanwhile, the desserts, soups and other sides are good too. read more

I do appreciate the different options of chicken salads. I like the choice of breads. And I was really really thrilled with their pimento cheese! I, myself, hate wearing a mask....but if you're going to walk into a restaurant in Shelby county during this COVID issue, show some respect to the restaurant and do as the health department is demanding they do: wear a damn mask. I hate masks, but I wear one in restaurants because they have little to no choice since the health department is coming down hard on them. Including the threat of fining restaurants for each customer not wearing a mask. You're not special...not more important than the person in line before you or behind you. Just wear the mask for the few minutes you're in there then take it off when you get outside. This was the first restaurant I've encountered that adhered to it and, politely, enforces it. My tray did not stay right side up, so my fruit, chicken salad, and pickle got mixed together.
