This Chick-fil-A always has the best service! They always make sure our order is right and they're nice

I put my beautiful Bernese Mountain dog to sleep today and went through the drive through to get something to eat. The associate who took my order was concerned about my ready eyes so I explained I just lost my dog. She refused to take money and comped my food. The last 3 times I have picked up a mobile order there have been items missing and incorrect drinks. I left a message for the location weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. I guess I'll have to go to a different location. I've never run in to this issue at a Chick fil a before. read more

This is the best Chick Fil A in Austin, if there is an issue with your order, they go above and beyond to make it right.

So you can order breakfast on the app before 10:30, but can't pick it up at 10:40 because that's when they stop serving breakfast...even though you ordered it 20 minutes prior. And nowhere on the app does it say that. So just a heads up, if you're running late and order before 10:30, you're out of luck. That makes no sense. read more

Honestly, you can't go wrong with chick-Fil-A period. If you look at my banking statement it'll probably say I've spent 600 there this year. Literally can eat there breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. However, my review is in regards to THIS specific location. I usually go to the one on Ben white which is right next to my work. I've occasionally came to this location and every time was disappointed or caught of guard by something. It was this location that I met my first RUDE chick-Fil-a worker. I brushed it off the first time, ironically weeks later going through the drive through I was met by another rude window attendant. It wasn't until I drove off that I realized this was the same girl as before. Fast foward literal months, I mean like I haven't been to this location in 6 months probably. I go through the drive through for breakfast and it was the longest time ever! I usually go the one on Ben white where the drive through line is so bad, that it spills over into the frontage road and they have to hire people to direct the traffic. But even then with 20 cars in front of me, I'm out the line within10-15 min TOPS. Why is it that it took 15 min to get my order in the drive through with only 5-6 cars in front of me at 7:30 in the morning??? Not coming back to this location read more

The first thing I will say is I support gay marriage/equal rights. However, chickfila chicken is THE best chicken I've ever had. Not only is the chicken great, they have waffle fries, lemonade -extra tart, and incredible dipping sauces for said chicken. I always get their chicken nuggets but my friends rave about their chicken salad and chicken biscuits! Ask for their chickfila sauce and you'll never go back!! Their customer service is superior to any other fast food I've encountered. "My pleasure" haha it's great! It's always my first option when I have to get fast food. Best fast food in the area! I've already been treated well. The "my pleasure" makes my day and has rubbed off on me. Other joints should take notes from the Chick. They're also very generous with their donations to school, clubs and organizations. I love they offer spirit night for schools to raise money. The food and customer service is always top notch! Typically I am fan of not only this restaurant, but this location. Today I had the worst experiences I have ever had at a Chic-Fil-A. I stopped in at this location today, with my friend and his wife and young daughter as they had just arrived from their long move from Maui, Hawaii.. and were craving Chic Fil A. I had brought my 10 week old puppy in with me, as I went through a vehicle totalling car wreck last week, and she had received minor air bag burns, as well as my arm. Since then, I have taken her everywhere with me as she is nearly glued to me. I brought her in, because it is too hot to leave her in the the car. She is well behaved and sits quietly in my lap. As we got our food and began to eat, a young employee approached me and reluctantly told me that I could not stay inside with my dog, but rather needed to go outside and finish my meal. I agreed without arguing knowing this young man was just doing his job and was being very polite about it. He was doing the best he could of an awkward situation. My issue is with the the situation and lack of sympathy to human and animal needs. I understand that there is a policy that all customers must follow, but rather sometimes when it is 4pm on a June afternoon, and there is only a few solid metal tables with virtually no shade outside the restuarant to eat at, maybe corporate policy needs to take a back seat for a second before you send your young employee to go make a family eat their meal in the scalding heat on metal chairs that have been baking in the June sun all afternoon. We sat out there till we had a good sweat, then proceeded to pack up and leave with our meals half done. What could have been done, was to look at the 10 week old puppy, and the young girl and realize that maybe its cruel to make them eat outside in the heat, while a nearly empty 4pm Chic-Fil-A resturant sits in perfectly good A/C. I would understand if my puppy was causing trouble, but she just sat quietly in my lap. Odds are, most of the employees will remember her, and be able to vouch for us causing no trouble. Just got home after waiting 15 minutes in their cramped drive thru to some of the smallest, thinnest, hardest, dryest pieces of chicken tenders I have ever had in my life. Absolutely inedible! Everything you want in fast food- served quickly, hot and with a smile! I love this location. The lack of a star is for the new kale salad. This "superfoods salad" was recently added to the menu. While flavorful, i was constantly digging around the stocks left on the broccoli and kale. Ok, guys, remember to check your food before you leave. Went to drive through today, order two meals and one strips. They put two fires on the top of the bag. So, couldn't see what's inside. I called the store nervously cause I know how busy they get, and on the second ring Ethan picked up and was the most helpful and kind. I love love love CFA, but I hate how their drive through is set up. This location is the worst because it's always so crowded. If you come in and want to go through the drive though you either have to loop completely around because you can only get in the drive through in one area, or, sit in traffic and wait for an opening to shoot through across slaughter so you don't have to go all around. I ordered from Doordash and this restaurant left 12pack of nuggets out of my bag, but gave me the sauce for them and left both orders of waffle fries out, but gave me the ketchup for them. For a restaurant that prides itself on customer service you have totally failed on the delivery experience! DoorDash did give me a credit, but that didn't give me food to eat at the time. You need to make sure your employees double check the orders because you had it correct on the sticker you provided with the sealed bag. This experience sucked and if your short on staff, take yourself off of delivery services! read more

Chick-fil-a, what on Earth happened to you? Your quality of food has diminished immensely! I cannot seem to convince myself anymore that I 'must,' have your breakfast. In four recent visits I have been let down greatly, the breakfast has been less than worth my time. If I am spending $6.00 on a bagel breakfast, I expect it to be made as portrayed; you know including the ingredients specified... The last bagel sandwich I ordered was missing the usual hearty chicken strips and replaced with what appeared to be a 'nugget,' the egg was so thin I thought it was the cheese, and please don't get me started on the 'straight-from-the-freezer,' appeal my bagel itself had. "Eat more chicken---you bet we will!" screamed my taste buds at the end of a 100% satisfactory session of battling our hunger with one of our best meals to date. My taste buds wanted spicy, and boy, did they get spicy! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe gave them just what they craved, with crisp and tender bites into the meat, topped with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, cushioned by tasty pickles, and bathed in the honey mustard barbecue sauce that is to die for! My taste buds almost fainted from the tangy flavor, but I kept them awake with the hot, fresh waffle fries that were cooked to perfection! The real potato flavor came out with each bite, and that got my tongue's attention. The nuggets were tasty, even more so with the aforementioned honey mustard barbecue sauce. We also tried the buffalo sauce, but my taste buds kept returning to the mustard euphoria, and from then on, all was lost to the descending food coma.
