Every time we get delivery from this store something is missing but today was a new low that inspired the review. Grilled chicken club sandwich came with no chicken, just a piece of lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon. Called to tell them to check their orders, didn't ask for anything, and they were apathetic. The staff didn't seem surprised and I was just told to contact DoorDash. At the premium price and normally high standards of Chick-fil-A you can only excuse these errors so many times. Order on line for carry out, when I got home I noticed that the sandwich was dried out to the point that there wasn't really any chicken. Called the store and told Robert about the issue, he just said "OK". No apologies..nothing. So would have drive all the way back there, I asked if he could have 2 new meals delivered, he said that the were not equipped for that although they offer delivery. I called customer service and asked that the owner/operator to call me. 4 days later, never heard from him. This is, hands down, the worst Chick-fil-a in about a 25 mile radius. It's actually pathetic. The first Chick-fil-a that the employees don't say "My Pleasure!", not that I care, but it's a red flag. The manager must be an absolute nightmare to work for, because the employees always seem unhappy and they get orders wrong at least 50% of the time with me. I'm not picky, I order through the mobile app, I get my order and leave usually without checking (I know, my fault there), but it's right about half the time that my order is missing an item, or they didn't give me sauce, or there's something wrong with the order (missing cheese, etc.). Not to mention they are slow as xmas. Do yourself a favor and drive to North Point, it's way better and worth the extra drive and they have the best biscuits in a 25 mile radius :-) (you're welcome) read more

I 100% understand mistakes happen, and I am not particularly blaming anyone, but when an establishment or someone working at said establishment causes a mistake that will cost you out of pocket $, that is a major issue. Yesterday morning, an employee spilt coffee all over the exterior AND interior of my car. Yes, mistakes happen and although the employee was apologetic, nothing was done to fix the mistake. Nothing was cleaned up or even compensated for. Not only did I still have to pay for coffee to be spilt all over my car, I now have to pay to get coffee cleaned off of my car. I hate to see poor customer service at a Chick-fil-A nonetheless, but this particular location is about as bad as fast food customer service can get. At first I couldn't understand why this location had poor reviews. Today I found out why. I went for lunch and the line wasn't long but the service was extremely slow. It is probably one of the slowest locations I've ever been to. To make it all much worse, the woman in the car in front of me, I guess she had about enough. She decided to get out of her car, move the cones in the second lane, drive further up, get out of her car again, walk up to the window fuss at the workers and ask for her order. Guess what!! She was handed her food ahead of the 3 cars that were in front of her and she left as we all sat there and waited our turn. Way to award a tantrum!! A shame!! This is my go to cheat meal and/or dessert Most of the time I do stop here it is on the way home from work & I usually almost always just get a small vanilla milkshake. Yes I said it, a vanilla one, plain jane lol. But their vanilla tastes so perfect & creamy & almost like vanilla bean to me! They hit the spot perfectly after a long, stressful work day! Slowest Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. I've been in this area for two years and my husband and I were thrilled to have a restaurant near by. Everything was perfect - then the remodel happened. Ever since then the staff has been extremely slow. The line is more often times than not, just stagnant. To top it all off, they're no longer open for breakfast. It's just all bad. The good/fast employees must have gone to other locations during the remodel and haven't been back since. It's truly a bummer. read more

So I'm a regular for this location and usually everything is pretty swell as far as customer service. They are in a great location, the staff are usually friend and your order is placed exactly how you tell them. Me and my daughter were making early morning Saturday runs and did not bring out breakfast so we stopped here. The line literally started as soon as you walked in so I decided to park and go inside - after all I wanted to eat breakfast. Just know that breakfast on a Saturday is a mad house! We waited about 30 minutes for our breakfast inside! It was crazy. I've been here many times and never thought about turning them down for breakfast but my experience was definitely a traumatizing one. They told me they were waiting for the batch of biscuits so my food was cold and my daughter's biscuit was scolding hot - ironically that's what happens! But overall, they did keep me informed so I can not scrutinize them any futher. read more

Terrible. This Chick-fil-a has literally been the worst since I moved to the area in 2016. A brand new start with a new building didn't seem to do the trick either. My first trip there after they reopened, everything was great and we had hope that they turned it around but they didn't. We've been there four or five times since and there has been at least one thing wrong with our order. We went tonight and I'm so sad. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with cheese. We picked up our food almost thirty minutes ago, and the chicken was so cold that I just now was able to pull the slice of cheese off of it because it was unmelted. AND the chicken breast they gave me was half of the size of the stale bread used to create my sandwich. I hope my dog likes it. Also. My wife fed me a fry when we were driving home and it was so hard that I actually thought that I bit into her fingernail. We will be driving to the Chick-fil-a farther away from now on because at least I know the cheese on my sandwich will be melted by the time we get home. read more

This Chick-fil-A just reopened which is convenient because I'm right across the street but this is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to in my life. I come here almost every day and order the same thing every time and my order is always messed up or missing something this is the 5th day straight my order was messed up. I'm missing parts of my order or my order is incorrect every time. The kids working here need better training and don't know what they are doing. Our family loves Chick-Fil-A, but this location missed the mark on a few points. 1) No one in the store had the trademark Chick-Fil-A friendly and helpful attitude. This felt more like walking into McDonalds or Wendy's--very basic service. The girl at the register told me that they couldn't(more like wouldn't) customize my son's order the way that we are able to at every other CFA. 2) I didn't receive a receipt. I went to look for it because our total seemed higher than usual, but it was not handed to me nor was it in the bag. And no one reviewed my order with me to make sure it was right. 3) The food was overcooked and the lettuce was wilted. The fries were so over fried that they tasted like chips. Overall, this store didn't deliver on any of the qualities that make us love and frequent CFA. We will continue to go to CFA, just not this one, which is a bummer because it's the closest one to our house :( read more

I visit this location multiple times in a week and lately I have not been appreciating their service. 1) the cost of an 8 count nugget meal with a drink (#3) fluctuates. Started with $6.84 then $6.99 for some weeks, then tonight it's $7.70. I asked did the price change and I couldn't get a proper answer. Also, if you receive discount cards from this location check the expiration date. My food wasn't ready two weeks ago and I was told to park in the parking lot with my hazard lights on. 6 minutes later, still no service. Went into the restaurant and they apologized, gave me my food and 2 discount cards. After trying to use my card tonight, it expired 12/2018. read more
