They were literally perfect in every aspect. And steaming hot. Next was the hogs in quilts. Am I mind I'm thinking kinda like this southern pulled pork sandwich situation and a crêpe. Well that is kind of what it was. I didn't expect it to be cold. I thought this would be a hot dish and it didn't specify on the menu that it was not a hot dish.
