This is a regular spot for us and my favorite rotisserie chicken ever! El Pollo Dorado is Mexican-style rotisserie chicken, its tender and juicy and has a lot of flavor, the sides are made from scratch and you get your choice of mild or hot salsa or ask for both. Then decide if you want flour or corn tortillas. This place is all about rotisserie chicken: burritos, tacos, nachos, and more! The staff is friendly, they speak English and the place is always clean when we visit. They are open for dine-in, or you call ahead and pick it or have it delivered from Grub Hub. If you like rotisserie chicken, you're going to love this!

I just don't understand what they marinate this chicken in because it is so delicious. I highly recommend it for an easy take away dinner.

The best rotisserie chicken in Atlanta, maybe the southeast! Potato salad is also good, not traditional but good.

Very good, reasonably priced. Lots of police officers eat here. We usually take out. Very friendly, locally owned. Glad to support.

I appreciated that the onions were finely diced and uniform, it may seem like a small detail, but it made each bite clean and balanced. I ordered a variety of meats, and it was immediately clear that the quality is excellent. Everything was diced small, cooked perfectly tender, and packed with flavor. Not a single bite was chewy, which really speaks to the care in preparation. The tortillas were outstanding, sturdy without being tough, with a depth of corn flavor that made me wonder if they're house-made or cooked with a high-quality fat. Either way, they held together beautifully and elevated the tacos. The salsa bar was another highlight, offering several fantastic options. Every sauce had great flavor and a well-balanced consistency. The place was packed, and I was the only non-Hispanic person there, which felt like a very good sign of authenticity. Despite that, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

We came here because my husband wanted Mexican food for his birthday. We ended up spending $90 for…read more3 dishes and an appetizer. It certainly wasn't worth it. The plastic water cups looked foggy and old. Everything here just seemed old and dirty. We started with the Dip Trio because the salsa that came with the chips was very spicy. The Dip trio included Pico de Gallo (didn't look fresh), queso, and Guacamole. I ordered a Grilled Chicken burrito with Yuca Fries. The Grilled Chicken burrito barely had chicken and instead had a load of spicy chorizo (ground meat). It should've been called a chorizo burrito with chicken. The Yuca fries were like bricks (probably frozen). Our server was very nice which is why I gave this review 2 stars.

As soon as I walked in, I was seated and taken to a booth. Once I sat down I was handed a menu and was trying to figure out what I wanted. I was given water but the water tasted odd as if their filter needs to be changed. The seating was comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit. The ambiance was rather dark inside the restaurant. I ended up deciding on flautas and chose Mexican rice as my side. I didn't wait long for my food but the plating was very sloppy. A lot of cheese and just overall super unappetizing looking. However, I was starving so I made with what I had. The flautas were super oily and soggy so it was extremely hard to eat them without them failing apart. The rice was also watery as well and tasted mostly of tomato juice with how much watery they were. Service was alright, just very mediocre and grabbing plates when we weren't fully finished. Honestly, I could've made without going as the food was just alright. I most likely won't be coming back.
