I DO NOT recommend this Chick-fil-A location. My daughters visited with their grandparents, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The employee taking their order, Symadia, seemed impatient and did not give them enough time to decide what they wanted. Instead of listening carefully to their order, multiple mistakes were made. My daughters asked for a lemonade and were given a frosted lemonade. They ordered chicken strips and received chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, they did not realize the order was incorrect until they got home. For a company that built its reputation on customer service, this location completely missed the mark. Between the rude service and the inaccurate order, It's no surprise Chick-fil-A isn't No. 1 in Coustomer satisfaction. So slow, mobile orders are a disaster, unusual for Chick-fil-a. The McDonald's next door is faster, what happened to you guys?

I can't see her name but the woman outside who I'd assume is a manager was extremely rude to a Hispanic man in a van. I could hear her going "hellllo hellllllo" with attitude then gave the rest Of her instructions with said attitude. She's the one working on the side closest to the store. The whole interaction rubbed me wrong and I was a few cars ahead so she was being just loud and mean. read more

I visit this location very often as it's right down the road from my office. This time was different because I had Uniqua assisting me in the drive- thru. She was so nice, friendly, and had a smile. She quickly told me about the Moo game to make sure I received the prize as I was only ordering a sandwich. The way she took the time and patience to assist was amazing and appreciated. That truly is great customer service and everyone should take tips from Uniqua and that location should promote her. read more

Every time I've came here it's always been very busy but quick service and my food has always been correct when I've ordered. I only knock it 1 star down because of the layout and not really car spaced friendly. It's basically one big circle and based around it being a drive thru. While Covid is happening now a days, no dining in is allowed but only carry out and drive thru I drove up and was greeted.. they took my order quickly at the window and then I paid and got my food quickly as well. I got a chicken biscuit combo and a brownie since it was free with their app. The biscuit is delicious and always familiar. Any chik fil a you go to, it's always the same and consistent which I really enjoy. It was hot and fluffy, good amount of chicken that was seasoned to perfection and crisp. You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-a, it's always a good choice. This location always looks overwhelmingly busy, but don't let that scare you away - their service is fast. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are open for dine-in!!!! Many CFA's are still closed for dine-in, but this one is open. Because of that they are no longer doing curbside pickup, but you can go through the drive-thru or place an order for pickup inside if you want your food to go. read more

The service here is great and drive thru is a well oiled machine. The food taste is everything you expect from a Chick-fil-a. You should be smarter than I was and check your bags to be sure you weren't ripped off before you pull away. I was super disappointed that someone felt these were large fries when they dropped them in the bags. I paid extra for large and they gave me a small amount of fries. Always a solid choice when we go to Chick-fil-A for lunch. As usual the parking lot is packed and the workers are taking orders 3-5 cars deep in the drive thru. Instead of waiting in this line we decided to go inside. The line wasn't very long and moved fairly quick for a lunch rush. Maybe he wait was about 5 minutes. We looked over the menu and ordered. I went with the spicy chicken sandwich meal with waffle fries and my colleague ordered the seasonal chicken bacon sandwich meal. The food came out within about 5 minutes and we requested some sauces. Soon after we were enjoying the chicken sandwiches till the last bite. Thanks Chick-fil-A for a good lunch! Obviously we will return again and again :-) read more

This location rocks! The line is long but it moves incredibly fast. Service is always friendly. Food always comes out hot and fresh. I don't know who is running this place but they are getting it done. This is the only restaurant I know of that I can see fifty cars in line and I won't hesitate to queue up because I know they get you in and out within minutes. I do really enjoy Chick-fil-A and have reviewed about 50 or so on Yelp, so there is not much more to say than this is the best fast food chicken sandwich in the USA. I prefer a #1 combo (no pickle) and I get the french fried well done as the regular ones are a little under cooked. read more

Just made a very quick stop, in and out, but what makes it quick is the service. They're spot on, friendly, and always have a true smile on their faces. Nothing went wrong. Probably my favorite location thus far! It's definitely almost always busy but they are organized and the line moves very fast. I've had issues at other locations with the wrong order or missing things but this location has gotten my order right every time. And great service even when busy, cold or hot. read more

The Windward CFA is one of the best once efficient locations I have been too. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I have never received the wrong meal. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to the Chick-fil-A on Windward Parkway. The lines will be triple wrapped around all the way from Hwy 9 to Windward and every single employee is working like a team. This location is the "Ritz Carlton" of fast food. The manager directing traffic and the assistant manager running food along with every employee makes the experience perfect. The way they are running the business through this crazy time deserves recognition. I have posted some pictures of my last experience because I thought for sure it would take an hour to get my food- nope, it took 8 minutes and everything including my sauces was correct! My family and I come to this location at least once week. I have noticed for the last three times the service we receive is definitely not Five Star nor Remarkable. I give Chick-fil-a a rating of 2 because the food was fine. However, the customer service was definitely not top priority for the company yesterday afternoon. The young man with a blue shirt and blonde hair at the window in the drive-thru had a very nasty attitude and i'm not sure if he was having a bad day but it was no excuse to be rude. When i told him that an order of fries was left out he cut his eyes at me and then closed the window without saying anything. Then when he came back to the window he basically shoved the fries in my hands and proceeded to close the window without saying a word while i tried to tell him thank you. I am a regular at the particular Chick-fil-A and when I saw their 3 star rating I was shoked and knew I needed to give them a review. Some CFA's are fake friendly and hardly able to serve the expected customer service needed but NOT this one. They are always paying attention to the task at hand and genuinely care for their guests. The drive-thru is well managed and they get guests in and out consistently. Staff is great; always ready to help, they hardly make mistakes but are apologetic when they do, and are always welcoming. Big Chick fil-A supporter here, but sadly we had a VERY unpleasant experience in this location, not once but twice with the same employee called Monica. The manager who was there the first time was even more disgusting. Both of them were the rudest persons we've ever met. I can't understand how you have this kind of people working for you. I'd like to add that the second time we dealt with this rude person Monica, the manager Steve Rinaldi managed the situation really well. All the other people in the stuff are wonderful, we know them well since it's the closest Chick fil-A we have. We used to go very often until the two consecutive awful episodes we had with this person Monica. UPDATE 6/30/2017: I have to say that once again Chick Fil A hit the nail in the head. The new manager told us these rude people weren't working at this location any more and sent us some free stuff for the inconvenience. We appreciate it and will visit this location again. read more
