My company routinely orders food from this location because it's close by - less than half a mile. The order is wrong - every time. It takes a minimum of two hours to arrive - every time. My colleague called to check on today's order and was hung up on. Food quality is passable, but not worth the aggravation. I plan to strongly recommend other options in the future. I ordered delivery from this Jimmy Johns. When the driver got to me, he texted and said he was outside. I went to the passenger side of his truck and looked in the window to see him taking a sip out of my drink! I confronted him and he said he was trying to make sure it was the right one. Been here three times - consistently prompt service and spotlessly clean. As advertised, it's very fast but there are a couple of drawbacks: 1) it's limited egress - accessible by one entrance on (very busy) Hwy 9 near Windward 2) almost no parking - Taco Mac is in the same shopping center and their customers consume all available parking The best times to pop in are off-peak. I've never had Jimmy John's before. We stopped in, and were greeted as soon as we opened the door. They could probably tell we were new; a gentleman walked over and immediately started reviewing the menu (how to read it, best sellers, this vs. that, etc.). It was awesome. He had incredible charisma, and the rest of the employees seemed happy and energetic. We later found out that this guy was the owner. Perfect. He's running an incredible experience. The food was better than average, but not amazing. Really, this place is getting 5 stars because of the experience with the owner. He's really, really good. read more

This location was one of the first Jimmy John's in Georgia. The owner, Chris is almost always in his store at lunch and his product is often better than you will find at any other location. He's very good at recommending the sandwich that suits your tastes and is very accommodating. Egress can be improved by parking in the back and entering there as well. The suite number is 304. I don't even know where to begin with this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Jimmy John's is usually "freaky fast" and their customer service is always great... well not at this location. We ordered our sandwiches (group of 5) 30 minutes before our lunch break started just to make sure we get it in time. 30 mins passed so we figured we'd call just to make sure our order was received and just to get an update. The lady who answered the phone told us it was received and was on it's way. We call back 10 mins later to get an update as our office is RIGHT down the street and she said the driver would be here in 5 minutes. 5 mins passed, no food, nothing. We called multiple times only for the lady to pick up then hang up as she remembers our number on caller ID. So an hour passes at this point, we're just over it and want the order cancelled as we have yet to get our food or any update since they keep hanging up on us. We call back ON A DIFFERENT PHONE just to get through to speak to a manager and finally got ahold of her. She apologized for the inconvenience and stated she'd void the payment (no refund received at this point). SO anyway.. we finally get our food well OVER AN HOUR LATER and get this..... the orders were wrong. They forget a drink. They forget condiments. And our sandwiches are soggy. So we call back over only for the MANAGER to put us on hold and never get back to us. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! I just wanted to point out how great the customer service was at this location a gentleman named Chris took my order and because my work was out of their delivery district, I had to pick my lunch up. Due to the inconvenience Chris gave me my drinks complementary and even threw in some of their amazing bread!
