The best Chic-fil-a in Alpharetta. The employees are always friendly, accommodating my families request and food is always fresh. My kids request fries instead of hash browns at breakfast. This chic fil a will always make them for my kids, no matter how busy they are. Very thoughtful. The food is always fresh and not sitting under the hot lights so long the muffins turn into hard hockey pucks. The only downside was during their remodel, when my family and I were forced to go to the Avalon Chic-fil-a. The Avalon Chic-fil-a is horrible. The overweight manager always refused my kids request for fries in the morning, no mater how empty it was. He was just a jerk about it too. It's like he enjoyed disappointing kids. Not the typical Chic-fil-a employee you find at any other location. Not only is the manager horrible but they food is rarely fresh. They keep food so long under the hot lights they turn to dried out disk for bread. read more

This is a great location! I go through the drive-thru almost every workday morning. They usually provide courteous, accurate, and fast service. The renovation with the double drive through has made a huge difference with Windward traffic. In nearly 3 years, I can count on one hand the number of issues I have had. (and they were with the kitchen). If possible, they are always happy to accommodate special requests the customers may have. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in the area. One suggestion I have is minor... Fill your drink cups to the top...not so much ice. My last drink had almost 1" left to the top of the cup. It was mostly ice and it wasn't completely full. I'm a northerner. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, and pretty much spending my entire life in the DC/Cleveland/Pittsburgh region, I haven't really been part of the Chick-fil-A experience. There's something strange that happens to Georgians when it comes to this life-affirming breakfast sandwich that I've been unable to decipher. I was running late. In the midst of some mind-numbing software shit that is driving me insane, I wanted to make sure that the people I was training were fully fed, thus prevent my have boss from having to hear complaints that I treated the trainees like dogs. I was 2 minutes from the start of training (thanks to a phone alarm that is incapable of waking me out of a stupor) and needed something to huddle the masses. Chick-fil-A was right in front of me. There were a good 90 cars in the drive thru lane, so I opted to go inside. The counter was empty and I ordered 12 chicken biscuits to suffice the herd that was invariably sucking the oxygen out of my conference room. It was then that I was presented with one of the most difficult questions I've ever had to answer. "Is this for here or to go?" Really? Have I let myself go enough for you to assume that my ass would sit in a corner and suck down 12 of these fuckers? I'd be lucky to eat one, much less a dozen of these butter-infused heart stoppers. Did you see a football team behind me? No? That's right, I was alone and ordering 12 chicken biscuits. You know what? Yes, I'm going to sit at this counter and eat every one of these. You're about 19 minutes away from me DESTROYING your bathroom. I hope you have cleaning supplies, because this is not going to be pretty for any of us. I have not gotten the email for the last several surveys I've filled out. So first of all I'm real salty about ordering (and paying for) a 12 pack nuggets meal and receiving an 8 pack But when I asked for Polynesian and honey roasted BBQ sauce they gave me ketchup and regular BBQ I know that doesn't seem like a huge deal, but honestly it's not the same without the sauce and ketchup is trash And the hecking fries weren't salty enough! Half the box they gave me was crumbs, and I have never felt so disrespected I also noticed, as I pulled up to the drive thru window, some kid walking around holding a fry, shoving it in his coworkers faces. Best fast food anywhere! Few places are managed better than Chick-fil-A. They never disappoint.

I didn't get any bad experience here. If anything, I got HOOKED up on the iceDREAM they gave me (was that really a small size? my stomach says otherwise...) and also strawberry jelly packets that I like to eat with my spicy chicken biscuit. I love chick fil a, eat it once a week, and I'm not afraid to admit it. Chick Fil A sauce is the bees knees and if you've never tried it you won't believe what you've been missing this whole time. However, this must be said -- the drive thru wait around weekdays 12-3pm is absurd. Obviously, there's a huge concentration of businesses around here and that plays a part. They tried making it better by using employees with tablets taking orders twenty feet before the speakerbox we used to order at, and the process doesn't speed things up very much. Don't tell me it does -- I've gone here long enough to know it doesn't really do anything. Furthermore, when someone with a tablet takes your order, it pushes the line of cars further back into the intersection shared with walmart and McDonald's, making it almost unsafe to wait in line while dozens of cars maneuver around you every minute. It's literally chaos. I found out that it's almost two or three times as fast to just go inside and order your food 'to go' instead of waiting at the drive thru. On other days, I've literally seen a line of 8+ cars at the drive thru and no one inside waiting in line, and employees just standing here. It's ridiculous how much money this specific chick fil a probably makes and they haven't made any upgrades to the drive thru. It's constantly overloaded and the waits are ridiculous. The amount of employees manning the in house registers should be switched with just the few handling the drive thru. read more

This is THE WORST Chick-fil-A. I have been to Chick-fil-A's all over the south for the last 30 years and have never found one so consistently inefficient. I understand that due to COVID consideration has to be made, but this specific location's service was subpar prior to. Don't get me wrong, the employees are always polite, kind, and considerate. However the level of inefficiency in the drive thru (inside remains closed) leaves room for vast improvement. There are a lot of employees and perhaps that may be the reason for the cluster. But, for so many employees it still takes an extremely long time to get your food. We have not been to this location and not waited less than 20 mins each time in the last 10 plus months. We keep going bc it is the closest to our home, but we go expecting to wait. Tonight, we waited 26 minutes for one peach milkshake. And when we got to the window we had to pull forward and park bc it still wasn't ready. Again, the food is always consistent and the employees always have a smile but management should take pause when the line at the McDonald's across the street moves at light speed comparatively. read more

Appreciate that the line always seems to move along, especially when I'm already late in the mornings and craving some mini's! Ive always felt that Chick fila was on the higher side of fast food, but the quality of the food is always consistent. The staff is usually on the ball, and friendly. I do always have to ask for sauces...which I would think if i ordered nuggets would be the no brainer question to ask. I feel that Chik-Fil-A's are all the same, corporate control has made these stores very homogenous. That is not a bad thing, though. The drive-thru is fast and they are plenty busy most of the day. Lot's of hard working people behind the counter let me know they give a damn about getting my food to me in a timely manner. They recently had some sanitation issues here and received a Fail on their Health Inspection. After review of the document, it was mostly due to fridges not meeting temperature specs and a few other issues not really pertaining too much to the quality of the food (no roaches, rats, garbage in the sandwiches, etc.) They fixed it really quick and had over a 90 upon the re-inspection so they got their poop together. This is close to my work place, around the corner, 8 minutes away and my first time experience was terrible. I made an order for 2 in the morning before going to work. Order never came, people that order after me left with their food one after another until I had to ask about my order because no one assisted me in front while I wanted for about 15 minutes even though there was so much staff in front at the ordering desk, so much they can barely move freely. Before one of the female employee gave me my bag, she read my order wrong so I had to ask me again if that was my order. After I took the bag, I looked inside and saw only 1 chicken biscuit and a sausage biscuit , but I ordered full meals with tots. Told the same girl that it was missing. She "promised" it was in there. I gave her the bag back, because I checked it in front of her. She looked at me like I was lying. She snatched the bag to fix her mistakes. Service is good but the portions and freshness are poor. Just went today and ordered southwest chicken salad. First, it was just a regular salad, nothign southwest about it. I went to this location today and I have to say it was not a great experience. Everything went fine when I ordered, but a customer from another lane drove in front of me when I was told to follow the car directly in front of me. To make matters worse, I guess he's a crew leader or manager (blue shirt) leans out the window and has a long conversation with the car in front of me and she eventually parked because I guess her food wasn't ready. When I get to the window no one greeted me but I noticed a bag sitting by the window. Blue shirt and another employee were engrossed in a conversation (ignored me) and I had to say excuse me and asked if they could verify my order since the cars were out of order. All that time and my food was sitting right there. My fries were cold and gross. Not sure what was going on up there today but the drive thru window crew (where you pick up your food) was not on it... terrible customer service today which isn't typical of this location. read more

I went through the drive thru today only to find my order was wrong when I got home. I ordered nuggets and got a SPICY chicken sandwich. I called the store and the girl said bring it back. I explained to her that I was already home and wouldn't be getting back out today. I asked if I could just give her my name and bring my receipt next time and then replace it. I have been going to this chick-fil-a for years but in the past week I have not gotten the best service. I have been 3 times in the past week (and have been the only person in the drive through every time) yet my order has still been messed up. The first time they forgot my sauces and straws. The second time they gave me friend nuggets instead of grilled nuggets. And the third time they forgot my straws and sauces again and gave me an unsweetened tea instead of an arnold palmer. I understand things are hard because of COVID-19, but I have had no problems in the past when the restaurant has been crowded.
