This particular location of Chick-fil-A is a true nightmare to get in and out of, and unfortunately it looks like they've already done recent remodeling to accommodate more cars. It just sucks and the drive thru lanes are confusing. The food is the same as other locations so if you can manage the drive, I'd go to North Augusta or somewhere else before this location. Unlike the other Chick-fil-A's, I have been to, they don't seem to know how to keep the line moving here very well, there was one car waiting on food this morning and the four cars behind it had gotten theirs already, but could not move until I actually ask one of the girls to tell the person waiting to move forward a little bit. First time coming to Chick-fil-A since they remodeled. The new line system that they have does make it seems like it helps with being able to push car through effectively. We went during a busy time but it seemed to be moving pretty fast. There were three separate orders in the car. The first two came out fairly quick, then the last one came out soon after but we had to wait on a simple milkshake. The milkshake was the one thing that took the longest which is why I'm not satisfied with the service that was given. We waited over ten minutes in the drive thru for it. So long they told us that we needed to pull over to wait for it. We waited and waited and by that time I was fed up. I ended up getting out the car to go to the window and still ended up waiting. I walked up and there was an employee that was drinking one so in my mind I'm thinking how could a customer wait but yet an employee has a freshly made one already. I honestly just expect more with how the lines were moving and how much of a standard Chick-fil-A is in general. read more

Beware! This store has a problem with not validating the accuracy of their orders. I have had three wrong orders in the last 30 days. Even though the receipt is correct along with the label they place on the sandwich being correct, unfortunately the order/sandwich inside was not correct. A good place to eat in spite of. They have downsized their cookie shakes. I asked the staff to load up my shake and they came out with nothing but the shake, no topping no anything just the shake. When I asked what happened they looked at me like a deer in headlights. The shake usually comes back with a swirl of whip cream and a cherry on top. This one had a squirt you could barely see and the manager said "it's supposed to be a doll-up" Everything is downsizing, but the cost. Not a negative review but someone should train Matt to not leave money on the counter when he walks away. Someone could have EASILY picked up the $100 bill on the counter. This facility is always packed, so if your going for lunch plan ahead because it's the busiest I've ever seen a CFA. The restaurant is super fast and efficient. If you go inside, the staff will bring your order to your table. that's not typically for a fast food chain I've been to before. The best part if your a service member, police office or fireman. the restaurant gives you 50% off your order if you're in uniform. Also if you place your cellphones in your tables' box for the duration of your meal, the restaurant will give you free dessert. read more

Appearance and customer service wise, this place is one of the best. The employees are friendly and willing to give you as much sauce as you need. They kept the place very clean compared with other fast food restaurants. My boyfriend and I ate in and were able to get free refills relatively quickly. The food that we received was decent. It was warm, but not hot (which is how I usually like my food). I had the chicken nugget meal with waffle fries which tasted alright, but the battered/fried layer was coming off the chicken nuggets themselves. My boyfriend had the chicken salad sandwich and it was bland, but not horrible. I liked the fact that they had cherry Coke there and my boyfriend commented that the sweet tea was good. read more

I feel like I have finally seen the light, as far as fast food chicken sandwich establishments are concerned. My first Chik-Fil-A experience was everything I ever dreamed of, and more. Overwhelmed with chickeny choices, I opted for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal, complete with waffle fries and sweet tea (gotta keep it authentic down south). The generous chicken breast was moist, meaty, lightly breaded and spicy indeed. The lettuce and tomato looked great and the pepperjack cheese was a clever means of upping the spice quotient. I might have preferred the cheese to be slightly melted, but that's just me- not a big deal. The waffle fries were equally tasty, and service was very prompt and polite. The place was completely packed at 7pm on a Monday evening, so that definitely says something, in my opinion. They also have a great looking breakfast menu, so I have a sneaking suspicion I will be back before my time in Aiken is up. As a side note, I think the average age of the employees here was 14, and 90% of them were petite blond girls. The oldest employee was probably 19 at most. I walked in right at lunchtime and the line was quite long, but this restaurant is very customer oriented, the line quickly moved along! Very friendly and polite staff.
