My wife read about Chicago's Pizza on her Gluten Free message board so we decided to give them a try since there are not many pizza places that offer Gluten Free Deep Dish. They have 3 locations in the Chicagoland area. We went to their Old Irving location. Plenty of street parking available. We seated ourselves are were greeted by a friendly server Jocelyn. We told her my wife is Gluten Free and she brought us menus and asked us what we wanted to drink. They mainly only have soft drinks as this is a BYOB establishment. She came back with complimentary Foccaia breads and oil and cheese. A really nice touch. My wife loved the Gluten Free one and mine was warm and very tasty. There is about a 40 minute wait on the pizza so we ordered their 7 piece Jumbo wings. Garlic Parm sauce...very meaty, grilled and juicy. And Gluten Free! Our pizza was a medium Deep Dish Sausage Mushroom. Good flavor with just the right amount of sausage and mushrooms. Sauce was slightly sweet. They use a corn based crust but don't expect it to be flaky as gluten free dough is never that way. They have a huge menu of salads, sandwiches and Italian dishes with many many Gluten Free items. Next time in Chicago,we will definitely be back!

Our server was incredibly friendly and efficient. The dine in area is small but inviting with flowers in the window boxes. We were given complimentary bread.to munch on while waiting for our food. Mine was gluten free and my husband got focaccia bread both delicious. We split a small order of grilled garlic Parmesan chicken wings which were brought out steaming hot and so tender. Next we split a medium deep dish sausage and mushroom on gluten free crust since that is why we came in. I really enjoyed it. There are so many other things to try on their menu that we will be back when in the city.

Soggy, rotten tomatoes in the salad.

Long time customer, first disappointment. Picked up a couple of slices, a salad, and a couple of appetizers on Saturday night. Apps were fine, we didn't order anything fancy. Pizza was way undercooked. Like the crust wasn't crisp, even on the edges it wasn't browned at all, and kind of gummy, as in underbaked. The cheese was plentiful, sauce great, but it's the crust that'll make or break you. The salad should come with two dressing cups. But what really ruined it for me was the tomatoes. Soggy, mushy, rotten. Look at the photo, you'll see. And I'm not calling the restaurant because if you can't get cherry tomatoes right, you don't deserve the courtesy of a call before the review. I'm so disappointed. By the way, I know the place was busy, but busy should never be a problem or an excuse. Busy is your goal.

Chicago's deep-dish pizza. Beautiful portions with lots of cheese. The dissatisfaction lies in that it lacked a "signature" flavor. It tasted like an ordinary, decent pizza. Overpriced for me

So... this place came recommended by a friend and a gluten free Facebook community. When you enter they ask if you have a gluten allergy before you can even place an order! They brought us the focaccia while we waited on our pizza. The pizza was steaming hot and tasty! You could taste the butter in the crust. Soo good. My only "negative" is 100% a personal opinion, that it's weird to me to have chunky tomatoes in pizza sauce. It was pleasant to eat just not my preference. The restaurant was open for dine in which was great because we were killing time before checkin to our hotel. Waitress was ending shift but took care of our needs. Definitely a must check out!

We travel here from an hour away because they have the best gluten free crust and our favorite stuffed pizza.

This place is overrated. There pizza isn't nearly as good as any other Chicago pizza place.

At 4pm on a weekday it was already bustling, and this place is popular for good reason! The entire vibe and the staff are just super cool. Even the bathrooms are an experience, with heavy metal music blasting in a way that just adds to the unique charm. To drink, I tried the lucky linny and blood orange sour, which were both fantastic. I'm not typically a huge beer person, but after this visit I'm well on my way to crossing to the other side. For the appetizer, we split the cheese curds. I really liked the Korean inspired twist and the kimchi aioli served alongside. I think it could've used a little more salt and arrived warmer for a nice cheese pull, but otherwise it was enjoyable. I opted for the double cheeseburger as the main event, and it was really well done. The beef was juicy, perfectly cooked, with ample high quality cheese and caramelized onions. I think the sauce could've used an extra something, but overall it was a great burger. Great experience all around. Can't recommend highly enough and look forward to returning soon!

Boozy? Check. No complaints there. Most of their food is pretty good. Went yesterday and had their nachos which were great. Unfortunately their mac of the month sounded good before we got it. Mac and cheese with mushrooms and bacon sounds great. But when we got it, it not only didn't look good it was just weird and they really missed the boat with it. They added blue cheese to it for some reason which threw off the taste, had raw tomatoes on it which added to an already way too liquidy sauce, and the pasta was way overdone. It's a shame because their pimento mac with breadcrumb crust is great. I feel like they just tried to get too fancy with that one and also forgot that if you add piping hot sauce to done pasta, it keeps cooking it. That said, service was very good and we will come back...but we will be wary of the mac of the month.
