The pizza is good but the staff is terrible. I ordered a pizza on Superbowl Sunday. 3 hours later I get a call from a driver telling me he is going home and not coming. I call the restaraunt and the manager tells me he has no drivers and that no one is coming. I ask him for a refund and he says he thinks he can get one processed. We had a taste for pizza and stopped here. The place is very clean and washrooms are very clean as well. To the food- pepperoni pizza was pretty good and one of our friends grabbed a chicken focaccia sandwich which he was pretty happy with it also. We are surely to visit here again soon! read more

Finally a solid pizza place with many gluten free options. Their gluten free crust is great and their homemade gluten free focaccia is terrific. They are knowledgeable about the gluten free lifestyle and very accommodating. Very disappointed. Ordered online and received the wrong order. The employee gave us the wrong order and called us to come back. As good customers, we came back to return the order unopened. The customer that had our order opened the container to check if everything was correct. We didn't feel comfortable with an open order and asked for a fresh one. We were still willing to pay for our food. The supervisor did not want to make a new batch and claimed that the container was not tampered with. The customer told us he opened it because, "how else was I suppose to make sure it was correct?" Horrible customer service and problem solving skills. We left with our money back. read more

I used to order from here all the time, and their delivery service was best described as "Adequate." But on a few occasions the driver took an hour to travel roughly a mile to my house. Okay, okay, I understand that places get busy. I can be pretty forgiving, particularly when the food is good. But the last time I ordered from this location the food was barely even warm when it eventually arrived. So, I called Chicago's to say hey, what's up with the cold food...? And the manager there was a total bitch about it & tried to blame me. I ordered during a crunch time, etc. Then she was like "What do you want me to do? You want me to remove the charge from your card?" I said yes but she never did it, I was still charged for cold food. There's no excuse for cold food; food gets cold by sitting around, whether it's sitting on a restaurant counter waiting to be picked up, or from sitting in a delivery car. If you can't get it where it needs to go, on-time and hot -- you shouldn't offer delivery service. As for the food at Chicago's, it's okay. The pizza is good, but you run into dangerous waters when you stray from the typical fair. The rest of the menu is hit or miss, and I can't say they have a 'signature' dish. I'd also recommend that you'll probably have a better experience if you dine in. The waiters can be a little lackluster and slow, but I reckon it's due to the poor management. read more

Gross...Ok so Chicago is known for our pizza. i am a born and raised Chicago girl and love pizza. My husband and I got a pizza delivered the other day from them and the only good thing I can say is that they deliver late. Other then that it all goes down from there. I ordered a thin crust pizza and this it was not. The pizza was flavorless and the cheese was coagulated. I will never order from this place. i have heard that other locations are good but this one.. not so much! Not to mention that a medium pizza cast $23. What are they thinking. Fantastic!! My girl friend and I came here after a horrible experience at Maries pizza and Liquor this past friday night 11/9/2018. Not only is it BYOB but the food was delicious and the staff was great! We took leftovers and it was damn good the next day when we reheated it. I high recommend this place and eat in to give it a shot. We have ordered it before however eating in was so much better. Great waitress and great food! read more

We ordered a thin crust with half goat cheese half without.The goat cheese was pretty edible and kinda yummy (only because goat cheese is delicious). The other half was VERY underwhelming and lacked flavor, and the crust was gross. Would not return. read more

So if I had reviewed this a few weeks ago I probably would have given it 4 stars. I though the pizzas were good - just heavy on the cheese. However when I asked for light cheese I realized the pizzas are not good. The mountain of cheese covers up that fact. This place was very weird the minestrone soup although tasted good no pasta in it whats up with that and my ice tea tasted like blended up hot sauce why does ice tea taste like hot sauce? I only dine out a couple times a week. walked in during dinner hrs but the place is empty...now I knw why! ordered dinner homemade lasagna and 24pc wings. dinner lasagna seem like lunch size! i went to pick up my order, i only live like 10 or 15mis away. when i get home, the wings were cold, well not like frozen cold but cool i guess. Love this pizza great flavor and prepared just right. Good prompt delivery service and nice and quiet dine in location with great service also, can't complain. Ordered a Deep Dish yesterday for National Deep Dish Pizza day although I could hear phones ringing like crazy in background, they still made good on their delivery time estimation. Even 10 minutes earlier than expected, I honestly thought we were in for a long wait due to circumstances but never doubted Chicago's. If you haven't tried them, they are a must. My second choice next to Pequod's Pizzeria, just sometimes the drive is too long so Chicago's is the best local choice close to our residence. My son loves the crust, not too hard or undercooked! I really wasn't all that impressed with their pizza. It hardly tasted like a Chicago style pizza and more like imitation "Chicago pizza" you would find in a cafeteria or food court in some other city or suburban shopping mall. It didn't taste bad, I think I just expected it to be better. Especially for a northwest side pizza joint. The delivery service was fine, no complaints there. Here's a place that can hit the spot if you need to order out late or just in the (immediate) area - Chicago Pizza & Pasta. Decent pizza and pasta that could satisfy a crowd after a late night. Other offerings like the Niki's salad are pretty good (fresh gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, on fresh germs serves with a creamy pesto dressing) I will try their other salads and wings next time. Recently diagnosed with celiac...I was excited and dreading our quick overnight stop in Chicago on our way further west. I did a quick Google search of potential deep dish pizza alternatives that are gluten free and I found this place. What a treat! They had pizza, pasta, calzones, garlic bread... All gluten free! I had supreme deep dish pizza and it was wonderful. Is it the exact same as gluten-filled options? Almost! Where it lacks in the crispy buttery texture it makes up in crispy texture so hard to come by in gluten free pizza. Our server was attentive and wonderful and the pizza was great! Ordered a deep dish with pepperoni and mushrooms and it was impressive. I didn't expect it to be on par with the super-well known Chicago deep dish chains, and I'd never had their pizza before, but it was better than Giordano's and on par with Gino's.
