This place used to be my spot until the nail tech started paying more attention to her mobile device than actually my nails. What could have been an hour long service turned into 2 because of the constant pausing. Not only that, she made all of my coffin nails uneven and my gel polish is lumpy. This place is more about making money than actually pleasing the clients. read more

Julie is awesome she did my pedicure ! Lee did my manicure and she's really quiet(this is super beneficial if you're tired or hungover) ! As much as i love their work I will not be returning. This was my favorite spot for about a year. Until i took my girlfriend with me to get pedicures. I had never paid attention until she noticed that while we were there they seated three customers who were there before us. She mentioned not once they opened a sterilized package. When we were seating i then noticed they reached over to their cart to grab the instruments they had just used on the previous three customers. i had to say something! i asked if they could use a new package and the lady came back with a closed package. However, the tabs on the end were not even colored changed, the dot was still pink instead of burgundy/brown. We got up and left. Next time your there at Chic Nails pay attention to were they grab their instruments from, your stomach will cringe!!!! read more

I recently decided to go back to this place, I was completely amazed. My biggest thing when going to get my nails done was the feeling about being talked about by the employees and sometimes the lack of communication. However, Chic Nails now has a wide diversity. This is my new nail spot to go to. Apart from those factors all I can say that Stephany is a gentle person when it comes to doing your pedicure and Bill is very meticulous. I loved how my nails came out and I definitely suggest to try this place out. read more

Horrible experience!!! Something so simple that couldn't be done I asked for a color from the gels for my toes to match my hands and they refused to let me pick from those colors all because I had my manicure done elsewhere ! I couldn't believe it how dumb they acted never coming here again. read more

I went on sunday to get gel mani and pedi. I cant beleive the owner allowed a guy a " coworker" with NO EXPERIENCE to make my pedi, he hurted my cuticule really bad. He cutted my toes nails really bad, he did not file my toes, so I went last night to request my money back and I showed to the owner his job and what he did and how he hurted me, after 2 days after a got my pedi my toes were hurting really bad. And when I got at the chic nail salon the owner starter screaming at me really bad, and really agressive, and she told me no money back, and I said ok, I will call the cops right aways and she said ok go call them I dont care. And I did it, I was waiting for the cops since it was not an emerngency they took 20 minuter to get there, but the owner just closed her salon and left with her husb amd coworkers. The cops got there and I explained and showed them what happened the cops told me to go to the doctor and get a note and go to the city make a complain, and thats what I gonna do . Plus I am pretty sure the young guy " coworker" has no license... why??? Because some of the nails salon allows some beginners to work on sundays since the city does not work on sundays, of course. I requested her to see his license and she said NO, AND WHY NOT?? ITS THE LAW YOU GUYS NEED TO SHOW YOUR LICENSES ON TABLE OR WALL....!!!!! read more

I have to say this is the place to go when it comes to nail. The new mangment is so amazing and so kind they know how to treat their customers. The way they work is so professional i couldnt stop talking about my nail they where just perfect thank you read more

Never again am I stepping in this salon, I waited 25 minutes just so I can witness two ladies come in ask for a pedicure for one then change their mind to two pedicures &. get sit down right away in the pedicure chairs meanwhile I'm patiently waiting. i don't think they had appointments. I came here word of mouth ignoring reviews and decided to give it a try. Nope you ain't getting my money. Time surely is not respected here. read more

I went in for a full set and pedi. They were friendly. The lady who did my pedi was good. But let's get to the good part. The lady sat me & the man who did my nails was just HORRIBLE! Since he started I new it was going to be a bad experience. I even told him what shape how long & color . And still manage to MESS up my nails. My nails were short with my thumbs Long. How ugly is that right?! My acrylics were all bumping! But I went back the follow day and the ower fix them with no charge. And did a okay good read more

Horrible!! Don't go!! Felt rushed the lady didn't even let my toe nails dry so of course they got messed up. I would never recommend to a friend. read more

I've been here twice and both times have been positive experiences. I usually get jel manicures and they do a great job. I am usually reading on my kindle so I don't pay much attention to what's going on with everyone else in there. Overall, for the price, I think it's a great little nail shop. read more

Rude! Walked in, asked how much for a full set & they gave me a price. I said ok then asked for Kathy because someone told me she does a good job. After that, they couldn't get me outta there fast enough! I was told to come back later because she wasn't there. I asked the 2 ladies that were there if they did full sets & they said "Yeah, but come back later. Kathy can do for you, or tomorrow. Just come back later." All while they kept pointing at the door, like for me to leave. It was 11am, how much later & I didn't ask for Kathy only! Rudeness is the best way to lose my business! read more

Julie is amazing I was referred by a friend and she was so wonderful and did an outstanding job must go see Julie ladies ;)

Horrible service. I went there with my sister. First of all they didn't even greet us. Then after waiting for so long, the owner decides to start taking people that were after us. And whe we said that we were there first he made a lame excuse. Not going there ever again. They are just plain rude. There a million nail places out there. I felt so disrispected. read more

If i could i would not put any stars. Worst service ive ever got Im always gettin my nails done so i kno how it goes. I've been going here for 6 years and the only reason I go there is because Julie is THE BEST at giving pedicures and waxing. The last time I went I left Julie a big tip and later found that her manager STOLE half her tip. I was very upset and made up the difference the next time I went in. Most recently 1/22/16 I went in and was rudely confronted by the manager about how I divide the tips up and said I think she steals (she does). She asked if Julie had said anything to me. I said Julie NEVER said a word. She began to say she doesn't want to do my fill and if someone else can do it. I said NO I'll take my business elsewhere! They just LOST a customer who gave good tips!! It was time to leave anyway, they ALL gossip (with the exception of Julie) anyway. Only reason she got mad is cause it's the TRUTH!! The owner should realize that something has to change! Maybe consider a NEW MANAGER since she's the one losing all the clientele. read more

This place may be cheap but the quality really suck... this is for my daughter... I asked for almond shaped nails and got square shape not only that they cut one of her fingers and one of her nails was placed in crooked they did not shape some of the nails right... .... I don't recommend this place... read more

This place is only "eh.. it's okay" compared to other nail spas I've been too. Pros: They had spa chairs like nail spa salons should! They have a good-sized collection of nail color. The place looks nice and neat and hygienic. Some of their workers are very nice and do a great job. Cons: Some of their workers are nice to you, but they don't do a very good job. * One worker did my feet while the other worker did my hands. I have no complaints about the one who did my feet. She was great. The one who did my hands was nice, but she did a very poor job. I got french tips, and she filed my nails crookedly and tried to put nail polish on them. I had to stop her and tell her that she should file my nails correctly before continuing with the color. She also did not put a base coat before applying the white tip! When she was removing the excess white color and making the tip, she used her finger nails and she accidentally removed part of the color on the tip of my pinky. She continued to put the top coat on it... I thought she would fix it before putting the top coat on it, so when I saw that she wasn't going to fix it, I stopped her and told her. Also, my tips were crooked! When she was using the small brush with the acetone to make my tips, she made one side of the tip thicker than the other on several of my nails! Although they have the nail spa chairs, I think they were improperly spaced. Each chair is immediately next to each other. That is, you can't fit a stool chair in between for the workers who perform manicures on you while you're sitting on the chair. So, the girl who did my finger nails had to stand the entire time, and I think that's part of the problem of why she was making my french tips crooked. Some of the workers, especially the manager (or owner), act kind of unprofessional in front of the customers. She was yelling at one of the guys who was working there and raised her hand at him. She yells in front of the customers. The place reeks of acetone and nail polish. I know that it's normal for nail spas to kind of smell like that, but this place is kind of small and did not have proper ventilation or air circulation. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this place... It was okay, but next time I do my nails, I won't be going here. read more

It's so difficult to find a great nail spa close to home and I must say I am so happy to hear that Chic Nails has new management, FINALLY! Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Celine and her husband are amazing people. Came in last minute and they were more than accommodating. Came in with nasty hands and feet and walked out ready to puurrrr....meow meow with my sexy digits! Thanks Celine. read more

I have been going too Chic Nails for about 2 years, and they have always treated me with the upmost respect. I was there when they lady that wrote the last review was there and non of what she said is true. I have never know of any of the employees be disrespectful. Much less turn off the tv at anytime. You may have to wait to get your nails done, but well worth the wait. Celine always tells her customers when they have to wait. This gives her customers a chance go do some errands and come back. I recommend for ladies to come get their nails done at Chic Nails. I cannot believe that this lady did not pay for the service. She asked how much was a regular set, and she told the lady that was doing her nails that she wanted ombré. She got upset because it was a different price from what they told her because she asked for special style, but if she would have asked for the price for ombré the she wouldn't have been surprised when the service was completed. I have never see a dogs nails get their nails done there. read more

Never again :/ disappointed I thought why not give it a try it's Under New Management but it was still big fail

I would love to give this damn joke it calls a salon zero stars! I've been a customer for years. Today my mom and I came in and this new employee was gonna do my pedicure. She seemed very young and it took her over 10 minutes from doing nothing to assist me. The place was EMPTY with customers! So my mom and I are seated when the young one decided she was ready. About 5 minutes into it my mom asks the woman doing her nails if the woman is new. The girl doing my nails stops immediately and goes back and sits down to doing nothing. The one in charge said she won't do them for me anymore because we questioned her and I had to wait for the woman doing my mom's pedicure to finish. mom to finish. When there are other employees also not doing anything. So I asked if she was serious. And she ignored me. I kept saying "excuse me?!" Still ignored till I raised my voice and said "I'm talking to you!" Still her mind was set. So I said I was leaving and instead of trying to keep a loyal customer they said "okay go." Wtf?! I know they're known to be rude but it's a business! Keep it professional! A couple years ago I saw two employees arguing really loud till they started kicking each other and pulling their hair. And they always get complaints about how dirty their salon is. Still I would go...I don't know why but I would...until today. read more

Very unhappy with my toenails because of the sloppy work they did!

I have been going to this nail place in the past 3years, May, the owner is supper nice when she is around. She greets her customers with a cold bottle of water and big smile, Lien does my pedicure and she is amazing. She clean and file them so well that I have to get them done every 3-4 weeks. My wait has never been more than 10 min because I always call in 20min before I come. If you live near the area give it a try. Ask for Lien,Khanh,Julie. You will not be disappointed!!!!!! read more

I really like this place but the other day i went inn to for a manicure i was really disappointed. It was about 15 min wait.(which i don't mind at all) the lady that did my nail i normally see her doing pedicure, cut the side of my nails after i told her not too 2 times after the second time i let it go because my 2 finger nails were already messed up. She then file my nails like if she didn't know how to file them leaving the tip of my nails feeling rough. She also pass the file on the top of nail so it left scratches so when she put the nail polish you could tell i had dents scratches on my nails. She only put one strip on white n one of clear nail polish. It looks like a 10 year did my manicure she also file my nails after she was done ?? WTF mani didn't last 4 days . Really disappointed not going back. ( the reason i didn't say anything to the owner ( which he is always there and is really nice) was because i hate getting people in trouble and try to avoid awkwardness. read more

Ladies here are very rude! They do not pay attention to what you tell them. I have been here a few times as my first couple of times the ladies who did my nails were not that bad but just took too long (2-3 hours) for a gel mani/pedi. So last time I was in I found out they had a card they stamp each time you come in which I overheard another customer talking about. Of course, they would not stamp for the past times I was there but she stamped for this service. I asked about waxing my arms and was told a price which I confirmed with her was for both full arms. Told her that I would have to come back later in the evening and when I did the lady who was waxing told me I was quoted the wrong price and asked if I still wanted service. Agreed to pay more and then she did a super sloppy job and said that price was only for half arms when I told her she was supposed to do full arms. She was very rude and speaking in whatever language they speak...and then would not stamp my card for that service! Told her I was NEVER coming back to this place!!! read more
