We worked with Nate and his team for a large remodel in Fountain Hills that started December 2025 and finished February 2026 and we cannot recommend him enough! We are remote in California so we couldn't see the progress but he was very communicative, sending us photos and updates on a regular basis. Very reasonable when it came to items that could be over or under the original estimate. And last but certainly not least, the quality of work and timing was superb. He paid attention to detail while we, as owners, couldn't because of our location and the little things were noticed that a lot of contractors would ignore because it wan't in their "scope of work". If you are remodeling a house for your leisure or updating it for a sale, I cannot recommend Nate enough. We will be using them again for another property in Scottsdale. 10/10! read more

Terrible contractor! Upgraded my shower with tile and made more than 10 mistakes all caused by poor workmanship. Wrong tile, shower wouldn't work because lines were clogged, broken electrical outlet, leaks all over the place. It took almost a year to have them correct the leaking issues. Owner, Ken yelled at me because I gave them a poor rating in a survey from my insurance company! He said I cost them business, and I had no right to complain. Cheuvront Construction helped us restore our home after water damage. Insurance recommended some contractors to us. They responded first, I never heard from the other contractors I called. I felt like they had our best interest in mind and were easy to work with. Their skilled workers did a nice job. We had to wait a few days at times when they were working else where. We had to wait on cabinets and counter tops, we ordered from the major retail stores, too. When its a large job it takes some time to complete every thing. I Will make this short and to the point, as to not drag on about an awful experience. This company is a State Farm "trusted" contractor that they farm work to when a person who has state farm home coverage suffers a loss. Late 2013 we had a bad storm come through the valley that caused damage to our roof, which then caused damage to the interior drywall. All was well when I called state farm who burst into action and sent over people to benign drying everything out and an adjuster to look over the damage.. Funny enough (Now I know is part of their SOP) State farm found no damage from the storm to the roof (how did water get in) but did say the storm was bad enough to cause rain to blow up underneath the Tiles and cause the leak. Sounds Fishy, but fine, they are the "experts". Here is where Cheuvront Construction comes into the action; State farm sends them to do the work, which was fine by me, as I haven't the time to track down contractors, and I felt good knowing they were a "trusted" contractor of State Farm. While there they check the roof and say they find one spot that they think may have been a part of the leak, which was weird since state farm said they saw no damage, so we pay OUT OF OUR POCKET to Cheuvront Construction to fix what they see may be a cause of the damage. State farm is made aware of this and we move on.. Come 8-3-14.. Another bad storm and the leak appears again, so I call state farm who says to call Cheuvront Construction and that they'll send out an adjuster.. Adjuster finds no damage this time, and cannot explain the leak (awesome) while Cheuvront Construction now says that we need a new roof (without coming to look at it) so we need a new roof per state farms "trusted' contractor, but according to state farm there is no damage.. No loss paid out.. This goes on twice more with the same result. State farm won't hold their "trusted" contractor responsible, and they claim no damage, which is strange since before that bad storm the roof was fine when it rained. Fast forward to present day, state farm just cancelled our policy, and the only answer I have received is that our insurance isn't good enough anymore, or something to that effect. All in all this was a horrific experience stemming from Cheuvront Construction being involved in our repairs, and they nor state farm assume any responsibility for any of it. Bravo, guys! You have shown me what horrific customer service truly is. SO now I have no Insurance, and they won't even help provide the docs I need to get new coverage.. So not only did they "miss" the damage that their own contractor fixed, but they also would not hold their contractor or selves accountable to correct the mistake. mind you, this isn't some upset guy on a rampage, I have Life insurance, auto, and personal article policies with state farm to this day, but that will change now that I have been told kick rocks and sorry but we cannot even supply one document necessary for you to get coverage.. A document every other insurer has said they would supply in the same scenario. read more

I had had a bad experience with this company, also. Debi, the vice president, came out and looked at my claim. She was one of the companies given to me also by State Farm. I told her the problem I had had with another company not following through. She said that would not happen. She then proceeded to not get back with me. When I called, she said another man was supposed to get with me to do an estimate and she would make sure that happened. I said I thought that was why she had come out. The other man did not ever get back with me. The other company given to me and which I had made arrangements with after her, evidently went out of business. They were through State Farm, also. read more

Cheuvront Construction just finished a huge water damage reno at our condo; upstairs and downstairs were flooded. State Farm gave us Cheuvront's name as a referral, our experience with this company has been highly professional. The follow thru in communication, project deadlines, excellent work by their trades people and navigating the insurance matrix has been top notch. In fact, whatever was rebuilt after the water damage, is superior to the original construction. With the stress and aggravation of water damage, discovered 10 days after the event, the conscientious, 'no corners cut', rebuild has made moving back into the condo a real relief. Walls are texturized to match original, drywall seams are not visible, paint matches original colors, & great referral for flooring, too. Our common wall neighbor experienced flooding (from the same storm) and had Cheuvront complete her reno, too. We are very pleased with our 'new' condos thanks to the communication, attention to detail and prompt work by Jason, Ken and all their staff. read more
