We had to park in the parking lot of nearby stores, but it was not a problem walking between the cars in the drive thru because they were all sitting still! The inside seating was packed as well and our group was not able to get seats together. Six of our group went back to the car to eat! We stopped here to make a quick stop, but it was definitely not quick. Food was typical Chick-fil-A. Service was not as good as other places. I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and the girl wanted to charge me ! That's the first time I've ever been told that and I have been to MANY different locations. Our group will not stop here next time. Lesson learned.

On my second visit (06/26/26), the chicken was better, but the order was wrong. Again, the sides (Mash Potatoes/Gravy and Cole Slaw) were very good. Plan to give this Bojangles location another shot when I return in June.

Tonight it was Supremes Meal with slaw and macaroni & cheese for the sides. I did have to wait in the Curbside Pickup spot along with 2 others waiting but it wasn't that long and all of our orders came out at the same time. It's not that big of a deal to wait a few minutes when you order the Family-size meals and for those that don't like to wait there's the app to order ahead. I've never dined in so I cannot speak on the Dining area & atmosphere inside but every staff member that I encountered was professional and polite. I will continue to stop in for food when I'm on this side of town.

I chose a chicken bowl with a little white rice, black beans, pico, cheese and lettuce. I made a big mistake putting on a cilantro lime sauce. All I could taste was some type of spice...it really ruined my meal. The worst thing was there was no sweet tea!!!!!!! I was shocked. The cashier looked at me like I had two heads when I asked. There is self serve soda and some unusual fruit drinks.... I tried a watermelon one that was horrible, so had to settle for a berry one that was just ok but needed to calm down the heat of the supposed lime sauce. The place was not the cleanest but I did find a semi clean table. It's one and done for any chipotle for me.

I received my food, nicely packed and sealed, and went home. My husband had the Carne Asada taco with chips and guacamole. He said the taco was delicious. I tried the chips (extremely salty) and the guacamole which was good. I had the Carnitas bowl. It was huge, very good for the price, and nicely made with everything I requested (black beans, brown rice, etc.). I wasn't thrilled with the amount of lettuce kind of smashed on top though. Would I order again? Most likely, yes, although I'd skip the lettuce. Ordering through the app & picking up was very convenient, especially in bad weather. (Warming: the drive thru window is higher up, so if you drive a lower or smaller vehicle it may be a stretch to get your package.)

After about a minute or two, an employee came to unlock the door and apologized, that they were running behind that morning. We used the restrooms before ordering, allowing the other customer to order first. The bathrooms were definitely not cleaned over night. Considering we were the first ones to use the restrooms of the day, that's not a good look. When we came out, the customer was still waiting at the counter. From the time we were waiting for the door to be unlocked to getting our food, we had waited well over 30 minutes and the drive thru had been completely cleared out. I was tempted to just go into the drive thru instead. Service was SLOW inside. The food was hot and good and when we were helped, they were friendly. But man, the wait time really set us back during our roadtrip. Hopefully, we don't come across this Cookout location again.

My husband (the driver) got the Super Star burger. First off, that thing is huge! Felt like it weighed 2 lbs. However, I'm guessing the ketchup pump malfunctioned because there's no other justification for the amount that was drenching this burger. It was to the point that the wrapper was already ripping because it had become so soggy from the ketchup. It was by far the messiest burger I've ever laid eyes upon in my life and of course I had to watch my poor husband struggle to eat it while driving, and with absolutely no napkins. We ended up ripping pieces of the bag up to wipe off our hands. His words: "it feels like I'm eating a ketchup soup sandwich." I had the 2/$5 Ranch Tender Wraps. They taste great, but are portioned for a toddler. I actually think a toddler could have eaten at least 3 of them easily. I think we'll stick to breakfast next time.
