The food was awful I bought a Dave's double cheeseburger meal . Got home and the burger as old as, dry and cold no lettuce and the tomato was old also sadly it wasn't edible and threw it out . Where to start??? well haven't had Wendy's in a while so I went to get my wife and I hamburger... so go through drive through and ordered single meal for myself and wife. we'll drive home and get home and the food was wrong and cold. my wife ends up not being able to eat her food because it was wrong. so call and take food back and do they apologize and refund my money???? I feel like this Wendy's never gets my order right, regardless of the time of day or what time of day. Today my order was two meals of saucy nuggets & fries. The nuggets had hardly any bbq sauce, it was a 10 piece and the amount of sauce isn't even enough for a four piece. My boyfriend got the other 10 piece meal and he only had 8 nuggets. We only got one bag of fries in the order. At least our drinks were right... in the past it was small stuff like forgetting lettuce on my chicken sandwich or missing flavoring in my soda. Generally one of the better managed fast food restaurnat in Stateville. It's not far from work and amoung the morad or places to get a fast lunch, this is probably the best. Drive through is very good and in store dining service is excellent as well. For a fast food restaurant, service and food quality is up to corporate standard. I have issues with the same guy everytime I come to this location. older white guy must be the manager but clearly hates his job. Stopped in at 10 o'clock as there's not much else open and expected a fresh burger. Ordered a double with cheese, no bun and a bowl of chili. Chili was excellent, the sandwich meat could have just as well been hockey pucks. It was a drive-through order, and by the time I got to my Destiination (which was four minutes) it is not worth calling back for a replacement. read more

I stopped to grab dinner for my family tonight after a long drive. They have Honest Green Tea now which was a great choice, but mine was ordered as regular and I was given peach. The kids meals don't have an option for baked potatoes.. Either apples or fries which I wish they had. The food was fast, tasted very well and my bacon cheeseburger was great! Hello Yelpers I know not many research fast food so this post is more for the owners. Please hire someone who enjoys customer service! It's sad the amount of money you lose each day with the lack of communication skills demonstrated during a few brief visits. A smile, hello or thank you doesn't require much effort - and it doesn't take a college education to have a demeanor/manners to work in this field. It's possible that your business is making enough money to satisfy or exceed the bottom line, but imagine what could be achieved with additional focus and engagement with your staff. It's difficult watching a business decline when minor things could change and truly enhance customer experience. Yes it's fast food and I would assume the customer experience should be enjoyable. I generally love Wendy's restaurants but todays visit was a disapointment. This location was out of Dr Pepper, was slightly rude while ordering, then when we received our fries they were cleary from the bottom of the basket and seemed to have been fried more than once. They were dark brown and snapped apart similar to how a cheeto would. We also never received our katsup or honey mustard that we asked for. read more

ALWAYS check your order for accuracy before leaving the drive thru! I've been going to this Wendy's location for over fifteen years now and nearly EVERY TIME, they get some part of the order wrong. You ask for plain, they put everything on it; you ask for one unsweetened tea and one sweet, they give you two unsweetened teas. I ask for no ice and they hardly ever honor that request. I've gotten into the habit to check my order to make sure it's right, and that happily saves me from going home only to find my order is incorrect. So please watch yourself because this has been something I've been dealing with for well over a decade! read more

Absolutely horrible place to eat!!! I have a family of five and ordered $40 worth of food. The staff was not pleasant by any means and this was NOT due to being understaffed. We walked up to order and had to get someone's attention because they didn't seem to care. Their drinks and supplies were far from being stocked for customers so we had to ask for everything including some drinks! We sit down and we needed some other condiments so my daughter was getting what we needed for our poorly made burgers and she went to the lady 3 times total during our visit. Here's where I get furious.....the lady went off on my thirteen year old daughter when asking for sweet and sour sauce and was told she wouldn't give her anything else or she could charge her 15 cent for every service!!!! All I can say is Wendy's sucks as a fast good restaurant. I travel I-77 from Mount Airy, Nc to Charlotte, Nc. Everyone of these are horrible. Out of supplies constantly. Not very clean. And don't even eat there if you're in a hurry. I'm through with them all. read more
