Problem was when I got down to the end to pay out and that girl could not keep any of the orders straight. The lady ahead of me had already paid and was walking off when the cashier started yelling for her to come back because she had given me the wrong order. Turned out she had not but she was so disorganized she did not know the difference. As for me, she charged me the wrong amount and I had to have her correct it. You went on to say the line started at the other end. One my husband asked a question, two there was no line, the store was empty. Three she was clearly rude and showed she hated her low paying job. I approached her regarding the her service and lack of tact. The subway female shift manager automatically jumped to her own defense with her hand motions and smacking of the gums (she has no teeth). As she waved her hands and smacked her gums, I stood in front of her with my hands folded, attempting to explain to her the value of proper communication. I explained to her that her body language and attitude clearly told that she hated her job.. She became so defensive that it was a waste of breathe speaking to someone with lack of intelligence. I admittedly left and cursed at her as ignorance gets on my nerves. I had to come to terms that it is Christmas and some people are just naturally bitter. I hope that the store owner provides customer service training to the staff. The way she reacted could have caused additional issues and a good ole dragging. Please talk to her about her offensive body language and her hand gestures. She is a lawsuit ready to happen if she continues with her temper. Again she is very unprofessional, untrained, bluntly rude and lack people skills. You can check with the other staff members that witness the event.

They texted me the link to schedule an in-person, so I scheduled for 4:00 p.m. earlier today. Keep in mind, I'm 25 minutes away from this location, and don't have a super expendable gas budget because I've been looking for a job. My girlfriend and I drive to the store, and I go inside to tell the cashier I'm here for an interview (she was super friendly and helpful), she hands me a cup and I sit down to wait at 3:59 p.m.. I wait until 4:06 until I text my girlfriend, "I'm still sitting here waiting, I'll get up and ask if I should reschedule at 4:10." So 4:10 rolls around and nobody has came up to me. Looking around the dining room I see four people sitting in black shirts. Now, I actually worked at another Five Guys location a few years ago, so I know that those shirts mean that they're managers. I'm just looking around to see if anyone's coming, and none of them would made eye contact with me. I go back up to the counter to ask the cashier if another time would work better, and she says, "okay, let me go double-check." I wait another five minutes until I realize that none of the managers here were going to speak to me, and I walk out the door at 4:15 p.m.. If you're going to post on Indeed, you should probably interact with the people you schedule interviews with, or maybe take 4:00 p.m. off the list of availability. It was very disrespectful to both my time and budget, and I regret giving them my energy. I wouldn't recommend working here.
