The food is what it is but it's the manner in how it gets to you . I don't even know where to start . Employee yells at the cashier before even completing my order for the drive thru orders ?? I feel the life of me will never understand how you can take the opportunity or the time for the effort to get out your car come inside yet the drive-through seems like it always gets preference anyway with that out-of-the-way and waiting an additional God knows how long I finally was finished my order then had to wait while coffee was being made and watch people walk out from the dining room because they were tired of waiting. Woof. 2 Stars average reviews. This was not my experience. Went thru the drive thru. Order a 3 piece chicken supremes. Got the dreaded "please pull up" after paying. They had to fry up some supremes. Waited ~ 5 minutes, which sucked. However, when they brought the supremes out, they gave me 3 extra supremes for my trouble. The supremes were big, fat, and excellent. read more

Two pieces (white meat) with cole slaw and biscuit. Not quite slow but definitely not speedy. I ordered at the speaker and the young man who took my order was clear and intelligible. The lady who provided my food at the window was also clear and efficient. My order was correct and I was on my way. Inside the box, the proper chicken, cutlery packet and biscuit. I hate to give such a poor rating as we really enjoyed our first visit. A huge meal at a great value! The chicken fingers with the Bo Sauce were amazing! The second visit though... The chicken fingers were WAY over cooked and dry. The biscuits were over cooked on top but mushy on the bottom (not even sure how you'd do that). Got breakfast for me and my gf on Memorial Day at 8am. All of the food was cold to the touch. Cheese wasn't melted, biscuits were dry and the chicken/sausage patty was cold. I won't be returning to this location ever again. Worst experience I've had so far at any Bojangles restaurant. read more

Only one word for this loccation ''''S...L...O...W.... Was in the area yesterday and went through the drive though. Simple order, their new pulled pork BBQ Sandwich. Pulled up to the drive through to place my order. Only two cars ahead so not bad. Wrong. Took me 15 minutes to move 30 feet and pick up a simple lunch. This place needs the unit director to check in. Fountain machine was broken: no ice, drinks were room temperature. Ice provided alongside the machine, not too sure about the hygiene aspect with this. No napkins in dispenser but grocery store napkins were available. While we were eating, the cash registers went kaput. Cash sales only in the store snd for drive up. HOWEVER, the Cajun chicken biscuits we had were tasty and quite large. I asked for a senior discount, and the cashier gave me a 50 cent VIP drink. Not clear she knew what to do. I called on a Wednesday to order a large order of biscuits and asked for them to be ready at 7:00am on the following Friday for a teacher appreciation breakfast. When I arrived they hadn't even begun the order. I walked out of the restaurant at 7:40, which means the teacher appreciation breakfast was over when I arrived at school. No apology or acknowledgement that they were even running late was offered. I had a similar instance in May where I called ahead to let them know that I had a big group coming and I had concerns about slow orders in the past. Our very first time ever at Bojangles. Tired after a late flight and still 2 more hours to drive. They were closing in 15 min but were still so very pleasant to us and about 6 others that came in. We got the Cajun biscuit with pimento cheese. We offered to take it to go but they said it was no problem to stay and eat. Much appreciated. The sandwich was delicious! It had a little kick, the biscuit was super fresh, the cheese was full of flavor and the chicken was crispy without being overly greasy. It was the perfect comfort food. The staff was lovely. It pains me to write this as I love Bojangles, BUT this was the worst Bo's experience I've ever had. We stopped for a quick lunch while traveling up i77...but the stop certainly wasn't quick. The employees lacked competency and were far from friendly. We ordered a large picnic fries and since they scrounged up enough fries from the end of a batch to fill it up halfway and thought that was appropriate to provide us. We had to remind the one employee for our barbecue sauce and he unhappily dropped it on our tray from about 2 feet in the air. Then my chicken superemes were not only tiny but significantly overcooked. The quality was far from what I expect out of Bojangles. We've had better Bojangles. I had two thighs with two coleslaws( I don't eat pork so the other option was plain mashed potatoes no gravy because the gravy has pork in it also, so do the pinto beans) cuz that's how they roll down here in North Carolina & a biscuit. I usually don't eat the biscuit because they are too salty for my taste, I just chuck it. The coleslaw is sweet and the thighs were tiny which I'm not sure if that's a good thing, meaning they are not pumped full of something or they were just poor little undernourished chickens from some bad farm. Hubby had a thigh and a breast with a coleslaw, fries and biscuit, his thigh was little but breast was fine. The fries were way too salty. The gentleman who took our order was nice. There was a lot of talking going on between the other worker gals. I didn't see any rushing to get our order but it still came pretty quick. Yes, there is contemporary christian music but unless you've heard it before it sounds like secular music and THAT is what we should have a problem with! Be ye separate. Ok I'm off my soapbox. Lol. I have Loved Bojangles for many years but this location is the worst I have been too. 18 out of 20 trips I have an issue. Cold food, slow service, out of chicken for 8-10 mins???Sometimes employees are sitting in dining room and then they act like I am interrupting them to order. Sometimes cashier will take my order handle my cash and coins and then start to handle my food. I ask them quietly if they would wash hands first (try not cause a scene) and then they huff and puff. I don't want anyone handling money and then making my food. These times I have asked for my money back and leave. I told myself I would never go back but every 2-3 weeks I try and give them another try and usually same outcome. The Mooresville location has always been good just usually in Troutman area for lunch. Also store is covered with seagulls. read more
