My wife's roast beef sandwich was also extremely lacking, although she did like the bread. Weirdly, she wanted lettuce, tomato, and onion on it, and the server told us that they didn't offer onion. Why does a deli not have sliced onion for its sandwiches? On the positive side, my father-in-law really liked his chili.
