I'm just writing this review to comment on the store's professionalism. I've been looking for a food-service job for a while, Indeed is pretty unusable nowadays, so I was super excited to get an opportunity to interview. They texted me the link to schedule an in-person, so I scheduled for 4:00 p.m. earlier today. Keep in mind, I'm 25 minutes away from this location, and don't have a super expendable gas budget because I've been looking for a job. My girlfriend and I drive to the store, and I go inside to tell the cashier I'm here for an interview (she was super friendly and helpful), she hands me a cup and I sit down to wait at 3:59 p.m.. I wait until 4:06 until I text my girlfriend, "I'm still sitting here waiting, I'll get up and ask if I should reschedule at 4:10." So 4:10 rolls around and nobody has came up to me. Looking around the dining room I see four people sitting in black shirts. Now, I actually worked at another Five Guys location a few years ago, so I know that those shirts mean that they're managers. I'm just looking around to see if anyone's coming, and none of them would made eye contact with me. I go back up to the counter to ask the cashier if another time would work better, and she says, "okay, let me go double-check." I wait another five minutes until I realize that none of the managers here were going to speak to me, and I walk out the door at 4:15 p.m.. If you're going to post on Indeed, you should probably interact with the people you schedule interviews with, or maybe take 4:00 p.m. off the list of availability. It was very disrespectful to both my time and budget, and I regret giving them my energy. I wouldn't recommend working here. read more

I ordered a hot dog from Five Guys. They didn't even have chili and slaw. I ordered a footlong but when I picked it up it was regular size. They said that's the only size they had. This very small hotdog was $8.00!!!! It was terrible, I couldn't even eat it. I'll never go back there!!!! read more

What can I say about this place. I love FIVE GUYS so much. Their food is amazing and their burgers are the best. I love their fries as well. Today I tried their Cajun fries. Very good but a little spicy and hot. But if that's what you like, it's perfect. I did enjoy it all. If you've never been to a five guys you are missing out. This five guys particularly is fast, so focused on customer service and so good to their patrons. I love the 5 Guys app. It allows me to preorder and pick up when I arrive. Today I wanted to eat in but I preordered so it would be there when I arrived. And it's perfect. You walk in state your name at the pickup window and they announce you are here. Today the food came immediately after. And I saved sitting in line behind a very long line of folks. Thank you 5 guys for the app!!! Got to try this one in Mooresville. They are so good!!! read more

Staff was friendly while ordering said "no bun"the girl at the counter was nice enough to ask if it was "due to an allergy"? She announced it to the kitcken asap, gloves were taken off and replaced. Thank you. She then offers a lettuce wrap option or pan? Not knwing what pan meant was had to ask? When burger is done it is immediately placed in a tin pan with accoutrement This location is different than some in GA not having a toppings bar where you add cold items youself was fine with it. What do you want on your burger for free there are quite a few items to choose from. Today sauteed mushrooms, sauteed onions, lettuce, tomato and A-1 sauce. Gluten free options are available just ask for ir. While craving a shake truly wanted a Malted Milk. After looking at the G F menu found it had gluten was so happy to have read it before buying. Will try one of the others in the future. We all need a bit sugar somtimes it's nice to know where you can or cannot go to get some. read more

Never been to a five guys till now! Be prepared for loud, loud, loud! Staff yelling orders, felt like I was sitting in the kitchen. On top of that the background radio station was loud. Too loud. As for the burger - bacon cheeseburger. It was good, wished they asked about temp, it arrived well done, too late to ask for something that still resembled a typical burger. Stopped in for a juicy bacon cheeseburger and fresh cut fries. They have a variety of options to add on your burger. I always add grilled onions, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, mustard, extra cheese and ketchup. Be prepared to spend $10 on your bacon cheeseburger, no combos here. But you have to try their fresh cut fries. Get a regular size it's enough to feed 2-3 people. They even dump extra fries in your to-go bag. They cook the fries in peanut oil which is suppose to be healthier. Make sure to ask them to double bag your food or the oil will stain the brown paper bag. If you dine-in drinks are refillable so that's a plus. I recommend this place over fast food drive thru burgers. read more

Perfect Bacon Cheeseburger. Long stressful day today and all I wanted was a good meal away from the maddening crowd. At least this made one of two of those criterion's. Food is good but they do have the music turned up a bit too much to the point that you can't hear it when they call out your number. I had a Bacon Double Cheeseburger with an order of small fries. Small fires is a misnomer because even a small order of fries makes everyone else's jumbo look puny and pathetic. You start our ordering you order at the counter and picking up your beverage cup. From them you pick up your beverage and peanuts if you want and wait. A few minutes later they call out the number on your receipt and go to the counter and pick up your order which is in a brown paper bag. The burgers are perfect although a bit on the greasy side but a little grease is what makes a good burger great. The topping are great and the tomatoes are excellent and taste like tomatoes. Nope, and I'm officially done. I have always liked this place because for fast food, they were still good burgers. They were always a little high but we have reached the point of ridiculousness. Myself and my two sons went in there for three burgers, three drinks and shared one small fry. It was $55!!! And there was something hard and weird in my burger. So, as I said, NOPE. Honestly 5 guys is not the best.... I came in with my girlfriend because we were craving some burgers. We both got a burger, fries, and a drink. And the total was $38.47. *Shocked face*. Forty dollars for two burgers, fries, and drinks.... I was flabbergasted. The burger was a decent burger, I would give it a 6/10 the fries didn't have much flavor to them to be honest, I'll give them a 2/10, but the drinks were phenomenal. My girlfriend got a sprite and I got strawberry lemonade. The sprite was good, wasn't no McDonald's sprite (that would never be topped). but it was a pretty scrumptious sprite, solid 9/10. My strawberry lemonade was also spectacular, I would give it a 10/10 even. Overall I had to give a 2 star rating though because of the outrageous price. I hope you guys find this review helpful. Very yummy food but very expensive, typically things are made at a reasonable timing but sometimes it's not but the ingredients are fresh and they give you tons of fries but it seems like they try to fill you up with fries to offset the burger prices which are really high. Almost $12 for a double cheeseburger and almost $7 for a large fries but it really is an large fry. If you have the extra money, it's a good spot if not there's cheaper options that are almost as good. read more

From time to time I have a hamburger fever, which only Five Guys can cure! My normal hamburger consists of the "little bacon burger with jalapeños, ketchup, mustard & pickles. A number of friends had been talking about this Five Guys place when I finally asked, "Okay, what is it?" "It's the best place to get cheeseburgers and french fries," was the resounding reply. Well, I had heard that before. Some people say the same thing about Cookout!, and I haven't eaten there yet. One day I was driving by, hungry, and decided, "what the heck." I left a convert. Five Guys does indeed have the best cheeseburgers around, and the fries ain't bad either. You'd better be prepared to bring an appetite with you though, especially if you're the type who hates to throw away food. First of all, if you order a regular cheeseburger, you are going to get a house on a bun: two patties, and all the free toppings you want. Yup, all toppings are free! I was amazed and couldn't even finish the first one. Every time since I've gotten the Little Cheeseburger, which makes me feel like a wimp when ordering, but at least I can finish it! Then, the fries: regular and large. Unless you are the second coming of Kobayashi or speed-eating champ Joey Chestnut, the regular will probably be plenty. Again, I couldn't finish them all, which is unusual for me. Also, a nice touch is the sign near the counter that tells you which town in Idaho the potoatoes came from to make that day's fries. All in all, not the healthiest meal around, but who goes to a fast-food restaurant concerned about health? It's darn tasty, just make sure you're hungry. read more

Having been told by a friend that I haven't lived until I try a burger at Five Guys I decided to make time today to heed that advice. I was not disappointed in what I found; courteous service, a super-clean bathroom, and amazing value for the money! I ordered the Bacon Burger with cheese, onions and grilled mushrooms plus a "little" size fries. I got more fries in the bag than I did in the serving cup! In fact, this Little serving is bigger than many big-name fast food large sizes. Both patties on the burger were cooked medium. That's a treat that you don't find pretty much anywhere outside pubs and fine dining restaurants! The bacon was cooked perfectly. I'm super-picky about my bacon, but this was done right! Did not expect the counter service style, but that was perfectly fine with me...I wonder how the place is when it's really busy. I have recently had some severe issues with celiac, and have frequently been "glutened" unintentionally at restaurants. This restaurant has been life giving for me, especially after a long shift at the hospital and needing something that's not going to make me sick for days. I have to specifically point out Yaseye, for being fantastic and going out of her way to make sure I don't end up sick. She came over and asked what celiac is so she could understand better.
