I just wasted 17.00$ with my fries going in the trash. They tasted like a tinge of chemical / oil or whatever and even came through with the ketchup on them . Service was meh as the drive thru gets way more love than the customer that actually gets out the car and comes inside . Ambiance .......? Ok then sure . Friday October 11, 2024 at 7:20pm This has to be the worst run Wendy's ever. Even the road and parking and entrance need to be paved. The employees insult and make fun the customers coming into the store. We are talking all the employees in the store Jahleel the person behind the counter turns his back to me and turns to the other employee with the messed up black tattoos under his eyes and says I look like krusty the clown from the Simpsons. As if I didn't hear him. I was upset but I understood and realized that these were children that had not grown up yet. Their actions were horrendenous and disgusting and probably failed parenting. So the employee with the tattoos unders his eyes mimics the voice of krusty the clown. So they can even laugh more at me. As the whole the staff laughs and chuckles. They continue to laugh and himulate me at Wendy's restaurant. I just walked out disgusted with the unprofessionalism at Wendy's. Insulting their customers. It was absolutely dusgusting they did not care at all. I'm going to call corporate and leaving a Yelp, google review and contacting the BBB If I could rate a zero or minus I would. read more

Wendy's is as Wendy's does, and they do it pretty consistently across the country which is kinda the point of chain restaurants, right? Quarter-pound burger plus lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mayo, and onion (optional cheese) on a respectable bun wrapped up securely to minimize the likelihood of drips and slips. regardless, don't try eating anything over 400 calories in a moving vehicle. Fries are fries are fries but baked taters are only available here! and can be had plain or add sour cream, or cheese, +bacon, or +chili. oddly enough no orange soda... color or flavor... wassup widdat!? Every time I visit, they get my order wrong, they get my name wrong, they can't keep the ketchup dispensers full, the place isn't clean. Yesterday, I told two employees and the manager before I got the ketchup refilled. Then, when it was done, it was done by a malcontent that slammed the ketchup dispenser parts. As for my food, it was a desiccated "spicy" chicken sandwich that was luke warm and a luke warm set of fries. I will never darken their door again. I should have gone to McD or Bojangles. read more

Pulled up to the Wendy's Drive-Thru in between the Bojangles Restaurant and Pilot Gas Station at 7:04 and left at 7:24 with no food nor any acknowledgment from the employees. Waited at the kiosk for fifteen minutes with no response after shouting a few "hello?"s. Pulled up to the first window- dark; pulled up to the next window- saw one employee inside taking a customer's dine-in order and another employee on her phone. The window was open and I gave a couple more "hello?"s while trying to be polite--no acknowledgment. at. all. Cars behind us had the same issue as us. Probably your best option for fast food unless you want to drive a couple of miles off further. Located at Exit 42 on I-77 it's a easy off, easy on for the traveler. Food is typical Wendy's but service is generally very good although they can get bogged down at lunch time. Not a frequent occurrance but it does happen. One of the newer stores, it's clean, well maintained and the staff is well trained. Sign of a good management team Would recommed as on option for the traveler, particulary a traveler with kids. read more

I'm at the Troutman location at 5:33pm and no one is answering the drive thru. Closed at 5 on a Saturday really unbelievable. I was told that the Wi-Fi wasn't working and the fryers weren't working either because the Wi-Fi was down. Do you require a high school diploma to work at Wendy's? Everything you go here, the drive thru says it's closed. Just went there at 6:50pm, no reason it should be closed. Hope the owners know the employees shut the drive thru down 6 hours before they close. This is like the 8th time. Will not go there again. read more

We were visiting in the area (from CA) and decided to stop in for lunch. Wendy's is always a good choice when it comes to decent fast food for a good price, but this location is by far the best I've been to. The lady at the register was so helpful and just a breath of fresh air. The manager was also in the dining area cleaning tables and making sure everybody was happy with their order. Food was fresh and hot, so good I had to finish every last fry. This makes me wanna come back to this location but we'll be heading back home soon. Next trip! read more

Placed order for 3 people, 18 minutes pass by, no food, questioned 3 different people as to where my food was, none knew, kept saying their screen went blank, they looked at my receipt, still couldn't find the food. I saw the sandwiches sitting on a tray that was inches from where they stood looking dumbfounded. They boxed up the fries and sat them down next to our burgers, but still couldn't figure out that it was our food. Finally they asked for my receipt again, looked at our food sitting inches away from them and handed it to me. Burgers were cold, fries lukewarm. Have been to this location several times but just noticed they raised all their retails due to the fact they are now owned by Pilot gas station next door. A chicken go wrap is $1.79 at any other Wendy's but here it is $2.99. I asked manager why retails were so much higher and she said due to being owned by Pilot.
