So I came here a few years ago when it was still Cheogajip but they actually renamed themselves to "Cheo God.Zip." Pretty strange renaming in my opinion but hey, at least the interior is revamped now with a cleaner and more modern look. The place itself is pretty narrow and fairly small but there's a table for larger groups while the other tables seat maybe two to four. My friends and I come here for their chicken and pizza. We ordered the #11 and #13 combos, getting two pizzas (we ordered the sweet potato ones), three whole chickens, half sauced up and half just fried, a plate of fried potatoes, and six cans of soda of your choice. The sauced chicken is to die for - the flavoring is so freaking good... I took off one star because there were a bit of service mishaps, like we modified out order so that ALL of our chicken was the sauced versions but they still came out in its original form (they just gave us a bowl of sauce to compensate), my friend asked for extra ketchup and mayo but it never showed up, and they never once came by to check up on us or ask us if we needed anything else. They have several large TV screens around the restaurant and they had the soccer games on on all of them, which was fine. No music or anything. Lighting is pretty dim for a chill vibe. I really enjoyed this place! I tried the sweet potato pizza with the sweet potato crust and half marinated/half fried chicken. The chicken tasted very freshly made and crispy - just how I like it! The pizza was also pretty good. They load up on cheese to give you that amazing cheese pull. Adding the sweet potato on top added a really unique flavor too. Totally worth trying again!! Their food is mainly fried chicken and Korean style pizza. Between the plain fried chicken and the sauced fried chicken I would recommend the sauced. The most popular pizzas are sweet potato and bulgogi. The sweet potato pizza pie is actually ham, pineapple, AND sweet potato chunks. It tastes very different from traditional pizza but something worth trying. There is no tomato sauce, instead it's more of a creamy and cheesy bite. Overall there isn't much variety on the menu so if you're not in the mood for chicken or Korean pizza there isn't much of a reason to eat here. The pizza is okay too, but try not to veer too far with the toppings, some of them are just odd. I think Coors Light is the only beer they have on tap. The prices are honestly kind of ridiculous for what you get, it's something like $50 bucks for chicken, pizza, and beer. There's also only one person usually taking orders, so expect some slow service. There's one TV in the joint, and it's pretty much always on some K-pop show so if you love that, come right in. We came with a group of 8 on a Sunday afternoon, and we were the only ones in there for nearly the entire meal, so food came quickly. We ordered the combo with half fried/half sauced chicken, french fries, sweet potato pizza, and 3 cans of soda. The portion of wings and fries was humongous, but the pizza was small, and after we each took a slice, we still craved more, so we ordered another one.
