I also love seeing such a diverse crew, and everyone is genuinely helpful and friendly. The place gets busy, but they move quickly and clean tables quickly too. And the atmosphere is so much fun. It's colorful and lively, with vintage posters and touches from both Vietnam and Mexico throughout. Fried golden brown, it was toasty on the outside, and nutty, buttery (with peanut butter filling) on the inside. I liked the condensed milk drizzled on top, instead of syrup, which I normally use at home. They also have other Hong Kong style dishes, like the baked cutlet pork chop with rice, fish fillet in creamy white sauce, and iconic street foods like curry fish balls, radish, and pork rinds (yummy!) This place is fully decorated with so many Hong Kong street items, like the big wall pictures of busy, beautiful city views, signs of major streets, shop signs, etc. If you're not from Hong Kong, they may not mean too much to you.
