Went here on the recommendation of a local CSU student and it didn't disappoint. The sando's are amazing and the fruity pebbles bar was delicious. The Apollo 13 was served on warm garlic bread and had just the right amount of oil and vinegar. The protein to condiment ratio was perfect. These guys know how to make a great sandwich. The perfect Mother's Day lunch. We had gone to a garden for a morning walk and this was our lunch spot. I got the small Griefo (no mushrooms) on their garlic loaf. Sometimes the veg selection just hits the spot and today was one of those days. This sammie has cream cheese, guacamole, pepper jack, mixed greens, tomato, onion, pickle, cucumber, black olive, green bell pepper, shake and house dressing. I love the toasty bread for their sandwiches. I opted for chips and a drink. They have the Miss Vicky's salt and vinegar. My favorite! I enjoyed my lunch with some unsweetened iced tea. This was my first Cheba food experience which is crazy considering how long I've lived here. We stopped by during a lunch rush to grab some sandwiches to take to a brewery after perusing the menu online beforehand. The guy at the counter was sitting down and relaxed and super friendly, chatting about the Avs game with us. The sunken bar had a nice crowd around it for the middle of the day and all the window seats were full as well. I got the 8" Kali Mist minus the jalapeños and went to wait by the Kool-Aid machine. Considering how packed it was, the sandwiches came out very quickly, were rolled into a blunt shape in foil, packaged and handed to us by the also friendly expo guy. The sandwich itself was delicious! The garlic bread was the perfect addition to the somewhat generous helping of meat and veggies in the sandwich. We had enough for leftovers for the next day and I'll be back to sit at that sunken bar for a drink with my meal next time! read more

What is not to love about cheba hut. The staff is amazing and the food has never failed to be delicious. Getting a classic like the Cali Mist and enjoying it with your friends is an experience that is nearly impossible to pass up. I have gone to this location a handful of times and I never fail to get such an amazing interaction with the staff. The last time I Went I got recomendations of things to do with my out of town friends. This man was so kind and made the experience just that much better. I like this location for the most part. The staff is friendly and cool except the long haired Asian princess who's the bartender. Not sure how long you've been here dude but you were kind of rude and pretentious last time I was there. All you did is talk to your three little friends that were sitting at the bar and kept showing them your phone and pictures of whatever. Then for some reason you guys closed at 8:00 p.m. on a Tuesday and failed to mention that to us. When I went up to get my second drink at 7:35 you said you already called last call. That's funny as we were sitting right next to the bar and didn't hear anything about it. This place is more than just a food joint. Hosting are some of the best well rounded people I've come across in ages. The food is Class-A work. My chef Zach made my food twice over an accidental allergy mix up. He didn't even hesitate to whip me up a whole new fresh sandwich and checked on me himself. The other staff member on Britt checked on me as well. Making sure I was alright and was fully taken care of. Haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. Very refreshing the level of care they have. The vibe is great here a they always maintain customer happiness. Can't go wrong with this location and style of venue. I have gone here several times from November 2022 to February 2023. I ordered various sandwiches over the time going here. I've gotten roast beef, mushroom & hummus, and build-your-own grilled chicken. I find the meats and bread to be decent, but I prefer the toppings actually. Those by the way are the best part. There is also a bar to order booze. It's also convenient that this location is open until midnight. This is a chain all across Colorado, and I saw one on 8th Avenue in Greeley. But, I was reluctant on trying it since it looked run-down and dirty from the outside. Most fast food and fast casual chain restaurants in Greeley are mediocre or worse. Love this place! First ever Cheba Hut I went to and I almost felt jaded haha. I've tried other Cheba Huts, but this is by far the best. Food is always to my liking and sooo filling. Service is so sweet and nice. As well as easy to talk to, no stress at all. The ambiance is nothing fancy but it's nothing sloppy or uncomfortable. It's a comfy college space, that's who I usually see there anyways lol. Definitely recommend if you like toasted subs and live in the Fort Collins area! read more

Came in on 08-21-20. They are only doing online, delivery or carry out at the moment. That's ok we were going to eat outside. They had a BUNCH of delivery orders today. That's good. Staying busy. Staff was friendly and said they would accommodate some special requests we had. The wait for our order was around 15 minutes. You will need to wait outside if you just come in and place an order for carry out. Then here comes the issue, we get our food and the hummus was left off of mine. I specifically ordered that because I wanted the hummus. Sigh. So big disappointment. My husband's sandwich only had meat and cheese on it. It was missing the peppers. The people at the table next to us outside had ordered wheat bread and they got their order with white bread. Seems like they need to slow down and make sure they are actually making people's food the way they wanted. I would have been happy to have waited a few more minutes and got it the way I wanted and what I wanted. Probably won't come back. This was my.first time here and when I order I just want what I want. Too complicated for me to go back and ask them to fix it with as busy as they were. This is nice, quick and easy lunch spot right across from CSU. They've got some really cool sandwiches - there's something for everyone. The flavors are great. I like the spicy and savory ones compared to the BBQ or Teriyaki flavored sandwiches. Reasonably priced. The bread is fresh and nice. I would highly recommend it. Get the 8inch or Pinner. Always loved the food and likely will continue to shop here. My issue with todays experience was that my order took 25 minutes, which wouldnt normally be an issue. However, People who ordered after me were getting their orders before me. Large orders. Like 7-8 sandwiches. Maybe there was more going on than i saw, which is likely. But from what i saw during my time there, it didnt seem to be that way. I still tipped them 5 bucks. They deserve to be tipped.
