And the side Million dollar bacon!, yumm,!! every thing is well served and delicious!!, btw, next day we went to the First Watch in Fort Collins and trust me the service was horrible our waiter ( with a long ponytail ) dropped the coffee at the table when he was serving and didn't clean it up after, I asked for some napkins and explained why I need it, he didn't apologize and just came and put some napkins at the table and left, and because I was so happy with my dish yesterday , I asked for the same dish chilaquiles bowl , this time was so plain of flavor, no cheese or cream on top of my chilaquiles , no meat, it wasn't a great experience, we are no planning to comeback at that one in Fort Collins!! the one in Loveland it is the best and our favorite !!! My wife enjoyed her breakfast tacos too. The service was good, and it's a really nice restaurant inside. Having said all that, I had a hard time finding something I really wanted to order; the menu is a bit too froufrou for plain folk like us. (Random examples: "whole grain artisan toast with all-natural house preserves", "all-natural sour cream", "Maldon sea salt", etc.). I have been to first watch several times when I come to Loveland. I love that upbeat atmosphere and the service is always top notch. Today I decided to have the two for lunch. You get a choice of a half of a sandwich, one of their small salads, or soup. I have had their tomato bisque before it is delicious. Today I opted for the soup of the day, which was chicken rice. The soup was OK. I do prefer the tomato. The sandwich was loaded with sliced, smoked ham and Havarti cheese. It had thinly sliced tomato on a nicely grilled bread. I really thought the sandwich was delicious. It had a Dijon sauce which was just right. Hubby got fried eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Also a English muffin that seem to be homemade. Yum. Had some grits that were super tasty as well. I love the way they do their fried eggs here and they were perfect over medium. The bacon very flavorful. Hubby had their fresh squeezed orange juice, which was so sweet and delicious. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Loveland. read more

There are high end choices and lower end choices. I love the 2 choices for 7.99 it's economical and delicious and just the right amount. Of course the lemon ricotta pancakes are fabulous if you want to indulge yourself. The service can be a little slow but I think that's because there are always so many people and they seem to be short of help just like everywhere these days. First Watch took over for another local breakfast restaurant with a few locations. They re-did the interior in farmhouse chic and revamped the menu. The options went more upscale/healthy and away from some of the greasy spoon type options. For example, I had avocado toast with olive oil and two eggs for $12. Good flavor and a solid portion of avocado. Overall, their breakfasts are good and they make a solid club sandwich. Pricing is a little high for breakfast in my opinion but it is good enough to make me COME BACK. read more

It was the 4th of July and so I was shocked to begin with that any restaurants were even open. Anyway, Loveland Breakfast Club had a 30-minute wait so we figured we'd check out where else might be open and lo and behold First Watch was. I hadn't been to a First Watch in over a decade and maybe my memory is foggy and that wasn't even a First Watch? Knowing that First Watch is pretty much a chain, my expectations were for it to be on par with an IHOP, Bob Evans, Denny's, etc. Why I give this establishment 5 stars for the experience that I had was first of all the service. Our server (whose name I now forgot because it's been weeks) was incredibly nice, caring, and I could see she was that way with every one of her tables. She did her job incredibly well especially on a holiday. I'll also say that First Watch's menu is just a little more unique than those other kinds of chain breakfast establishments. I mean, they had a pecan and carrot cake pancake, which I of course ordered and it was yummy. So I appreciate even the mild effort to be different as a chain. Post-COVID, the restaurant was very clean. Only negative may have been that we put in for a reservation online. When we arrived, there were tables available. Then, weirdly, we got a text about 10 minutes into sitting down that our table was ready from our online reservation. So there may be something a little wonky with their online reservation system. But that's small pecans (that pancake is still on my mind) to the restaurant as a whole. Ultimately, I'd return again if in the area. read more

Had an amazing breakfast this morning here at First Watch! Came in with my son who's almost 1, we shared and loved the multigrain pancake with granola and bananas added in and a cup of mixed fruit! Our waitress was wonderful as was the rest of the staff! Food came out quick and fresh! It was delicious!! Though I didn't order any special juices this time I have in the past and they are SO good! I came here with some friends for brunch and i was extremely disappointed. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered a side of bacon for $6 and grits for $5. Our food was brought out and I received four pieces of cold bacon a bowl of cold grits. The bacon was overcooked and dissolved in my mouth. The grits somehow had no flavor even with the addition of butter. To top it off the water glasses that they gave my table were dirty and had visible food particles on the inside of the glasses! Week day lunch and it was great to not have to wait. Prompt and friendly service! As much as I'd wanted a lunch meal, I could not resist the Smoked salmon benedict. The menu description is: Two poached cage-free eggs toasted ciabatta piled high with wild Alaska smoked sockeye salmon, red onion and vine-ripened tomato and covered with hollandaise. Served with lightly dressed organic mixed greens. What was served is pretty close to this. Eggs poached perfectly!! The tomato wasn't quite the bright deep red, but that's minor. The ciabatta was lightly toasted and the hollandaise delicious. The greens could have done with a little more dressing. I will return for this because it's simply delicious. Kale tonic fresh juice: kale, Fuji apple, cucumber and lemon. Highly recommend as well. It's a refreshing drink and I'm glad there are healthy offerings here. I can't really understand the negative reviews for this location. I've never visiting this location, nor the previous establishment, but this restaurant deserves to be evaluated on a clean slate. I've also frequented the Fort Collins locations numerous times, and I'd say the food for this chain is consistently good. The service is good even during peak times. For this location, there is ample parking. The place is clean and water glasses are always replenished. I notice most reviews that are not positive are people disappointed this place isn't the egg and I any longer and that the food is different. That's crazy, it's like going to Bad Daddy's and rating them a 1-2 because it isn't Burger King. The service is amazing here and the food comes quickly. Everything is fresh and on the healthier side. Because of how fresh and better for you the items are, the price is a touch higher. I recommend checking out the menu ahead of time if you've never been just to get an idea of what you might like to try and not be blind sided by the prices. Another great tool would be to check out the photos of the food here on yelp. I always look at places and if doesn't look like something I could just make at the house or get everywhere else, I shy away. I recommend the morning meditation drink. I haven't been there in years but our local place was closed and we needed to meet at a breakfast spot for a team meeting. There were nine of us! We were seated promptly only to be told a server and a cook didn't show up that morning. They were calling for backup. Kudos to the staff! If our waitress hadn't told us, we would never have known.
