AMAZING! Small and tucked away that you wouldn't even realize that its there, but stop in when you can! The pork belly eggs benedict were perfect culinary art on a plate. And the rejuvenation drinks make you want to get up and go to the gym, its so inspiring. And service is sweet, David was our server but I could be wrong. Very attentive and good at his job. The service was so-so, which was disappointing-the waiter didn't come by to check on things after we got our food & we had to ask for refills on water and coffee. Snooze is a great breakfast spot. The food is delicious! It does get busy so I highly recommend getting on their waitlist online. The inside of the restaurant has a cool retro 70s vibe. The service is pretty fast and the staff are very nice. I got the OMG French toast and the Barbacoa Chile Verde Benny. Both dishes were delicious. They also have a great rewards program. Snooze is located in the Denver International Airport ~ Terminal B. I decided to get some great healthy food before my flight. I told the hostess I wanted to order To Go. She politely told me I could order at the bar. I went to the bar, which was not full, and waited for 5 minutes before I was engaged. I said I wanted to order to go. I was told to go to the end of the bar for to go. I waited another few minutes before my order was taken. There was nowhere to sit so I continued to stand there. The waitress then asked me to wait back outside the restaurant. The order came but the to go containers were paper so all the moisture soaked up in the bottom of the container. I like Snooze but this was not what I expected for a high paced environment with people on the go. Food was good once I got it. read more

Came here for breakfast one morning while visiting Fort Collins. The food was delicious and the place had really good service. Our waitress was really friendly. I got their breakfast sandwich and it came on a pretzel bun - super good. The hash brown cake was also delicious!! Dish came with some cheese hollandaise sauce which was great to dip the hash brown in. Big portion for breakfast. The OJ is definitely fresh squeezed which was nice. Personally, I think there are better breakfast/brunch places in Foco than here. My drink came out wrong. Not a big deal, but when they remade it they forgot whipped cream and the other fixings (another girl got the same thing and it looked much better than mine). Got the party bread appetizer and it was very small and dry monkey bread for $8. I got the burrito that everyone recommends, but mine was over 50% black beans, which seemed like too much. Our server was nice and the place was nice too, but the food was mediocre. read more

Wonderful breakfast place. Went go the brunch in Ft. Collins after the colorado marathon. Service was quick and friendly, once we decided to eat outside (inside there would have been a wait of 90 min). The ambiance is that of a casual diner atmosphere.
