Stopped for a quick lunch off 25. It was a bit further off the interstate than I realized, but SO worth it. I had the Philly cheesesteaks on a gluten free roll. My husband had the spicy turkey. Both were great. The Philly cheesesteaks was one of the rare gluten free meals I have GF where it's as good as I remember when I could have the bread. The highlight was watching the guy at the front desk manage everything he had going on. He took time with every customer to recommend sandwiches and the gf roll. Even when he had to answer the phone mid-order he was so polite and respectful of everyone. Great employee for the shop but also cool to see such great service. read more

I found the food tasty, but the sides were over priced given the quantity. The photos of the sides are before I started eating. $6 per side is probably too much for a $3 quantity. I think the crispy breaded mushrooms were the best thing I ate. I was also very impressed that the hot sides survived the 25 min drive back home. Everything stayed crispy!! This review is based on a single half of a sandwich that I ordered for delivery at work. Yes, it was that monumental. Since the city of Fort Collins is paying for the fees that NoCoNosh normally takes from the restaurants, I didn't feel guilty ordering this for delivery. After perusing Elevated Sandwich's website and having an insanely difficult time deciding between The Cheese Steak or Da Chicago Beef (dang it, I should've ordered a half of each...) I settled for the half Cheese Steak with a side of their balsamic pasta salad. On white bread because life is short. Less than half an hour later, the front door opened and a beautiful plastic bag was set in front of me. I tore open the foil and was greeted with the mouthwatering aroma of sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers and onions, and delicious roasted beef. The meat to bread ratio was incredibly generous, and the creamy American cheese had melted into the pillowy bread and mingled in between the thin slices of marinated steak. The balsamic pasta was al dente and tart, with fresh pieces of diced bell pepper and onion interspersed throughout. I was barely able to finish the entire half (a half was ordered based on the recommendations of other reviewers who were overwhelmed with the size of the regular), and immediately fell into a food coma. Just an average sandwich shop with above average prices. Staff is acting like they're doing you a favor vs grateful for your business. I've had 3 sandwiches there. I get the small (4in) with a beer and each time it's between $17 and $20 dollars. Their "side" is a tiny little portion control cup of a pasta or "Truffle Chips". The pasta from bulk store Costco is way better and the chips would be better if you got a bag a Lays with it. Will I go back? Nope. I always support local and small business but there has to be a line drawn. Average Sandwiches that are over prices for what you get, that crosses the line. And to top it off with crap service, no thank you!!! Your money is better spent at Cheeba Hut just a mile south. From now on, the Hut gets my business. Elevated, you have some things to work on before you deserve a good rating from me. ***Update: gave them a second chance. Still very expensive. I got the cheese curds. Taste was just OK. I like this place nice and have been twice now. I think I had a turkey sandwich the first time and then the chicken Philly the second time. Things I love are the options for sandwiches - it's not just all deli meat - and that they have good sides to pick from that are homemade - you aren't just stuck with a regular bag of potato chips. Had a chance to grab lunch with a buddy today and decided to try this place out for the first time. No seating inside which was a bummer given the crazy wind. I should have know because I saw so many people eating in their cars on the way through the parking lot. The lady at the front was super nice and super easy to order. I decided on the cheesesteak with steak, but there is an option with chicken. 8" sandwich was just under $13 and did come with a small order of kettle chips cooked in house. The cheesesteak was pretty tasty with the bread being one of the best parts. It was a bit messy, but shoot any good cheesesteak hopefully is. Great cheese, veggies were cooked perfectly and all rolled up in a crisp bread on the outside but soft in the inside. The chips weren't my favorite. I give them kudos to doing their own kettle chips in house, but the lack of salt and an oily after taste I would suggest something different as a side. read more

When my kids were growing up, we were always on the go and therefore ate a lot of sandwiches! Today, I had a Cheese Steak sandwich from Elevated Sandwiches and it was one of the best sandwiches I can remember. The meat to bread ratio was generous and the cheese was on point. This sandwich had sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms and they were very good. I like my veggies with a little crunch and these didn't have that, but they were still good. The fresh roll was delicious and held up well to the juices it soaked in. There are a few choices for sides which makes customizing your meal quite easy. Matt and Holly are the owners of the restaurant since 2017. They take pride in this ownership and it shows in their kindness and their smiling eyes (while wearing masks). Elevated Sandwiches had been on my list as I continue my search for For Collins' best sandy stop. The place is a bit off the beaten path but maybe that may speak to the quality of the food if you're not in Location A. I'm a pretty easy sell for an Italian sandwich so I went with that. The woman behind the counter asks if I'd like it spicy and I say yes. The seating is a bit awkward as it is a small place but I take my place and 'She's Like the Wind' by the late Patrick Swayze comes on - this is a good sign. The images of Roadhouse vanish as my food arrives. The sandwich was good but the meat to bread ratio could be improved. There Italian dressing was some of the best I've ever had and was the star of the sandwich. The Truffle Parm Chips were an okay side. I will be back to try something else. read more

We ordered from elevated today for my company's work in. I got the Reuben and it was just absolutely terrible. Maybe this was on off day because other reviews seem to be good. The kraut was not properly strained for a Reuben and all the kraut juice just annihilated the marbled rye. It was a soggy mess I couldn't pick up and I was only able to eat a little bit with a fork because the kraut juice that was pooled all over the Togo was so salty. Hopefully an off day. Sure wish I had lunch because this sandwich was not palatable. 3 stars because some other coworkers who got the Italian said it was really good. If there's a next time, I'll stick with a dry sandwich. Response to holly- great idea to take it off the grub hub menu. I'm honestly pretty positive traveling wasn't the issue. There was at least two cups of wet kraut that wasn't properly strained on this sandwich and very very little meat. This is a 12 dollar sandwich. The lack of meat was disturbing. I think this instance was just a quality control Issue. There is no way this is how you actually serve this sandwich. I may be wrong. read more

Good sandwich spot! There is a large parking lot for this location and it was not busy when we went. We heard they had good sandwiches, so we wanted to give them a try. The menu was a little smaller than expected, but had some good options. The service was good. I chose the chicken cheesesteak sandwich and so did my wife. I got the chips and she had the pasta salad. The roll for the sandwich was wonderful and probably the best part of the sandwich. I didn't love the chicken used and wished I chose the steak option instead. The sandwich was hot and fresh, with very flavorful onions and mushrooms. The chips were home cooked and pretty good. I would consider coming back again for another option. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that the location is not great and I wished there was a selection for a club type sandwich. I was pretty nonplussed. I had a gyro special, and it was easily the least-good gyro that I have ever had. It had a ton of lettuce and not-great tomatoes. I had to check the bag halfway through the gyro to see if the sauce was there, because I could not taste it. The price of the gyro was reasonable, but all of the sandwiches were really expensive. I also got a small bag of fried cheese curds for $6. They were tasty, but not worth $6. The environment is odd. It's a hole-in-the-wall kind of place, in a distinctly non-glamourous setting. Service was fast, and staff was exceptionally friendly. Food was good, but their homemade chips were the icing on the cake. Frankly, I'd they sold their chips in bags, they'd probably send Frito Lay running for the hills. The only reason for knocking a star is their location is difficult to find from the roadway. It's inside a shopping center, and you can barely read their logo. Happy we found this place. Some yummy sandwiches (we had a Cubano), and excellent truffle chips. The bread and fillings were all very fresh. The large sandwiches are quite substantial, so we were able to share one since neither of us was super hungry.
