Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. He did great with the bathroom light/fan rewire, and the porch fan did work when he left. The problem is that the porch fan stopped working a few days later. Unfortunately, ran into an issue getting him back to check because he's in too much demand. Finally, after over a month of trying to get him back to perform a check (he does have a 1 yr warranty on his work) - he did - and it was a simple fix that had nothing to do with the quality of his work. So of course, now we have more work and will hopefully be able to hire him again if he has the availability.
