    This is for the employees that have to deal with the Charter Benefits Department, they are some snakes that scratch each other back and fill you up with lies, and they will not return your calls nor will they correctly resolve whatever issue you are having Charter Benefits Group are there to Prolong the issue and deny your issue whether you are right or if you are wrong they are not there to help you they are there to give their employees the worst help they can give them. I have issues that were disputed, and a claim that with health equity withdrawing money from my bank account instead of depositing money into my account, this was supposed to be completed by 6/15/2023 it is now 6/21/2023 and I have yet to receive back the money that was taken from me and a payment that they never paid me I assumed this issue would have been completed by now but it isn't and I am wanting to know when will you complete this investigation because this has been going on for over 6 months and I don't want to keep emailing this benefits group and never get a reply but this has got to the point of me wondering if I will ever get the money that was taken from my account at least because I already was terminated while I was on leave which is another issue but this is not been resolved in the the timeframe that I was given. The money was taken from me at a bad time right after I was terminated from Charter for being in a hit-run accident on my way to work, which has left a burden on me financially, I need some answers because I have bills and kids to feed and I just got out of the hospital for respiratory issues. Please contact me with information pertaining to this issue I no longer have that bank account anymore because of this issue, because when I tried to file a claim for the amount that was taken from me, they made it as if I gave health equity my account and routing information but that was to deposit money into my account not withdraw money from my account nor for them to lie about it. Because I have sent the necessary documents to make the decision simple and direct, but for some the reason it seems this issue is being prolonged and for them to discriminate against me by hanging up on me when I called health equity to not even allow me to speak to a supervisor I don't understand why Charter still does business with a company like Health Equity which makes me wonder even more about this issue, but for those amounts owed to me they need to either go to a different bank or they need to be sent to me in a check format because I don't have that bank account anymore, or they can be sent to me to the address on file, but this issue should have been resolved by the date that was given to me but unfortunately, I am still without my money or even given a resolution to this situation, after I have given my bank information that should have been enough to see that money was withdrawn from my bank account that should have been deposited into the account, for any questions please contact me as soon as possible...Thank you for your cooperation.

    internet is terrible and it's always in an outage. Cell phone service and coverage are terrible.

Justin is absolutely AMAZING!!! We have been giving him a hard time since we first met him in April I believe. We came in for a plan change. We be hitting him with rapid fire questions in succession and he fields them all without breaking a sweat. He always guides us in the direction we need. He is extremely patient and polite, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable. He's just all around fantastic!!! He is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. He understands our needs and works diligently to address them. My mother and I recently upgraded our phones. She needed a tutorial and I needed to complete my upgrade. Originally she was scheduled to work with Justin but when it came time for her appointment. He was out sick. He attempted to contact her to reschedule the appointment. She was impatient and opted not to wait. The rep she worked with didn't give her the assistance she needed. She left the store with a new device without knowing how to use it. So when I went in for my forced upgrade because the speaker went out on my phone, she was with me. Justin assisted me for over an hour with my upgrade and he gladly turned around and worked with my mom. He showed her how to use her new device. I still had questions once I left the store, I was able to reach out to Justin and he walked me through precisely how to resolve my issue. One time Justin was unavailable and Rayshawn stepped up to assist. I see he has a loyal customer base as well. He is FUNNY as hell, really needs to be a comedian. He is knowledgeable and patient. His first goal is to get to know you and determine what are your needs and wants. He then deciphers how that equates into choosing a new device that will work best for you and not put a choke hold on your budget. He is very respectful and takes his time. Let me tell you, when my family steps in the door, we're coming in four deep, sometimes it'll be less but we roll deep. We're expecting the customer service to be above and beyond and I promise you, if you work with either Justin or Rayshawn your Verizon experience will exceed your expectations.

Worst…read moreexperience I ever had with their so-called installer & I've used a # different companies over the decades. Spectrum advised me allow 2-3 hours for them to install internet & landline services. I kept my TV with a different company. After a # of incessant appointment phone reminders, installer arrived on time. The phone salesman told me installer would wi-fi link all my devices; laptops, phones, including a cell phone I purchased, was told it was $399. but email bill said $899. so I returned it today. Installer also said wi-fi not included in my order, would cost additional monthly, I said add, he called office. He worked outside, then inside. Spent way less than 2 hours here. Time to make sure devices coordinated. He called landline for me but when it came to checking 2 laptops, cell & TV, he became aggravated, said he "didn't have time, had a busy day with many appointments & my laptops were too slow." He totally failed to network my printer/fax so now I cannot print & printer settings function jammed for me to update. There are so many Spectrum/Charter network options, I don't know which to choose. I called Spectrum & was told "call HP." I couldn't even print labels to return their cell phone, other company's equipment or anything else! I often sell online & rely on my printer, also for business letters. I had 4 surgeries this year & today carried printer to business of purchase but no tech help was available. I also made 2 trips to different Fed Ex offices because I couldn't print their cell return label. Now I also have to make a 2nd trip to return other company's equipment because I can't print label or anything else. Way to take advantage of a a retired, disabled senior citizen Spectrum! Wonder what further billing surprises await! My proposed solution: they need to send a competent installer out @ their expense to finish the job & get that printer & other devices coordinated IMMEDIATELY! I called & told them how rude he was to me. Guess I'll have to carry printer back inside from car! I don't even know whose wi-fi my existing cell, a new Samsung Galaxy 23 is operating on!

    The agent who helped sign me up for internet service was tremendously helpful and knowledgable…read more The people at the retail store (Maplewood Commons), where I picked up my equipment, were really nice and helpful. I opted for the self install and it was exceptionally easy. I was able to complete the process on my own in about 15 minutes and that includes finding the coax outlet in my new home and the time it took to register the modem on the network. We really appreciate how nice and helpful everyone was.

You can be naive and hedge your bets you won't have to contact customer service but you certainly will and when you so don't try to reason with them. I also know that they won't keep a lot or notes that the issues that their devices caused, that would find your situation out of their "policy box" won't matter. They'll find a way to make you pay them for high priced devices or they'll cut you off. Yes, there's more to the story, and no, I'm not chopping it up here bit don't say you haven't been warned and if you're there and haven't had a terrible experience yet, you will eventually. I'd leave then while you're ahead. In my world there a bunch of thieves that will never have to answer for their crimes. I don't ever bother with these reviews, and I don't bash companies that deserve bashing but this has been unprecedented. Worth repeating: YOU'VE BEEN WARNED Don't bother commenting or trying to dispute, I literally will not entertain this BS anymore. If you're dumb enough to defend a company like this, you don't deserve my response.

    I dont know where to start. I have charter internet and have for about 2 years. I called to bundle…read moremy TV with them to see if I could save some money. After talking to their sales rep, I was told that I would get all of these channels, a home phone (which we have never had. We like most, just rely on our cell phones), as well we would get upgraded to the 100 mb download speed. So I went ahead and canceled my service with Dish Network. When the service guy got to my house, he installed everything for the TV. But he had no record of any internet speed upgrade. He and I called the service department, and they said that they could not and would not upgrade my internet service unless I paid an additional $60 per month. They admitted that their sales rep did promise the upgrade, but that they would not honor it because she was wrong. My business is custom software and online services. So a fast internet is very important to me. But Charter was completely unwilling to work with me or take any actions to fix their own error. I kept asking for the next level up representative, and after talking to 5 different people, I got nothing but the feeling that they could care less if I just took a hike. And the fact that I was only saving a cost of about 10 dollars per month, but getting a service that has a completely antiquated look and feel when it comes to their TV software, I was happy to say, "just take this crap away". Charters DVR box is HUGE. It is also out of date, and their user interface is complete junk and hard to figure out. I now have to call Dish Network back and ask them to come out and re-hook up their equipment. I would strongly suggest staying away from Charter as a whole. If you are looking for a company that focuses on good customer service, then I would go anywhere else. Anything has to be better.
