The parking situation is horrible. Since it is connected to order major businesses, it's a nightmare trying to get in and out.

He gave me very detailed feedback to my questions/concerns/comments and helped me narrow down which phone would be best for me without pushing a particular phone towards me, which I appreciate. He was upfront about pricing options, and tried to help me find accessories worth the cost without over purchasing something I wouldn't really utilize. He asked me what I generally use my phone for, what I do, etc. and gave me advice on what is worth spending money on and what is better to not bother buying because it wouldn't benefit me and would be a waste of my money. He was also very nice, and helped me with transferring my content over from my old phone to my new one (which took a long, long time but I have a lot of pictures so I excepted that). I was an AT&T customer for many years for both internet, phone, and mobile WiFi . I switched to Google Fiber the minute it became available in my area because of constant billing creep but I kept my mobile WiFi "brick" for secure internet when traveling. This billed automatically to a credit card with autopay that ensured the bill was paid on time every single month. Unused data GBs don't roll over from month to month and I haven't used the Brick in a year but just noticed that the billing increased from $82 to $107/mo - several months ago without notice. I called AT&T to cancel and asked for a refund of last months charges (they can see that I haven't used it AT ALL in a year) but they refused to refund me a cent of the charges after I spent 2 hours on hold shuffled to 3 different people - thanks for wasting not only my money but my time. Needless to say I refused to give my business to this location. I immediately went to the nearest location (this one at S Laclede Station and Watson). I met with Garrett who was extremely informative and very patient with my many questions. I ended up purchasing the iPhone 11 and a protective case. The following week when I didn't receive my trade in credit on my bill that was just released I felt more comfortable seeing him than discussing it with customer service. Apparently, the was an issue with the system the day I purchased my new phone and he not only got my trade in credit pushed through, he also gave me a $25 credit for my troubles. Garrett was just as polite and professional as the day I purchased my phone. I will definitely be doing business at this location in the future.

absolutely the worst fiber internet service I have ever seen. There have been 3 different…read moretechnicians in as many business days. All have been here to fix my terrible connection speeds. I pay for 1 gig up and 1 gig down. All have done some different swapping out of connectors, swapped router and modem, switched line from outside to home. All say they fixed it and are getting better than 1 gig speeds. I run the exact same speed test on multiple devices while they are still at my home and show them they have not fixed anything and the highest download speed I have ever received is 350mb while there equipment shows 1.1gb. The last technician actually made my connection speed worse I went from 250mb download to 98mb download and he told me there is nothing he can do because his speed test says it is fixed. This is my 3rd home and business in both Illinois and Missouri and I have had the same problem at all 3, it doesn't matter if you have residential service or business service, you will never get the speeds you pay for. If you have any other fiber options do yourself a favor and STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!
