Lasuni chicken 5/5 - delicious, flavorful garlicky chicken Chicken 65 - 5/5 - spicy but amazing flavors. I wish they used less food color. Chilli garlic Naan - 5/5 a lil too buttery but super soft. Kids loved it! Bezawada boneless Chicken biryani- 2/5 - it was soggy, oily mess. The rice didn't have a lot of flavor. The 2 stars are for the great salan that came with it. Note to self: stick to dum biryani for next time!

Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani- The best in the Bay Area! Mix it well.

I'm thrilled to have discovered this gem in Sunnyvale, which serves some of the best Hyderabadi Indian cuisine I've had in the Bay Area! Our first visit tonight on the New Year's eve exceeded our expectations. The Chicken Biryani was exceptionally flavorful, with aromatic basmati rice cooked to perfection. The three pieces of chicken were marinated in rich, spicy Hyderabad-style flavors that complemented the rice beautifully. Best we've had in the Bay Area! The Chilli Chicken was another standout dish-, slightly sweet and tangy, with just the right balance of flavors. We also ordered the Chicken malai Kebab, which was deliciously creamy, although it could have benefited from a pinch of salt. Nonetheless, it was one of the best kebabs I've had in the area. Last but not least, the Mutton Haleem was rich, slow-cooked, and infused with an amazing smoky flavor from the charred onions. It was love at first bite! Try it with their biryanis. Overall, our experience at Express in Sunnyvale was fantastic. The food is authentic, flavorful, and expertly prepared. It's express so you order and pay at the kiosk and then the cutlery comes to your table along with water and food. They recently opened up and we wish them good luck! We'll be back! HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025!

We ordered butter garlic naan, chicken dum biryani (Hyderabadi), lasuni chicken, and chicken angara. The naan and biryani were decent. The lasuni chicken was just okay, while the chicken angara was unfortunately very bad--too much sauce, chicken was rubbery and lacking flavor. Overall, the food felt pretty basic and not up to the standard of other Indian and Pakistani biryani restaurants nearby.

Food - 2.5 star ( Mutton biryani - 4 star, chicken curry, paneer tikka, lahsuni chicken - 2.5 star, chilli garlic naan - 1 star) Service - 4 star Ambience - 3 star ( cold gust of winds hit you all the time when entrance opens)

Good, tasty food. Service was okay, price is a bit on the higher side. Ordered mammals, karuvepallai chicken (needed salt), chicken 65, butter chicken and gongura chicken biriyani (did not get much gongura flavor, but the flavor of biriyani was good)

Came by to try after lunch on Mother's Day, probably around 4PM. The place was SUPER busy when we…read morewent, but the service was still really fast and organized, we got our drinks within 10 minutes. The interior is modern and really cute, and they even have a dog check-in photo wall which was so so cute ! We got the snowy Jasmine with boba. Drinks themselves were light, fragrant, and refreshing. Even at 100% sweetness, they actually weren't too sweet, I would even argue getting 125% to match other boba places 100% sweetness. The boba had a really good flavor and sweetness to it that balanced everything out perfectly. Overall a great spot to grab a drink. Next time I want to try their Pistachio Matcha Coconut water so I will be coming back!

Thank goodness for weekdays off! I went on a random Tuesday afternoon close to their opening time…read moreat 11am and let me tell you, hardly a soul in sight. I even got a pic of the seating without anyone in my photo. SCORE! I would highly recommend a day other than the weekend. I would give this place a 3.5 if I could. I just ordered a drink for myself and for my brother. In and out in maybe 10minutes? There's a kiosk to order and a spot to pick up your drink-- very efficient. I got the basic jasmine milk tea because I love jasmine tea and knew that if any place were to make the best jasmine milk teas, it would be this place. Molly is Chinese for jasmine anywayyyyyy (shout out to my coworker for telling me this!). I did not try my brother's tea so I cannot comment on it. I liked my jasmine tea, I can tell it was higher quality than other places I've had jasmine tea, but is it worth the hype? I don't think so. It's good, don't get me wrong, but wait-in-a-3-hour-line good? nothing is. I think I've also become desensitized to the high tea prices that $7-8 is somehow normal? When it shouldn't be! My only frame of reference nowadays is seeing how much tea cost in Asia. And in Taiwan (the birthplace of boba) I got boba for $3 ;( *sigh oh well I live in one of the most expensive places in the country but also I cannot believe I let myself think this is okay. Anyway, it's a treat, not a habit I would give into everyday.

Great flavor, good price, nice setting, friendly staff…read more I had driven by MoonTea several times and I saw the sign from the road and I have to admit, just the sign and the name intrigued me. I love the moon. I finally got to try MoonTea when I was out in the 'vale this past weekend. My lady and I walked in and checked out the menu. This was the first time I saw a milk tea menu that listed the tea strengths for each drink, that's really cool. After studying the menu for a bit, one of the guys at the counter asked me if we needed any help. Nice of him. We were wondering about the stinky tofu, since some stinky tofus are weak sauce. He said it was average. I also asked what was their most roasty tea, he wasn't sure, but he and his colleagues suggested the da hong pao. The da hong pao is one that is listed as having a strong tea flavor, which I love, so many places barely have tea flavor! So I took his suggestion, and ordered it at their recommended sweetness and ice, non-dairy. While we waited I enjoyed and grooved too the music they played. As I drove home, I tasted the tea, and it's definitely the best milk tea I have had in a while! For the price it was great value and I was amazed it lasted so long; even after the ice melted it was still delicious. This was worth the wait. Also the stinky tofu was tasty, I would get it again.

Tried a few different drinks here to see what they hype is about as I always see a lot of people…read morehere when driving by since it's near busy intersection. It's a bit of a mixed bag depending on what you get. The lychee milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice was a 6.5 because you can barely taste the lychee, it was very faint and just tasted like a regular milk tea. The da hong pao milk tea with 25% sugar and less ice was also a 6.5 since it had a really strong herbal taste that I wasn't a huge fan of. The best one was definitely the ceylon cheese milk tea at 25% sugar. It was way more creamy and rich than the others so I'd give that a 6.9.
