I've always have had a great experience here. My pedicure and Manicure always last for a long time. Whenever I'm ready to take my nails off, I have to soak them for a long time. I forgot who did my nails, but she wears small circle glasses and has black hair. I usually go to Daffy for my Pedicures(toes) and I love how she does them. I recently moved to Mobile and my husband offered to treat me to getting my nails done. I came in with several pictures of what I wanted, and the owner assured me he could do it. When he finished my nails were very thick, my nail arch was gone, and the design wasn't the same width on each of my nails. I tried to like them, but they didn't look like what I asked for at all. I called back and asked if I could have someone fix them. Later in the day, the owner himself called me to say, "You weren't unhappy until I told the price. Did you know how much it was going to cost?" (Do I need to mention in this review that I wasn't even asking for my money back?) Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

New to town so first time here.. very clean, they sanitize chairs and working stations between clients. Equipment is clean. A lot of color options. Had Ashley for gel mani and she was beyond great! Had Angela for gel pedi and she was also great! Kind and professional workers here. Great salon. Only down side: are the prices. Just moved here from Los angeles and I paid $65 for gel mani pedi over there. At Charm it's $90 for gel mani pedi . Insane! That's my only reason for not going back. I have tried many different nail salons in Mobile. This one is newer and very nice. It is always busy so make an appointment. All of the technicians do a great job. They are nice and professional and my nails look great. They don't rush you and they create a nice environment. Everything is clean and appropriately sanitized. They are in a great location. You are within walking distance to Marco's, a greek restaurant, a coffee shop, Publix, Taco Mama, Polish Boutique and many more. You could get in out quickly or make a day out of it. I thought this nail salon was a walk-in (which the lady at front desk stated they were), however I drove all the way from across the bay and was told that I wouldn't be able to get a pedicure and nail service done. I never in my life have had a nail salon tell me they're not able to do both, if anything they're always trying to get you to get more services. Mediocre services for very high prices. Pretty atmosphere! They charged full price for a kids pedicure ($35.00) which I thought was strange. The lady who did my nails kept going on about how skilled she was but it was honestly the worst and most expensive acrylic manicure I've ever had. This was the most unprofessional service. I came from out of town and got a regular manicure no polish. The time I spent in the chair was 10 minutes. I asked for a hot towel to wipe my hands and she said no. When I went to check out they said it was $30. Bye. In Houston that's a very lavish manicure. I was very excited about this place because it is nice, clean and more upscale. However the end product doesn't hold up. If you go I recommend getting gel polish only. I went twice to get a fill and pedicure. The pedicure was nice and they seem to do a good job at first on the fill. The polish only last a week and my nails actually started coming off.
