My pedicure was really good but I got regular pol because gel was 30 dollars more for gel and 10 to take old gel off! Eye brows were beautiful they waxed perfectly! Now these nails they need to be shut down 65 dollars for what she medium lord look like press ons for a toddler I'm furious. I was immediately assisted upon arrival but that was the only pleasurable thing about my visit. The menu says they offer free beverages with any service but when I requested a glass of wine I was told they didn't not have anything left at all not even water. If you offer something please make sure you keep your inventory stocked. The prices were high and they charge extra for every thing. I wanted coffin shaped nails and that was an extra $5. I picked out a polish and it was an extra $5 and it wasn't a gel polish. I can buy an entire bottle of OPI polish for that price. The nail tech who did my nails seemed rushed. They did have a crowd but every customer deserves to not feel rushed. I won't be going back. The nail salon is not elaborate and not worth the high prices. P.S. my pedicure was lovely . Went to Vivian's Nails for the first time. Got SNS/powder nails done. Peeling/wear and tear started almost immediately (same day) and chipping occurred after less than a week. Looks like the top layer (which they used liquid) was not cured properly/didn't stick to the powder well. Everyone seemed nice at the visit, but I was in and out pretty quickly. We picked out our polish and were seated in the chairs as soon as they became available. V took care of Annette and her boyfriend, Justin Fever, did my feet. They were both super nice and friendly, did a great job, and gave plenty of attention to our feet. V painted an astonishing free hand design on Annette's big toes. I'm not into all that, but if you saw it, you wouldn't believe it was free handed. Annette also had her eyebrows waxed while we were there. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing experience. I was a walk-in client on a Friday afternoon for my first time visit. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked what I was needing to have done. I noticed how immaculate and brite it was as soon as I walked in. After sitting down in a chair for a pedi, I saw the health inspection on the wall. 100% ! Yes they got 100% from the health inspection! Along with this, we watched them clean the foot tub BEFORE and AFTER our pedis. All instruments were opened fresh from their sterilized pouch in front of me and BF'S daughter. On top of the immaculate cleanliness, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Helen did my toes and we talked and laughed. I loved the fact they wernt just sitting there talking in their native tongue the whole time making you feel uncomfortable like some nail salons do. Hannah (BF'S daughter) is a little shy so she didn't talk much to the lady doing her toes. This says something to me. The lady doing her toes was kind but respected Hannah's shyness and didn't press her to talk. If you're open to talk, these ladies are a joy to talk with! They will also offer you a free beverage of coke products. Now the actual pedi. WONDERFUL! We got the basic pedi and it was more than adequate. We still got a wonderful leg massage with some oil or lotion type stuff, and they also used hot rocks. It felt amazing! They took their time painting, shaping, etc. No detail was left untouched. Hannah was VERY happy with her pedi and stated "WE FOUND OUR PEDI SPOT IN MOBILE!" I have to agree! 10 days later my toes still look fabulous! There was another jr. High or High school aged girl there and she got her eyebrows waxed and they looked flawless when they were done! For two pedis, it was about $60, not counting tip. At first I cringed, but reflecting 10 days later, it was well worth it. The cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and the attention to details are well worth it! There is NO option to tip on your credit card slip, so make sure you bring cash for the ladies :) If you need your nails or waxing done, don't pass this place by! read more

I find the gel polish charge of an extra $15 pretty outrageous. Overpowering smell of chemical fumes upon entry and now that I'm out of the salon, I have a headache. I am on an extensive road trip and in Mobile for a wedding, hence, need for pedicure. It was a Monday morning where I heard the nail technician comment on how slow it was. Maybe this is N example of regional differences, but I feel that this business is poor value. At home, in the Pacific Northwest, for the same price, the service is 50% longer time-wise, and two more coats of nail lacquer. At home, they're not leaving you twiddling your thumbs, you get more massage, better nail care on the feet and o stall better value.
