It started out kind of bumpy. I had an appt. They told me they could do ombre french, then when I arrived, that person was not working today so I had to do a solid color. With my pedicure, I have a couple of preferences, like no drill on the gel toes. This seemed to cause them to have feelings they had to file my toes. They seem to have just a handful of staff members, so walk ins could be a challenge. It felt a little chaotic at first. They tried to separate my friend and I who made our appts together: one at the table, one in the pedi chair. After clarifying we want to be together, they allowed it. Overall, my nails look great. I walked in and show my message in note since I'm deaf. They said they are fully booked. As I walked out saw the window say walk in welcome. That tells me something.. not comfortable with deaf... discrimination!!!!!!!! Disappointed! read more

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. A FREAKING MAZING. I know everything's expensive these days. I don't take spending money on "luxury items" like these lightly. It's been a long time since I've treated myself to nails and a pedi. This was a huge step of "self-care" after 4yrs of doing the hard work of healing from an abusive relationship. So this was a big step. And boy-howdy...I couldn't have selected a better place. They are Vietnamese. The facility is spotless. The colors offered are plentiful. And the quality of work is BEYOND EXCELLENT. To add to it...the team GENUINELY CARES and is friendly as well as naturally engaging. Please do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You WILL NOT regret it. OH!!! I almost forgot....THEY TAKE APPOINTMENTS...SO NO STINKING WAITING FOR EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIMES...MAJOR BONUS. I am normally a very low maintenance person but decided to get a pedicure before a work trip. My 2 year old went with me and got her nails done to be like mom. Ann has been doing my nails for almost 20 years, since before she had her own shop. She is excellent, as are all the girls in the shop. Ann is very detail-oriented and will not let you leave without perfect looking nails. I had solar done at another place closer to my house on a whim, and my nails looked HORRIBLE. Ann spent an hour and a half fixing my nails that someone else messed up and didn't charge me extra. Annie and Kim (the other two girls in the shop) have been there forever and are just as awesome. Kim does the best pedicures, and she should have a class so ladies can sign up their boyfriends/husbands on how to give amazing foot massages. The salon is always spotlessly clean, and the girls are super friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about Ann's Nails! read more

I did not have an appointment but they were able to get right to me. Very modern and up to date in processes. Instead of soaking gell off with cotton, polish remover, and foil, they have these cute little pink clamps that fit on the end of your fingers. Annie did a great job with gel polish and was very pleasant. I will go again as she said they do mani/pedies at the same time which saves me time. Be sure to bring cash for tips. read more

Although my nails looked great, they hurt so bad!! I'm hoping the pain will go away in a day or so but nails are not suppose to hurt after the application of acrylic nails. Also I noticed none of the equipment was being sterilized properly. After each use of the tools she would place back in their containers without being properly cleaned first. I must say though the woman who did my nails was very sweet and would listen to what I wanted done. I hope some improvements will be made in the near future. read more

Very fast and friendly! They are very busy and very good at providing services to 5+ customers at once with only 3 staff members. But this multitasking does leave small gaps in service that you expect at a nail salon. read more
