Walked in to get my acrylics removed. Was told to wait a few minutes, 10 minutes max. Ended up…read morewaiting for 30-40 minutes. There were about 10 workers and only 6 customers when I walked in. Nobody was able to help me due to all the workers helping the customers.. Lady called me up and then told me there's another person ahead of me. Dealt with her and then came to help me. For the next 10-30 minutes, she was in between helping me and another lady. (We had two different services) And then after all of that, she said the acrylics were off all the way, which it seemed like it. Until I got into my car and noticed a layer of acrylic still on my natural nails. Won't be coming back due to the service and quality this establishment has.

I've gotten my nails done for over 30+years and this is the absolute worse of them all. I called the shop to let them know immediately about my nails. The young lady asked me to upload FB messenger and send them to her. We'll I don't do FB so that was an issue. She asked me to come back and they'll fix it. Well that's an issue I'm a Flight Attendant and that was not a normal trip for me. When I called I specifically asked for an experienced tech. It's clear now this tech wasn't experienced. When I wrote my initial review I was disappointed as the results. Now I'm pissed because their all broken less than a week. My hands don't require intense use for work. However that are primarily a focus point when doing my job. I have 4 more trips and my hands look a mess. I've been wearing gloves since day 1.
