She was so sweet to open up and give me a 9:45 appointment. What a blessing she is! With my pedicure, I have a couple of preferences, like no drill on the gel toes. This seemed to cause them to have feelings they had to file my toes. They seem to have just a handful of staff members, so walk ins could be a challenge. It felt a little chaotic at first. They tried to separate my friend and I who made our appts together: one at the table, one in the pedi chair. After clarifying we want to be together, they allowed it. Overall, my nails look great. Nobody was able to help me due to all the workers helping the customers.. Lady called me up and then told me there's another person ahead of me. Dealt with her and then came to help me. For the next 10-30 minutes, she was in between helping me and another lady. (We had two different services) And then after all of that, she said the acrylics were off all the way, which it seemed like it. Until I got into my car and noticed a layer of acrylic still on my natural nails. Won't be coming back due to the service and quality this establishment has.
