They last for about a month and are actually GOOD for your nails! She took her time and paid extra attention to making them perfect!! They are not great. We walk in and they say 10 minutes and then 30 minutes later they are just then starting on our nails. The shaping is terrible, i asked for french tips and got a nude color and still had to pay full price. My cuticles were also killed during this process, they were drilled off and bleeding and she still continued to drill to the point of throbbing. read more

Waited 1 hour and 13 minutes for the worst manicure I had EVER had in my life. Never returning. Extremely disappointed

I went to Old Shell Nail & Spa to get my SNS removed and new SNS put back on. The wait was very short, which was not bad. BUT, as the technician was doing my nails, around 5 customers came in all saying they had appointments at that time. The technicians should have told me and my mother that they had appointments coming in because they started to do our nails very fast, not being very careful as they did it. Instead of doing multiple coats of SNS as they usually do, they only did two. I have been working on growing my nails out and now my nail polish (after only a handful of hours) is falling off. SNS is not supposed to crack. It is more expensive because it is supposed to stay on. My nails are peeling off and I am very upset. It is very aggravating because they made us pay full price for a quick, careless job. The two technicians were nice, but they became very stressed when the ladies with appointments came in. They need to figure out a better system and not just one where they can get the most money and consumerism. I am thoroughly disappointed. read more

Very nice ladies in this shop, deluxe OPI pedicure with hot stones was nice but the deluxe gel manicure, not so much. The polish is thin on my nails & I have had to file the edges several times and I just went yesterday. I insist on an immaculate manicure, I will go back tomorrow and get this corrected (it is now Sunday and they are closed.) read more

The owner came over to say hello and supervise my pedicure, which was top notch--the right amount of pampering and attention to detail. This was my first visit. I went in for a quick manicure. It was average. The guy that did my nails did not cut them evenly. A few are shorter than the others and I asked him to even them up. In addition, one is a bit pointy and the others are shaped normally. Didn't realize this until after I got to my car and I had to head back to work. Wish I had paid more attention. In addition, have some polish on my skin around my nails. Basically just an average manicure that I could have done at home. read more
