As for the actual service, I liked the pedicure. I got the Wellness Pedicure, which included a foot bath, foot scrub, paraffin wax, and a foot massage. The nail technician did an excellent job as I was relaxed during the entire time. For the manicure, I got white gel squoval nails. The nail technician was able to get my nails to the straight and pristine squoval shape with my natural nails, despite my nails being short to begin with. The service was fast and efficient. Plus, the nail technician even cleaned up stray and bleeding paint lines. Overall, I liked every part of my experience at Vivian's Nails except for the waiting.

(The person was late and I never got a call to tell me they were even coming. After I reached out they said she was on her way but couldn't text me because the app was hard to get a number from and she was driving. But she was actually a passenger and either way should have called a manager for them to reach out to me, I digress...) But I can honestly say I have never had such a disappointing and painful experience in getting my brows waxed. To be fair, the shape is fine. However, I am 3 days post wax and have dried scales of skin underneath my eye brows. It is still trying to heal from where it was ripped/burned and I am having to use makeup to cover up the redness on my brow. It still burns to even put moisturizer on my skin. Furthermore, in a complete first, my eye LIDS were swollen the day after my wax because they put the wax all the way down into the crease of my eye lids and ripped and aggravated the skin. Never had anyone do that. I assume it was because she was 25 minutes late for my appointment and 10 minutes late for the person after me so maybe she was rushing? I think she left the wax on for too long and put it in inappropriate and delicate areas. Either way, I can't recommend their services for brow waxing, not sure of other services they offer.

We all walked in with photos of what we wanted, and Rhonda listened, advised, and worked with us, so we all walked out with everything we wanted! The girls' hair looks amazeballs!! Especially my niece who had severely damaged her hair with non-professional dye jobs, WAY too strong bleach, and years of teenage experimentation and neglect. I would always get my eyebrows and lips threaded. Since I only come once every 2-3 weeks - some months even longer, I get a different person every time to do my eyebrows. They are pretty fast at getting you in and out so the wait isn't long. They accept credit cards for payment. Prices are pretty affordable. I am only posting a review today because I want to share that if you feel like something is wrong, do speak up. When I had my eyebrows done, this lady was pulling pretty hard. I assumed since I have thicker eyebrow hair, it was expected to hurt. I was tearing up and had to turn my head away when she was pulling pretty hard in some areas. Again, since it was so quick, I just let her finish in hope to just get out of there. It stung really bad when she put the aloe on it and I knew then she probably had cut me with the thread. If this happens again, I will just stop the technician next time. I encourage everyone to speak up. I apologize for the blurry image but I ended up with 3 cuts on my left upper lid. This area is thin and I know I don't have a lot of hair in the upper eyelid area anyway. It is pretty painful and overall, I am really disappointed.
