The staff is very friendly. However, I feel that when you pick a color (chrome) that's going to be an extra $50 for the price, you should be told up front, instead of when it's time to pay. My nails and toes were an extra 25 each for a chrome color. Also, apparently the "Build" manicure takes much longer. Mine took over 2 hours. read more

I stopped by here rather than going to my usual nail salon because it's closer to my house and it had decent reviews. I was not impressed. The staff was friendly however I was nicked with the nail filing machine they use multiple times. One of my nails is crooked. And I requested coffin shape and they look more square to me. I had them done black and pointed out length before the topcoat was put on on multiple nails and they went ahead and put the topcoat on right over it. Although it's convenient it is more expensive than my normal salon and did not do as good of a job. I will not go back. read more

I love this place I have been to a couple of nail places in mobile and this is my favorite. Nathan is the guy for anything he recently did my nails for my birthday and they turned out amazing! They are a bit pricey not overly expensive but compared to other places they are on the high side but you get what you pay for. This was my second time at this salon. I was a walk-in. I knew I would have to wait a few minutes and I did. Once I was in the chair Annie took great care of me. She didn't rush and took her time. I noticed there weren't prices on the wall so I didn't really know how much I would be spending when I left. There was an issue with a woman that got the VIP package which included the pedicure and a hand massage/hand mask for $75. Throughout the process she added a manicure gel polish to her nails and toes which costs~$30 each. Plus added on some other extras. She got to the checkout and owed $170.. she claimed she didn't have money to pay and tried argued with the owner for a good 10 minutes about what was included in the package bc she thought the polish and everything was included. I told Annie, the lady working on my nails to just make her pay for the VIP and I'll pay the difference and tip. She was causing a scene and ruining my happy vibe. Annie wouldn't let me pay. Customers started yelling at the mad lady. She eventually said "you can run my card but it'll decline." The owner ran it and it went through. I got my cuticles cut, SNS tips and a pedicure with gel polish thinking it would be close to $100.. the total came to $140. I'm not sure how they do their pricing but it's a little sketch. Annie was great and I'd love to see her again but pricing is very high and by word of mouth there seems to always be drama going on in there. I walked in as a new customer. No one showed me where the color for SNS was located so I sat at a table and the tech was like what color. I told her I had no idea and asked where her colors were located. The colors were all numbered and I went back to my chair with the number in hand. I told her the number when a guy working there chimed in saying were not computers we need to see the color and didn't stop there. I got up to grab the card with the color and he was still making rude comments. I will never go there! read more

got there at 5:30pm asked the ladies if i was okay that me and my friend came in and they said they had time to assist us. because we knew that they would be closing at 6. they started on my friend after 35-30 min. my service on the other hand wasn't the best. this girl who told us she was a junior in high school puts my nail tips on and i sit there in long nail tips for about 35min. finally as my friend is almost done with hers they start on me around 7:20pm. right off the bat they make me feel uncomfortable and made me and my friend feel bad for being there so late. and me having anxiety. when i get anxious my hands start to sweat. in front of people at the salon she starts making jokes about how sweaty my hands are. making me feel even more uncomfortable causing my anxiety to get worse. my friend finished hers nails and they charge $5 extra dollars for shaping, and forced me and my friend to get gel because it would take less time out of there night so they could go home earlier causing me to spend more money. they kept complaining on how late they had to stay there. making me feel bad for being there. overall will not be going back to this place ps. due to her being in such a rush she shaved down a lot of my skin on multiple areas of my fingers read more

*** DO NOT COME HERE *** This is the WORST salon with the most AWFUL employees I have ever been to in my entire life. This place of "business" has no idea how to properly run as a customer service institution. I called this establishment and explained what I needed for me and my friend. They told me to go ahead and come in they weren't busy. My friend and I were there within 5 minutes and we walked in and were shocked because the entire salon was full. I was a little taken aback but hey maybe some people were just finishing up their appointments. So I didn't give it a second thought and they told us to pick out our colors. Quickly after they told us what chairs to sit in. After messing around on my phone a bit and wrapping up a phone call with my boss I looked at the time. We had been there almost 25 minutes and nobody had started working on us. I turned to the girl working next to my chair on a customer and I said "excuse me, I have been waiting 25 minutes. When will someone be helping us?" She looked at me with the nastiest look she could and said with an even more horrible attitude "I don't know. All of these other people were here before you." To which I responded that I realize other people were in front of me and that my question remains the same - when will someone be helping us? After glaring at me some more she asked the person next to her and she's like "I don't know maybe half an hour more." My mouth fell open. What do you mean HALF AN HOUR more?! I CALLED first and was told you weren't busy and to come in. I came in and was told to pick out a color and sit down. Not ONCE did anyone communicate with me that I would have to wait an HOUR for someone to help me. What kind of bullshit customer service is that? You expected ME, the paying customer, to sit patiently with ZERO communication from you guys for an HOUR?! Are you guys nuts? One, you should have told me on the phone not to come for an hour. Second, if we overlook your first mistake, you should have told me when I came in it would be an hour so I would have the choice with what I wanted to do. You don't just expect a customer to wait an hour on you I mean really who do you think you are? And then to have the audacity to speak to me nasty when I'm confused why nobody has helped us. You don't treat people - let alone paying customers - this way. I went down the street to Magestic Nails and told them what jokes you guys are. They were super nice and accommodating people that deserve the business much more than you. I hope your business fails. read more

Ehh so I used to come here all the time in high school & loved it. In college now & management must have changed. It's just gross. The customer service is fine so far. The cabinets by the sink are nasty & the chairs have shat all over them. Idk sort of gross! Yikes It also used to have a different set up & looked really nice. I've been using this nail salon since I moved to Mobile a little over a year ago. Lena always does my nails and I'm always getting compliments. I always make an appointment, so my wait time is minimal, if any. Bien does my pedicures and any waxing that I need. She is also awesome. I suggest the aromatherapy. 'spoil me' pedicure. My review is more like a 2.5. Been here 3 times. The quality of the pedicure was fine. The wait was bad. The chatter is non-stop. And you can really feel like an outsider. Some manicurists are better than others -all are fairly nice, but the quality of service fluctuates. A bit pricey, too. Pleasant atmosphere. After the 3rd visit, I decided there were enough other salons that I could get similar service for less $ and with a shorter wait. read more

I quite going here because they can never do my nails the way I want them done. They always suggest how my nails should be done. I come in and know what I want before I get there. Suggestions are ok but I know what I want. Just because it's complicated doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to get it if I'm paying extra. What I mean by complicated is every nail is a different color and different designs that are not that complicated. The staff are not the friendliest either. I wouldn't recommend. read more

This salon does fantastic nails; I've never received a bad nail job here yet. And your wait time is evidence; this is a popular place. I've arrived here 10 minutes before they were supposed to open on a Saturday morning and they were already full and busy. If you arrive and people are waiting on the couches, expect to wait 45 minutes. The ambiance is clean and bright, with alot of nice decor touches. They finish a solar nail fill-in with a gel coat and the UV light. The employees can get a little catty and loud, which gets annoying and seems unprofessional, but if you can look past that, they do great nails. They have a big flat-screen tv to watch the news to keep you entertained. Also they can be a little pricey; I've paid approx $70 for solar fill-ins and a pedicure with nail art before, but they do good work and the pedicures last at least a month. The solars still force me back to the salon every 2-3 weeks though. I'm still shopping around for a less-expensive, but as-good quality nail salon. They don't take appts for saturday. read more

Was not impressed by my first visit. I was not greeted when walking in and after standing there for a bit, went to choose my polish and wait for someone to speak to me. Several people walked in after me and were spoken to, so I went to one of the employees to make sure that he did see me come in. He said "we did see you." Okay then. The only friendly employee was the lady who did my nails, but she really did not do a good pedicure. I had to trim my toenails when I got home. And she cut me....I don't think I've ever been cut before while getting a pedicure. I was never offered anything to drink but I heard other customers being offered. Employees were not friendly or welcoming at all, except for the one lady.... actually the opposite, they made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. The salon is beautiful inside, the most beautiful I've found in Mobile. I will go back for this reason, plus the polish selection is excellent and it is very near my house. I enjoy getting manis and pedis here! I am new to Mobile and this is the third, and best, nail salon I've tried. I have lived in Austin and Denver so my standards are quite high. The quality of the service definitely depends on the technician. The place is always bustling compared to the other places I've been so they have loyal patrons. Too expensive!! Girls talk non-top about silly things (partying and men mostly). Very unprofessional atmosphere. Not relaxing at all.
