As for the actual service, I liked the pedicure. I got the Wellness Pedicure, which included a foot bath, foot scrub, paraffin wax, and a foot massage. The nail technician did an excellent job as I was relaxed during the entire time. For the manicure, I got white gel squoval nails. The nail technician was able to get my nails to the straight and pristine squoval shape with my natural nails, despite my nails being short to begin with. The service was fast and efficient. Plus, the nail technician even cleaned up stray and bleeding paint lines. Overall, I liked every part of my experience at Vivian's Nails except for the waiting.

Communication was difficult as the lady didn't appear to speak English well. She touched up the nail by painting the tip and the skin across the top and then tried to clean up the excess. It looked horrible. There are other nails that aren't covered completely and other places where I had to clean up polish when I got home. A manicure usually lasts me about a week, but I already have spots and chips after a day and a half. She just slapped the topcoat on.
