First time here from out of town, and geez they really messed me up. Service was nice but quality was terrible. They messed up my eyebrows right before a big event , I'm embarrassed and I have naturally nice eyebrows.... My pedicure was another story too. They clipped my toe and made me bleed and just painted over the blood. Didn't apologize or anything. As I left the salon I noticed the paint was chipped but honestly after seeing my eyebrows I didn't even want to go back in. I do not recommend and I am highly disappointed. Salon was surprisingly empty on a Saturday afternoon. I walked in with no appointment and was taken straight to a nail tech. My first time trying SNS nails. I think I like it! I do have a bit of stuff I'm hoping washes off in the shower. I got the tech to clean it more than she did when she said it was done. Felt a bit like I was being picky. Of course the lady tried to convince me to get gel nails when I only wanted the regular manicure. After I said I didn't want gel nails she took my color away and came back with a bunch of gel colors trying to get me to pick one of those. When I finally got her to do my nails in the color I picked out, they had bubbles and streaks and they just didn't look good. I asked her to redo one of them and she seem to get a bit upset and exasperated. I think if I'm paying you to do this you should be doing it well. read more

Do not go to this salon! I had SNS done on my nails for almost a year and I was happy at first. However, it got to the point that I was becoming less satisfied with my experience each time. The lady who did my nails, Lyn, cut two of my fingers open with a tool that she used. This happened more than once because she was rushing or not paying attention. The last appointment I made was the worst and most humiliating experience I have ever received in public! The same nail lady I had always been going to complained that I was not giving her enough of a tip to satisfy her. She even called me "cheap" and began to question my personal life involving money while other customers were around me. Needless to say, I will never be going back and I have already found another salon that actually values their customers. read more

Excellent service! My nail stylist gave me an excellent (regular style) pedicure, with an amazing leg massage. She took her time and was very professional. Also, I appreciated that the salon uses basin liners on the foot tubs because I know that it is clean for each client. read more

Great service! First time visiting, clean environment . I'd envision a better scrubbing pedicure with better tools for callus removing for $35 though. Great selection of colors is a plus. Got a gel mani and it wasn't the best. 3 coats and proper drying just didn't do the trick. Maybe the techs need to work on cleaning up the edges of the nails and making sure no polish gets on the actual skin.. It prevents it from lifting . It's ok though.. It lasted 2 days. read more

I've only gotten my nails done here a couple of times. Every time I had good service. I mainly go here to get my eyebrows waxed. I'm very picky about my eyebrows so I only let Nessa (and sometimes one other lady who my sister always got hers done by at this nail salon) do them. She never rushes through it!! She's so thorough and always does an amazing job while keeping great conversation. A couple of times Nessa or the other lady weren't there so I had to get someone different and they all do great but Nessa's top quality. read more

I was very disappointed in the service that I received from the Venetian Nail Palace. This was my second visit, and both were sub par. I had a gel nail manicure and a pedicure. I have received a pedicure from many different salons, but Venetian's pedicure is not great. It was very run of the mill and seemed rushed. My gel nail manicure was by far the worst. There were smudges on two of the nails and the manicurist had painted in the creases and into my cuticles. When I told her and her superior that the nails would peel in a matter of a couple of days, she sighed and went about her business (her supervisor did not seemed concerned as well). She was incredibly rude and had terrible customer service. I will not be returning to this salon. I can do a better job myself. I was traveling from out of town and went to this salon based on the previous Yelp reviews. I went on a Thursday morning just before lunch. It was not crowded at all, and although I had no appointment, I did not have no wait. I really liked the atmosphere of the salon, and the attendant was very friendly and professional. Everything is clean and I liked their selection of colors. "Sandy" did a good job and fully understood my requests. Although I only got a basic pedi ($25) I was not pressured at all to upgrade like you get at some salons. I like how they have a digital display to choose the type of services you want, with pricing for each clearly identified. I would recommend this salon to anyone, especially those who want affordable services and a nice relaxing atmosphere. One thing to be aware of in this salon; they have a sign hanging that advises that some services may be performed by interns/students. If you don't want that, please let them know as I am sure they will work to please you. read more

I went today for the first time for a facial, OMG! it was the best facial I have ever had and I have had many in all types of spa's! The salon is gorgeous with lots of extras like computers on the pedicure stations. My grandmother came with me, and I loved the fact that we were able to have our facials together in the same room, at the same time. I can't wait to try the Ice cream pedicure! I have been going to this salon for some time with pretty good results. Went in today with my own polish. Was rushed through my time there and needed two repairs. Was charged for " up-graded " repairs. Less that happy and to top it off was not given my polish before leaving. When I called to see if they would hold onto it for me was asked for the name of the color to prove it was mine. I do not have the name of the color so it will cost me a bottle of OPI polish but I will find another salon and that will cost THEM. Plan to tell everybody I know! read more

Great nail place! Very clean, everything is updated. They even have iPads to use while you get a pedicure! Reasonable prices, friendly staff. I didn't give it a full five star rating because my nails lift sometimes, but I'm still not quite sure if its just my body chemistry or the product they use? I am writing this review because I am completely dissatisfied with the work I have received from the venetian nail salon and I usually do not take the time to do these things . I received gel nails on Friday March 1st and every day since one has popped off. After today's third attempt to get the issue addressed. They informed me there are no refunds after I paid 50 dollars for this product. I will never go back to them or send any business their way they are highly unprofessional. If I could give them no stars that would be the case here. They offered me a cheaper version of the product but no reimbursement for the rest of the pay made. NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEY JUST WANT TO SCAM HARD WORKING INDIVDUALS OUT OF THIER MONEY WHEN THEY WANT TO TREAT THEMSELVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wait on a Saturday afternoon and the manicure was very good with a knowledgeable and friendly technician. Lots of fresh nail polish to choose from. They have nail lights to dry your manicure right at the table so you don't have to move until you're ready to leave. Nice quick drying top coat too - 5 minutes and you're done. I received a gift certificate to this salon and was excited to visit. I decided to get a pedicure and SNS polish on my nails. The pedicure was average but while I was there the state inspector came in. The lady doing my pedi got up numerous times to run and throw different things in the trash can. While having my nails done she kept telling me to put my hands in the light which was weird because SNS doesn't use the lights. I just assumed it was helping dry faster. Three days later the polish broke and took my nail with it. I went back and they repaired it for free. On the fourth day another nail broke completely off and on the fifth day another nail broke off. I lost three nails to this polish job. I went to Royal Nail Spa exactly one week later to have it removed and had two more nails with broken polish on them. After they soaked my nails and the polish didn't come off, the lady came to the conclusion that they used gel polish over the SNS. Needless to say this place will never get another visit from me! read more

I had an appointment to get my nails done. The girl quit who had been doing my nails. They lied and told me she would be turning in a few days. I went across the street and saw her working at that shop. She said she quit. The owner told me a bold face lie to keep my business. They will do anything for money including lie. Very disappointed with the Venetian!! When they first opened they were attentive. Now they rush through a pedicure and don't even try to be kind. Today I was told the state isn't allowing them to use certain tools so they can't make your feet look or feel nice. This was after I complained because my feet weren't smooth after my 14 minute pedicure. I was told if I got a more expensive pedicure it would have been better. Another worker said I just have dry feet so they couldn't make it any better. I will not be returning and if you're expecting a nice pedicure and smooth feet after a pedicure I wouldn't recommend this place. read more
